Rudest personnel ever. My wonderful cab driver told me to ask the person at the desk about the bus, just to clarify info and she goes “I don’t work for that company.” Just before that she told some others that they needed to print their tickets, which wasn’t mentioned on the site, and said she wouldn’t do it for them. By the tome I boarded my bus she had been rude to every single passenger that talked to her because she “doesn’t work for the bus company”. I don’t even want to get started on the bus driver who seemed to have locked the toilet on the bus without telling us. Don’t advertise bathrooms on board and lock them. We had to use a bus station bathroom along the way that didn’t flush. I don’t know of another way to get from Lagos to Seville but maybe if you can find one try to take it.
