Afgelopen zomer hier een weekje verbleven met 8 vrienden. De ligging is super, de strip is om de hoek, er zitten genoeg winkels en supermarkten in de buurt en je bent zo op het strand, echter loopt deze weg wel stijl af, waardoor je op de terugweg nog een stukje omhoog moet lopen

I chose this property because I didnt want a huge hotel with 4 pools, 5 restaurants and the noise of people. Its simple, clean and apartments are lovely. Studios are great and my recent stay was a one bed on 2 floors with 3 balconies and the bed was amazing. Location is key if you have children. Its away from the noise of the strip but only 5minutes walk away. Theres restaurants on your doorstep left and right as you leave the property. No negatives at all from me. I got what I wanted.

É um aparthotel muito calmo,com bom ambiente,tem uma boa piscina exterior e interior, tem bar na piscina exterior com um belo relvado.É óptimo para umas boas férias.

Great value for money, quite large rooms and good views. It is a little dated but not old. The indoor pool was not the cleanest, but for what we paid we was happy with our stay.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel.
Nous avions loué cette appart hotel pour 4 nuits 152€ pour 2 personnes au total sans repas.
En arrivant, quelle agréable surprise en visitant notre "maison". Notre appart hotel était en réalité en duplex et très spacieux (salon salle à manger cuisine et terasse en face de la cuisine et à l'étage une chambre, salle de bain et couloir avec grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine). Au niveau du salon il y avait deux fauteuils qui peuvent faire office de couchage, et la cuisine est tout équipée avec bouilloire, grille pain, marmites, ustensiles et vaisselles . La chambre est équipée d'une planche à repasser et d'un fer à repasser et la terrasse dispose d'un séchoir, d'une table et chaises.
L'hôtel est équipé d'un parking juste en face des chambres, d'une petite piscine extérieure certes mais l'Algarve est si jolie que nous étions toujours en extérieur la journée, et dispose également d'une piscine extérieure.
Le lieu est un bon point de chute à Albufeira pour visiter la région et très accessible en termes de prix.

Preço razoável!!!
Instalações num estado nojento,principalmente na entrada,piscina perigosa,não mudam os lençóis,é formigas e baratas por todo o lado no apartamento,não tem ar condicionado,o que proporciona um ambiente de ´´sauna´´ de verão e ambiente de ´´gelo´´ no inverno!!! E não só,os meus clientes referiram que ás 9:00,o pequeno almoço estava todo escolhido,e só 2 ou 3 pratos,se quiser mais comida tem que pagar e não só,a simpatia da senhora do buffet (0-100% dava 0%),mas meto 1 estrela,por causa da simpatia da dona cristina,que nos ajudou muito!!!!

NÃO ACONSELHO!!!
Se alguem estiver neste local,por favor escrevam no livro de reclamações!!1
E aliás a minha filha estava na piscina, e pedimos á dona do bufet para guardala enquanto íamos ao apartamento buscar as toalhas,e quando lá chegamos,perguntamos por a nossa menina e a senhora disse : ´´NÃO SEI´´,andamos a procura e encontrá-mo-na fora do hotel,quase a chegar á rua e a dona (SR. Estrangeira ao balcão,pelo menos fala com uma pronuncia estrangeira) fugiu para o escritorio e não quis saber!!!
NÃO RECOMENDO MESMO!!!!

Das hotel verfügt über einen schönen Pool. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider wurde bei uns nur selten gereinigt. Leider gibt es nur eine Poolbar anstelle eines richtigen Restaurants.

Decent hotel with a nice pool. Nice layout, with the rooms overlooking the pool. Receptionist was really helpful. The only problem was they do not replenish shower and shampoo.

Its a great location near the strip and beach it's also clean.
There's no laundry service available.
Breakfast is very very poor I'd advise not to pre pay for breakfast it's very overprised for nothing other than scrambled egg that's like rubber and a real rude waiter not at all inviting

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We had three balconies which had amazing views on either side of the apartment. The pool is quite big and there are many sunloungers around the pool which was great as it meant everyone got a seat (which I know has always been a problem for me in places I’ve stayed previously). The apartments are in an ideal location for the strip and to the beaches which saved us a lot of money on traveling with cabs. Overall, a very good experience! I would recommend staying here!

Fantastic location !! 2 minute walk to the main strip & a 5 minute walk to the beach. The swimming pool is very good, table tennis is free to play & the apartments are very spacious.
Only negative is that the sofa beds are slightly uncomfortable, but the actual bee was very comfortable.
Highly recommend !!

I like apartments with big pool and garden outside.quiet good location.in studio only sofa kind of bed. Big spaced rooms. Stuff is friendly.

No air conditioning but fans provided second night. Very basic cafe and shop onsite. We were lucky having a room right by the pool many are quite far away. Reasonably clean and tidy but looks a bit dated. Would return though.

Locatie was top, net achter de strip van Albufeira bevind zich dit resort met een aantal appartementen.
Het onderhoud en de schoonmaak was naar onze snaak minder. Er zat een deuk in de badkamerdeur, het glas van het schilderij was stuk en buiten liepen kakkerlakken tussen de appartementen door. De douche was aangesloten op een appartementen blok waardoor het risico na een dag zee was dat je koud moest douche.
Top service; het wegleggen van de belangrijke spullen waarna je 24/7 je sleutel bij de receptie kunt afgeven en deze dus nooit mee naar het strand hoeft te nemen.

Okay guys you know how honest I've been in the past I've stayed in many 3 star and 5 star hotel's and other types of accommodation with my job been a coach driver and some of them just don't live up to the stars. This is one of those places again but wait in a good way, as you can see it's well worth the 5 stars I've given it. From the time you are greeted at reception by the lovely friendly staff who all speak great English, to the cleanliness of the apartments and the pool and food area. This is without fare the best holiday complex I've stayed in, in Portugal.

Das Hotel war sehr angenehm! Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Ausstattung war dem Preis angemessen. Zu Fuß benötigt man nur ein paar Minuten zur Partymeile und zum Strand! Für diesen Preis macht man nix verkehrt, wenn man es ein bisschen krachen lassen will

Good place if you are looking for the typical holiday resort with lots of tourists packed in one place with streets addressed directly to tourists. The place was clean and neat and the pool was popular to most the visitors.

Très bon accueil, les studios sont propres en rez-de-jardin, accès direct à la piscine pour nous, une table 2 chaises, tout le nécessaire pour l'intérieur et l'extérieur. La déco est un peu passée mais on s'y sent bien. La piscine n'est pas chauffée donc relativement froide compte tenu de la différence de température. Beaucoup de transat et parasol avec des matelas très confortables. À côté de la praya da oura, a côté du strip (la rue avec tous les restau et bars) le prix est correct pour la période, intermarché à 4 minutes à pieds. Je suis très contente d'avoir choisi cet endroit.

Worst staff we ever encountered, not friendly, not helpful and looks like they would rather be anywhere bar in work. Cleaning staff are very nice however. I’m referring to reception and cafe bar. Worst beds we ever in our lives slept on. Very noisy at night and mornings. Definitely not somewhere we will ever return to again. Please do something about your staff. Just seen on your website an award for something like best service award 2017, how I actually don’t know though.

The hotel was basic and the room furniture a little dated but spotlessly clean, had a nice pool area and was close to the strip (but not noisey), a short walk up the strip takes you to the tourist train to the old town.Our only letdown was that we explained one of our group struggled with stairs and we requested a ground floor room -we were given a two storey apartment (with a bed downstairs) with only an upstairs bathroom / toilet and no room availability to change rooms -this made things a bit tricky. The person sleeping downstairs also had to come into the main bedroom to access the bathroom-also a bit annoying during the night.

Reasonable accommodation, good sized room, maid service daily, could grumble about fridge which didn’t seem to keep cold and the cooker which didn’t seem to heat up as it should have! Pool area was decent, overall reasonable enough.

The location was great, beds were awful, two single cots/couches, had to sleep in separate beds and they were extremely hard. The studio was small and not well equipped. The pool was ok but really cold, in all fairness the weather in Portugal is colder than usual for this time of year.

Awful. Beds are like sleeping on STONE. A great shame as appartment was lovely. Reception were not interested in helping us feel more comfortable, even though there were only 10 rooms occupied!

The apartment is a good size, we had a balcony and private roof terrace with tables and chairs as well assun loungers, the poolarea is tiny so i was glad of this! Kitchen had everything you need to cook basic meals.
SLEEPING - IMPOSSIBLE! the double bed and sofa beds were like sleeping on STONE. We asked for extra bedding to try and make them better, but reception were not interested.
A great shame as for a cheap getaway holiday this would have been perfect. If we had been able to sleep!

Eine nette Anlage, aber leider sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Geräusch von den Nachbarappartements. Leider keine zentrale Heizung, nachts wurde es ziemlich frisch und klamm im Zimmer.Zentral gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Apartments surround lovely pools. Indoor pool and hot tub. Close to beach, the strip and restaurants. parking for hire car. Spacious accommodation bud bed/sofas basic. Very pleasant stay. Most places closed for winter but still had some great nights out.

Fab hotel in heart of Albufera. Apartments are spacious and clean and balcony overlooking pool area also second balcony off bedroom which was more private. Full kitchen facilities provided if you choose to cook in room. 2 min walk to the strip where there is an excellent range of bars, restaurants and shops. Location quite enough at night. Staff friendly. 3 pools, tennis, sauna and jacuzzi all on site.

Tranquille, bien fréquenté, calme. A cinq minutes de la plage da Oura à pied, de la rue des bars. Commerces à proximité immédiate. Nous étions 6 et avons logé dans l'appartement situé au-dessus du snack.. Très sympa ☺

No volvería ir porque no me gusta la ubicación, esta muy cerca d bares de copas estilo guiri,la piscina es mucho mas pequeña de lo q puede parecer en la foto,poca limpieza,de cinco días limpiaron dos y ni siquiera hicieron la cama,nos dieron un bote pequeño de gel para cinco días y tres personas y pedimos otro en recepción y no nos lo dieron, otro detalle fue que al colocar nuestra rooa habia ropa interior en el cajon del armario.lo bueno es q tiene aparcamiento gratis y la cama es buena.

The hotel is basic but clean, although we are here nearly a week and no bed linen changed. It is excellently situated near all local pubs and restaurants. Turn right outside main gates then right again your on the strip. The local bus to old town which is cheap, turn left out the main gate and is 200 feet. Also some nice restaurants. Rooms are large and well stocked with kitchenette.

Mixture of families, couples and groups of hens and stags. No issues while there. Accommodation is basic. Beds were still simple sofas when we got there which were heavy to move as they were at different ends of the large studio. 3 skinny lumpy pillows. Nice powerful shower and plenty of hot water in a clean bathroom. Plenty of space in the room. No air con and ground floor meant you couldnt leave the doors open to let air through so very warm at night. Location was good. Just st a few metres from some good restaurants Invictus and Sizzlng Stone.

Very clean. The rooms are well stocked with most of the equipment needed for self catering. The complex is in a very good location for travelling out or exploring albufeira. Be prepared for very firm beds .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked our apartment. It was spacious and clean, and there were 3 balconies. There were 3 swimming pool. Great value for money! Definitely highly recommended

Nice hotel we stayed there self catering nice walks plenty of bars restaurants close to the hotel not far from the beach there is a steap hill to go down to the beach. The rooms are nice and staff are helpful hope you find this helpful..

El apartamento es amplio pero muy básico , demasiado basico ...a lo mejor con 20 años con 3 amigos y todo el día con resaca estaría bien , pero poco recomendable para ir en familia.
El entorno , tipo magaluf , uno se siente más en un barrio de Liverpool que en españa , una pesadilla si no eres Ingles o Alemán y además de cerveza y más cerveza te gusta disfrutar de otras cosas
