Carl Purbrick: We were in Portugal in the Covid 19 epidemic, the UK foreign office advised people to return home so we had to change our plans and fly home. The first car hire company we tried was recommended by our campsite, the day after we booked our car they cancelled all bookings. I then found ARC rental online, and they were amazing. Great service, very friendly and professional. Our first flight was cancelled on the day, by the time i contacted ARC they ere on their way to the airport to collet the car, when I told them we were still on our site and apologised that the car was with us they had to turn around after a wasted trip. They were amazing (not even a "tut") and came straight over to re-organise the booking, seemed more worried that my family were ok than their wasted time and massive loss of business. In short use these people they are amazing (this is only the second review i have EVER written, and the forst was for a friend) i cant say better than that. we will always be gratefull for their help in a very stressfull time

Nós comprámos uma máquina de lavar há 2 meses e a eléctrica fritou nela. O meu marido estendeu a mão e foi avisado de que a tecnologia estaria desligada. Esperou e não teve resposta. O dono ignorou a chamada e respondeu quando ele ligou de um telefone diferente. O serviço ao cliente é terrível. Tudo fica feliz quando é hora de comprar, mas agora há um problema com os grilos. Basta adicionar algum dinheiro extra e comprar um aparelho novinho em folha. Que desperdício de dinheiro.

Este lugar era INSANE..........., de longe a melhor loja de antiguidades onde estive, teria levado horas e horas para ter visto tudo e tudo estava muito bem organizado, então você sentiu como se tivesse visto muita bebida, mas uau, este lugar definitivamente vale uma parada se você estiver na área.
