Couple of nice holes. It’s quite a pretty course. Only downside is the cork factory nearby that on the day we played covered half the holes with steam that smells of burnt wood. It’s safe apparently but can be quite noxious at times to breathe in

Older looking course but well laid out with nicely manicured fairways & greens. Buggies have seen their day. Would play again.

Tough course but has plenty of variation to keep you interested. Has the longest par 5 I've ever played at 580 yards off yellow tees.

Trés beau parcours. Proches de Porches et Armaçao de Pera. Pas mal vallonné avec des vues splendides. Les trous sont trés variés et interessants avec leurs difficultés.

Mooie goed verzorgde golfbaan met enkele verrassende holes. De baan is niet al te moeilijk en misschien wel daardoor fijn om er te spelen.

They are currently building a new club house and it needs it. Buggies are old tatty and unreliable but expensive. Nice course but lots of building currently going on

Niezbyt trudne pole z kilkoma zaskakującymi dołkami. Dość trudne wszystkie par 3 gdzie trudno osiągnąć green pierwszym strzałem - duże odległości i różnice wysokości.
Pole bardzo wyeksploatowane i nie daje satysfakcji z wyniku. Greeny zadeptane przez tłum co uniozliwia proste puttowanie.
Runda prawie 5 godzin z powodu dużej ilości osób.

Pretty average compared to other courses I've played here. 30 mins late teeing off and greens were in pretty ropey condition, as well as being quite variable in pace. Having said that, layout is very good with some lovely holes.
Worth playing but there are better IMO

Great course!!! Some spectacular holes and always makes you think about where to hit the ball. Fairways are probably the best I have played on and the tees and greens are nearly as good. Great value for money.

The golf is very pleasant but yesterday closed at 3:30 pm while the indication is 4 pm. That's not right.

Course layout changed since last here.So be prepared if you've not been here for a while. Overall not too bad .But SLOW PLAY a pain.
No marshals on hand to speed things up. Inconsiderate 3 ball in front of us ....

Daar waren we weer, vorig jaar in deze tijd ook Silves gelopen, er is wel het één en ander veranderd, men is begonnen met villa en appartementen te plaatsen langs de baan.
Mooie bouw, wat moderner en strakker dan wat je op veel andere banen tegenkomt. Is nu wat meer de tendens.
De baan ligt er nog steeds prachtig bij, zeer goed onderhouden en wederom de greens supersnel.

Visite pour voir avant d'être client. Nous avons ete reçu par un affreux bonhomme colérique dans sa voiture qui roulait beaucoup plus vite que l'Etiquette ne le veut pour nous dire qu'on n'avait rien a faire là. Du coup pas certaine d'y retourner.

Mooie baan, maar bij inchecken waren er geen buggy's beschikbaar. Dat kan een keer gebeuren, maar wat heel jammer is, is dat de keuken al gesloten was om 19.00 uur. Niet klantvriendelijk. En een kans misgelopen qua business model. Ook was er geen drinving range en is de "natural cooking process" fabriek in de buurt, natuurlijk niet heel milieuvriendelijk...

Leuke en goed onderhouden baan. Clubhuis is zeer gedateerd, maar een nieuwe is in aanbouw. Dit zal het geheel zeer zeker naar een hoger level voeren. Zeker de moeite waard.

In need of a bit of TLC, very long course even off the yellows, if you can't hit a long ball here then you'll need a big handicap to get any enjoyment. And as we know when your not playing well it's nice to at least enjoy the scenery, however it a course that is not very attractive. Clubhouse was poor as was the food.

Un très beau golf et les prix après 14h30 sont très intéressants.
Attention ! Il faut obligatoirement un col pour pouvoir jouer... (Une autre époque mais bon...)

Silves is always a pleasure to play. Today the maintenance was excellent. Pace of play okay for holiday golf and the temperature. Come and play!

A excellent course with some really beautiful holes. It is a forgiven course where you can find your balls most of the times. Service is very good. Highly recommended.

A very good challenging golf course, very good amenities, worth a visit, only down side is it's not easy to find, the sign posts are a little misleading

Unspektakulären Golfplatz, der ordentliche gepflegt wird. Schön wären Bänke an den Anschlägen. Das Clubhaus ist eine Zumutung. Es gibt keine Umkleideräume und keine Drivingrange.

Sehr schöner Golfplatz, nicht allzu schwer, spektakuläre Abschläge, besonders die 13, ich nehme an, das ist das Signature-Hole. Clubhaus wird neu gebaut, freu mich drauf im nächsten Jahr.

A great little course that will be a challenge to most golfers. Not overly long but has some holes where you have to think before you choose your club. I think when I play it again I will save 5-7 strokes just from course knowledge. We played on a summer special for €99 euros for 2 players and a buggy. 7.30 tee off time and we were done for 10.30 and will definitely play there again.

Course in excellent condition, greens a little grainy. Round can be a little slow, and the sinage for the way into thr course entrance could be improved.

I've given it two stars as the 8 holes of golf we played were of a good quality. The reason we only played 8? We were waiting on the 9th tee as the 4th group with another group arriving behind us, this was after 2hr40mins for the previous 8 holes.
After watching the groups in front take double figures to play the par 3 and not either give up and move on, or wave the other groups through we'd had enough. There is obviously no need for any golfer to be of a certain standard to play the course, tee times only 9 minutes apart, no marshalls to speed up play, some of the holes are a joke, 582yds from the yellows for a resort par 5?
Its the worst speed of play we've experienced from the Pestana courses in 3yrs, I thought Pinta was bad at 5hr30mins, but this was going to be at least 6hrs+.
