Caissière extrêmement stressée et Mal poli. Ma femme est allée vers la caisse et à effectué le payement par carte. Après avoir tapé le code, la caissière dit: suivant et ma femme reprend la carte. Le soucis c’est que leur lecteur prend beaucoup de temps et elle lui dit fort : no no tu n’as pas encore payé avec un rire genre (tu es une voleuse) pourtant ma femme n’es pas censé savoir que leur lecteur est lent. Un traitement méprisable de quelqu’un qui travail dans un magasin aussi réputé.

Simpatia e profissionalismo.

Really good shop, nice clothes, one lady who was working in the changing rooms was extremely rude. Firstly she didn’t care how many items we took in and just showed us in literally like dogs & then when we went to get more clothes/ sizes (as some of the ones we chose were not fitting). She said we have to have 6 items & we had 12 between us but because my friend was holding them all first she didn’t let us divide them between us & so I had to wait outside! This is so unfair because what’s the point of going shopping together when you can’t see how your friend looks & you can’t mix and match & I couldn’t try another load on ! She kept giving us dirty looks! I felt like she thought we were about to steal, even though we bought €80 worth of clothes! Customer service very bad! She shouldn’t work with people at all! She had short brown/ dark hair & was wearing a polka dot top & jeans for reference, I asked for the manager but they had just left. She really made our afternoon bad! I hope she improves in future.....

Shop has good layout,mannequin display always nicely done.Easy to get around quickly, not too big and over packed.Changing area very big,spacious .Checkout when paying can be slow as they often only have 1 assistant on desk,could improve that,pull someone off floor when busy queue..Overall staff helpful though.
