Groupe de 5 cavaliers, nous venons de faire une randonnée de 6 jours, merveilleusement organisée par José et Sara. Semaine magnifique, détente absolue, superbes découvertes dans la région, belles rencontres. Un grand souvenir pour nous 5 !

Por el entorno, situado en un parque con una vegetacion espectacular, con la mayor ubicación de vestigios prehistóricos, dólmenes, menhires y grohen. Y todo esto envuelto tras la mirada de una guia increible, q además de estudiar historia y ser una esperta en la materia, una excelente amazona, q a cuenta era de lo q se trataba y por ello decir q su cuadra de animales, además de ser bellos y hermosos, lo eran por su cuidado, alimentación y cariño.

Sitio espetacular, donos extremamente simpáticos e cavalos muito dóceis. A repetir . Fantástico.

Hicimos una excursión en caballo con mis hijos de 12 y siete años. Excelente experiencia. a mis hijos les encantó a pesar del miedo que tienen los caballos. Incluso recomendaría hacer una excursión de dos horas porque la zona es impresionante y merece la pena. Sara y José nos trataron con mucho cariño y se esmeraron para que Los niños pasaron un buen rato. Si duda Repetiremos

José, thank you very, very much for this evening. I was a bloody amateur, but everything went good ;-) The surrounding is just perfect for horse riding. Afterwards I felt totaly relaxed :-) Especially the way you treated us, was very nice! I absolutely recommend this place for everyone! ... Also thanks for inviting us for a glass of wine and cheese after the ride ;-)

We have been visiting this beautiful horse riding centre for 6 summers. We ride wonderful horses and enjoy the company for this wonderful family. Every experience level is catered for from beginner to experienced. The scenery is exceptional as well. Enjoy a beer and cheese in the shade afterwards with your hosts... Perfection:)

Young Kids First time riders, Kind and helpful staff, speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. /my kids are 6 and 8 and rode alone for the first time. Great time and would definitely go again.

Perfect experience: Sweet horses; excellent scenery; great staff that take the time to make sure you are matched to the right horse; a drink offered after the ride; pictures from the ride sent to our email afterwards. Highly recommend a ride with Sara as a wonderful guide!

Todos na equipa foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Os cavalos são muitos tranquilos, dando para qualquer idade. Não ha que ter qualquer receio pois eles adaptam os trilhos em função da experiência dos cavaleiros. Gostamos muito foi um belo passeio é um excelente convívio.

We went for a one hour ride and our guide, Sara, was great! The Alentejo is beautiful and is was nice to see it from horseback. They are able to accommodate riders of different experience (including none at all).

Sara and Bruno from Caballos Marvao took myself and my wife for a five hour ride through the beautiful and dramatic Portuguese and Spanish borderlands. I don't know if I will ever have such a beautiful afternoon ever again, and after a short time it felt like riding with friends. We can't wait to go back and spend some more time with the lovely and well cared for horses

I specifically travelled to Marvão to experience riding over a long weekend with Caballos Marvão. I originally contacted Sara three years ago to ride but my travels in Portugal at the time were not close enough for me to travel there within my timeline. I promised that I would find time to spend in the Alentejo area. It was three years in the making but completely worth every moment - it was a most memorable experience! The horses are not only well-cared for but very loved by the family. And in turn, these horses are very generous to the riders in the shared “horseback-riding experience.” Although I’m an experienced rider, I can tell that these magnificent beasts would be gentle with a less experienced or novice rider. Sara was extremely accommodating to customize each ride to the time and location desired. She even customized the horses to best suit my riding background. I would not hesitate to recommend experiencing her wonderful horses in the magnificent landscape of Spain and Portugal. And to cap your experience, you’ll have spectacular photos as rememberance. All my gratitude to Sara and her lovely family.
