julie gould: i put a one star because there is no option of a no star.The management of this company we feel is hell bent on extracting as much money as it can from anyone unlucky enough to have had any sort of installation and unfortunately that installation showing faults. Any guarantee you get from this company is written on dissolving paper because if anything goes wrong with your system either that part wont be covered under the guarantee ( not found any that are). Or the labour which is not part of the guarantee is extortionatly expensive! We have had two problems with our system, both of them costing us a great deal of money whilst still in the warranty period. Plus the workmanship of the "technicians" is left under the heading of questionable!! Both times they left us with major leaks and refused to come back!!

O pior serviço ao cliente e produto que eu já experimentei na minha vida. Pagamos $1800 por carpetes e esperamos 5 semanas pela instalação, e aqui está o que recebemos:1) apenas um cara, quando a remoção de móveis fazia parte do nosso contrato2) não trouxe carpetes suficientes3) o carpete que eles trouxeram era de 2 cores diferentes Quando tentamos resolver o assunto, eles nos disseram que seriam mais 4-6 semanas e depois não nos dariam um reembolso ou pegariam o produto deles prontamente (moramos a 1,9 milhas de distância da loja). Eu NUNCA mais vou comprar lá e vou contar a todos que conheço (especialmente a todos os empreiteiros) sobre a minha experiência TERRÍVEL

Graças ao Eric, o gerente da loja, por fazer uma experiência horrível para o cliente e ter um final agradável. Bob & Charlie's fez uma bagunça na compra desta nova fonte de geladeira e construtores fez tudo certo... Eu nunca mais vou lidar com Bob & Charlie's para qualquer coisa em tudo - a fonte do Bob & Charlie's ganhou todos os meus futuros negócios de eletrodomésticos.
