Pas possible de mettre moins, dommage car voleur escrocs menteur et malhonnête.
Les jours de déménagement non respectés, prestations très mal faites.
Affaires prisent en otage si nous payons pas soit disant une Amende de 1000 euros pour surcharge alors que le Camoin était à moitié plein.

Très mécontents de leurs services
Pas sérieux
Ils ont abîmé à plusieurs endroits un piano, en prétendant que ils avaient l'habitude de ce type de transport, ils font la sourde oreille pour ne pas indemniser leurs clients.
Je ne recommande absolument pas !!
D'ailleurs, nous allons signaler ce déménageur au syndicat des déménageurs au Portugal

Nous avons fait appel à cette société pour notre déménagement entre le Portugal et la France. Rien à dire, ils étaient à l'heure, sympa, tout est arrivé en bon état. Je recommande !

Cobrança indevida ao cliente de multa por excesso de peso!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A legislação portuguesa ora em vigor, nomeadamente o Decreto Lei nº 38/99 que institui o regime jurídico aplicável aos transportes rodoviários de mercadorias, por conta de outrem e por conta própria, nacionais e internacionais, A RESPONSABILIDADE NO QUE TANGE AS MULTAS/COIMAS E INFRACÇÕES ACOMETIDAS DURANTE O TRANSPORTE SERÁ DE RESPONSABILIDADE ÚNICA E EXCLUSIVA DO TRANSPORTADOR e não do consumidor.
Artigo 29.º
Imputabilidade das infracções
Sem prejuízo do disposto no artigo 21.º, no n.º 2 do artigo 26.º e no n.º 3 do artigo 27.º, as infracções ao disposto no presente diploma são da responsabilidade da pessoa singular ou colectiva que efectua o transporte.
O artigo 12.º Decreto Lei 446/85 de 25 de Outubro que dispõe sobre as cláusulas contratuais gerais:
Artigo 12.º
(Cláusulas proibidas)
As cláusulas contratuais gerais proibidas por disposição deste diploma são nulas nos termos nele previstos.
O artigo 15.º do referido diploma, também proíbe as clausulas contratuais contrárias à boa fé, conforme ocorre no caso em apreço.

Princípio geral
São proibidas as cláusulas contratuais gerais contrárias à boa fé.
Nota-se ainda que, o artigo 21.º, do mesmo diploma é claro quanto a proibição do estipulado na cláusula de nº 9 do documento enviado pela empresa:
Artigo 21.º
Cláusulas absolutamente proibidas
São em absoluto proibidas, designadamente, as cláusulas contratuais gerais que:
a) Limitem ou de qualquer modo alterem obrigações assumidas, na contratação, directamente por quem as predisponha ou pelo seu representante;
b) Confiram, de modo directo ou indirecto, a quem as predisponha, a faculdade exclusiva de verificar e estabelecer a qualidade das coisas ou serviços fornecidos;
c) Permitam a não correspondência entre as prestações a efectuar e as indicações, especificações ou amostras feitas ou exibidas na contratação;
d) Excluam os deveres que recaem sobre o predisponente, em resultado de vícios da prestação, ou estabeleçam, nesse âmbito, reparações ou indemnizações pecuniárias predeterminadas;
e) Atestem conhecimentos das partes relativos ao contrato, quer em aspectos jurídicos, quer em questões materiais;
f) Alterem as regras respeitantes à distribuição do risco;
g) Modifiquem os critérios de repartição do ónus da prova ou restrinjam a utilização de meios probatórios legalmente admitidos;
h) Excluam ou limitem de antemão a possibilidade de requerer tutela judicial para situações litigiosas que surjam entre os contratantes ou prevejam modalidades de arbitragem que não assegurem as garantias de procedimento estabelecidas na lei.

TRANSFER FROM DIDCOT (UK) TO OEIRAS (PORTUGAL) SEPTEMBER 2018
Positive
The cost is lower than the average moving companies.
The people doing the pick-up and delivery were hard working, kind and comprehensive about the situation.
Negative - expected from a low cost company
-We paid for having our furniture disassembled and re-assembled at the delivery. However, no one told the workers doing the delivery that they were supposed to re-assemble the furniture. This meant that they did not have with them the tools to do the job (luckily l had few screwdrivers with me that l lent them) nor the instructions/photos of how to re-assemble the furniture (l had to find the instructions on the ikea web site and give some help).
-One of the wardrobe was broken and the second one had the mirror-door cracked (the workers doing the delivery took pictures, sent them to office and reassured us that the insurance would cover for that...unfortunately this did not happen yet, read below).
-Communication with the company was difficult. They stopped replying to emails and we always had to call if we want an answer.
-The exact pickup and delivery dates were communicated with too short notice.
When you pay a price that is lower than average you can expect a lower than average service and for this reason we did not complain about the points above. However, what happened next is unacceptable (read below) and it is what pushed me to write this negative review.
Negative - unacceptable even from low cost company
During the move one wardrobe was completely broken and the second one had the mirror-door cracked. The table was splintered and there were several scratches on one of the wall of the house. All this was acknowledge by the people doing the pick-up and delivery and we were reassured that we would get a refund from the insurance.
Thus we asked for a total of 430 euros of refund ( with all the details the damages and the cost of each damaged item). After one month and a half of emails and phone calls we finally received an email were they offered 150 euros as refund. Obviously we did not accept as only the two wardrobes had cost us 360 euros (we still have the original receipts) and asked for the report of the insurance or at least a reason why they would reimburse only 150 euros.
After one more month of emails and phone calls they finally came back to us saying that as we signed the delivery paper where we did not mention any damage to the furniture and as we refused the 150 euros compensation that they offered there was nothing else that they could do and they wished us merry Christmas. However, we never signed the delivery paper as they claimed because they did not have that paper with them when they did the delivery. In fact, the document that they attached to the email was signed at the moment of the pickup and of course there was no mentioned any damage as the delivery had not happen yet! Up to today they failed to show us the aforementioned signed delivery sheet.
We then called them one more time and after a very tense phone call where nothing changed we decided to take legal actions.
I will update here how this will conclude. In the meantime l would advise anyone to avoid this company.
Summary
I think that “Translowcost" is an unprofessional company and worst than that l felt disrespected as customer. I felt that the company tried to take advantage of you while you are in a stressful and busy time as the one of an international move rather than help you. For these reasons l am now taking legal actions against the company and l will update here any significant change in the current situation.

Merece estrelas negativas! Alteraram a data apenas 4 dias antes ! Na nova data chegaram 1 dia atrasados e não avisaram ou atenderam nenhum dos contactos disponíveis. Forneceram o contacto errado do transportador. Partiram e mal trataram vários items, desde colchões (foram dobrados ao meio) a pratos e roupa ! Não se responsabilizaram por nenhum dos danos causados e ainda perderam uma máquina de costura que tal como o resto dizem que não se responsabilizam.
Se está a procura de transportar as suas coisas procure outra empresa pois esta não tem nenhum profissionalismo ou sentido de responsabilidade. Fornecem um orçamento mais baixo que a média pois a qualidade do serviço é a mais baixa possível!

J'ai eu une bonne équipe de professionnels, ils ont été super clean, travail bien fais et à l'écoute du client, que se soit les gentilles standardistes, aux chauffeurs...bon Rapport qualité prix...
Ps : très bien de pouvoir suivre notre cargaison par GPS.

Dont trust this company. Please becareful, they lost one of my baggage and no one accept the responsibility. I had 5 hard disk of 2 terabytes in it and many other personal stuff in that baggage. All my work samples and family photos are gone.

Be aware about this company.i contracted them to transport my stuff from Portugal to Germany.at the beginning they gave me a reasonable price regarding the weight and number of my boxes. But one day before I leave Portugal they come to take my stuff but they told me my boxes are more than 4 m2. And I have to pay 1300 euros more. I didn’t accept the price and asked my money back. They said we don’t have your money back because our driver is in your local now and we did our job !???
Then I said ok take whatever you can with that amount(650 euros). The lady (fillipa) in translowcost at first didn’t accept to take my stuff but after long discussion they took half my stuff but one week later send me an email and asking again for more money. I deny to pay anything more and did a reclamation on internet. Please be careful in my opinion it’s better to pay a little bit more to contract a well known company instead of a unknown company like translowcost

Expérience plus que satisfaisante

De plus leurs personnels sont super gentils
Seul bémol ils ne parlent pas anglais ou français mais ils font tout pour nous satisfaire
Tarif 1400 €. Très honnête pour 8 m3

I am extremely disappointed in this company. They don't deliver what they say and when you confront them with this, they just stop responding to your emails. In my opinion, they are thieves and they have stolen my money. I can only suggest to look for another company if you need to move.

I would strongly recommend NOT to use this company.
We had ordered and payed for their 'premium service', which includes unloading with assembly and collection of packaging material. We ordered this service because we have a 6 month old baby and wanted to have peace of mind when we got into our new home. However this service was never provided. The movers just dumped all the boxes and pieces of furniture in the room and left.
For the first week we had to eat and sleep on the floor with our small baby, we had to assembly everything ourselves and had to go to the dump multiple times to get rid of the boxes and abundance of plastic they used. After many emails and phone calls from our side, they finally replied that there had been a miscommunication but that this was our fault. As a compensation we could get a discount in the future. What is this kind of offer? Like we are going to move in two weeks again? This is totally unacceptable to us. Clearly there has been a communication failure, but this was within their own company. But apparently this seems to hard for them to admit.
They are not trustworthy, extremely unprofessional and lack communication. We are considering legal action against this company.

I have a shortest on words to describe this company. It's was terrible promise everything but on the end nothing came out. They should arrive on Wednesday to start our removel from the Netherlands to Portugal but whit all kind of excuses and so one the start on Friday. There should be a 70 m3 truck but there was a 40m3 truck. It should be on Monday in Portugal it was Thursday and after I told them I would take a lawyer and take them to court. Please do not ever do business with this company.

A FUIR !!! Prestation honteuse et personnel non professionnel. Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience lors d'un déménagement de la France vers le Portugal.Tout d'abord le tarif n'est pas le moins cher (SERVICE PREMIUM où ils sont supposés emballer eux-mêmes vos affaires et les ré-installer à l'arrivée lors du déménagement mais ce n'est pas le cas....puisque les "déménageurs" n'ont pas envie de se prendre la tête et veulent rentrer très vite à la maison). De plus vous faites un devis pour une surface déterminée mais les "déménageurs" n'arrivent même pas à charger correctement le camion et donc n'optimisent pas l'espace (sachant qu'en plus les affaires des déménageurs occupent déjà de l'espace dans le camion: environ 1-2m3) mais pas de soucis on vous les facturera tout de même. Mais la cerise sur le gâteau c'est notre canapé emballé par leurs soins lors du chargement en France et qui est livré sans emballage et détérioré lors de la livraison au Portugal (canapé troué). Nous avons donc pris des photos et signalé l'incident auprès de TRANSLOWCOST pour obtenir réparation via leur assurance mais bien entendu nous n'avons rien eu. Plus de 2 mois pour avoir des réponses à nos appels et emails et il se réfugient derrière des excuses de procédure à suivre (apparemment il fallait signaler le problème sur la CMR alors que le chauffeur lors de la livraison a refusé de nous remettre celle-ci et nous l'a fait signer avant de livrer nos affaires). Bref, une société non professionnelle et sans aucun scrupule à éviter de toute urgence. Sincèrement si vous devez organiser un déménagement mieux vaut privilégier une autre société. Quand je pense que par gentillesse nous avions aidé les 2 "déménageurs" à charger le camion et nous leur avions commandé des pizzas et des boissons pour le repas et au final...on nous a réclamé de l'argent en nous livrant notre canapé abîmé...ça en dit long sur cette société. Après libre à chacun de choisir son prestataire. Pour nous ce sera la 1ère et dernière fois avec ces escrocs (et si TRANSLOWCOST voit ce témoignage et n'est pas satisfait par celui-ci je serai ravi de témoigner devant la justice s'il le faut !!!!) HONTEUX !!!! UMA VERGONHA !!!!
PS: j'ai mis 1 étoile car c'est le minimum pour valider notre avis car TRANSLOWCOST ne mérite qu'un zéro !!!

Had them move my things from London to Lisbon and until they got me on board everything was fine (I even went to the extra length of visiting their offices in Coimbra from Lisbon to ensure size and price was agreed beforehand except that once they had my goods on board the owner moved goal posts and I ended up having to pay almost double of the original quote. Claudia in the office was lovely and the moving staff exceptional but the owner is nothing but a con artist and a highway robber so avoid them by boycotting his company and taking your services elsewhere. Beware of his offer to remove the Vat of the bill if you consider paying cash as he will just pocket the money and not declare it to the tax people and try giving you a receipt for a much lower fee than the service provided. AVOID.

Bad service in replacing damaged items (in Portuguese below)
We had board games that were damaged during the transport and after contacting the company (that claimed to have insurance to cover for damaged costs) and not obtaining any solution I sent them an email with the full description of what the damage was, where to order them from at a low cost and with the indication of how to transfer the money to us, should they opt for not order the games. The contact person at the company wrote an unpleasant email claiming that everything is being done to solve the problem.
The transport was done in the beginning of August, the complaint followed still in August and this is now end of November. I receive 2 emails a month now claiming "they are waiting for a solution". It must be a complex solution, to purchase 3 games!!
I do NOT recommend.

Descontente com o final do desempenho
Espero desde agosto (estamos no final de novembro) pela restituição de jogos (ou do valor correspondente dos mesmos) que foram danificdos no transporte da Alemanha para Portugal. Não acredito que venham a ser restituidos mas deixo o meu descontentamento face a um valor tão pequeno em comparação com o valor que foi pago pelo transporte, especialmente tendo em consideração que nos foi indicado que têm seguro mas que continuam sem se dar ao trabalho de ativar.
