Very incompetent service. We bought a travellers sim card with 2GB of data in another MEO shop in Porto. After 2 days, the card stopped working, so we visited this shop. After waiting for half an hour, there was finally someone who talked to us. She looked up the phone number, and said that the card was activated one month ago (which was actually the production date of the card). She also said that we need to go to the store where we bought the card, and that she could not do anything else for us.

incompetent staff.. bought a sim card in another meo store and sent us back there, even though it was the same chain...

Travelling from the UK I needed a second sim for my dual sim smart phone for data. MEO provided me with a second sim with 15gb of data for 15 days for €15, fantastic value and the reception (4G/LTE) has been great, it's not let me down yet. I'm also able to tether and have turned my phone into a hotspot so my wife can share the data too, great!

Service rapide et sympathique, la carte SIM à 15 euros pour 15 GB de data valable 15 jours m'a été de la plus grande utilité. Réseau impeccable dans toute la ville de Porto, sauf dans les caves ;-)
