Positif: La gentillesse de Marta, la proximité de tous les restaurants ainsi que de tous les commerces, le cadeau de bienvenu juste trop mignon !!! marta nous a fait visiter le village et nous a montré des points utile pour nos vacances !! On reviendra avec grand plaisir !! Encore merci pour tout.

Positive: La Signora Marta è stata molto gentile e disponibile! La struttura è pulita, completa di tutto e in una buona posizione per girare comodamente l Algarve..

Positief: Toplocatie! Op wandelafstand van prachtig strand en restaurants. Centrum van Alvor op minuutje wandelen van appartement. Uiterst vriendelijke host"Marta"die je bij aankomst met plezier wegwijs maakt in het kleine stadje Alvor. Wakker worden met zicht op het water.. Negatief: De douche is wel aan vernieuwing toe..

Positive: Poupa d'Alvor was the perfect base for my recent solo sunshine break in gorgeous Alvor. The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring the area - a short walk from the harbour and beach, with shops and restaurants just around the corner too (Casa do Rio - located literally a minute's walk away - is highly recommended!) The apartment was comfy and very spacious, especially as I was staying alone. It would have easily accommodated my family too, whom I hope to return with soon. It was spotlessly clean throughout and beautifully decorated. I especially liked the photos/artwork and shells etc. which gave it a real flavour of the Algarve. The apartment contained everything that you could need, making it the perfect home away from home. I could have easily stayed there comfortably for several weeks - as a fully fitted kitchen including large fridge/freezer and washing machine are at your disposal. Good pressure in the shower too and plenty of hot water. The shared garden area is lovely, and the lemon tree is very striking - the perfect spot for a cup of coffee in the morning. Even more so I loved the communal roof terrace, which has spectacular views of the harbour and the sunsets. The perfect spot for sunbathing or, as I did on a few occasions, enjoying a glass of wine and/or a little lunch, al fresco. WiFi internet is available throughout the apartment, including the roof terrace. Marta was the perfect hostess - warm and friendly, and very welcoming. She was quick to respond to messages sent via Booking.com prior to my arrival, and happy to accommodate my slightly late arrival time. Easy check-in process, Marta was waiting at the door when my taxi arrived to issue the keys and show me around. The welcome basket of homemade liquor and cookies, and a homegrown lemon was also very well received!. Negative: I couldn't fault Marta and her fabulous apartment on anything at all - it was spot on!.

Positive: The view from the roof terrace is beautiful. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Marta is a very attentive host and nothing is too much trouble. Great location. Very close to shops and great restaurants. We especially liked Albar. Negative: Just one thing to criticise. The living room was not that comfortable. The sofa is really a wooden frame with cushions on top. Some soft chairs would be a good addition.

Positive: The location of this property was perfect. You were very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The hospitality and the geographical position was excellent, in the center with close access to the harbour, shopping streets, beach, restaurants and with a balkony on the roof with a wonderful view over the harbour and the Atlantic ocean.

Positive: Very keen to town and the beach . The owner was there to meet us in the evening when we checked in . Nice and clean apartment . Easy to park. Negative: Nothing - all good

Positive: Great location. Marta was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt very at home in Alvor immediately. Lovely welcome pack. Flexible arrival and leaving times. Beautiful view of the sunset over the ria from the balcony.

Positif: Le meilleur accueil jamais rencontré à ce jour. Marta qui parle bien le français et l'anglais a pris tout son temps pour que nous profitions pleinement de sa ville (visite guidée...conseils ...) L'invitation pour le feu d'artifice depuis la terrasse de la maison du nouvel an , Extra !! Vous êtes au cœur de la ville, proche de la marina et de la baie dans un appartement propre, simplement et joliment décoré, Une petit panier plein de friandises maison nous attendait sur la tacle de la cuisine, des fleurs sur le linge de toilette....
