Tämä on upea paikka! Kauniiseen luontoon pääsee vaeltamaan kotiovelta. Asumistilat ovat siistit ja sisustettu hyvällä maulla. Ympäristö on hyvin hoidettu ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Saimme maastopyörän vuokralle helposti ja ne tuotiin meille. Saimme kaiken avun mitätarvitsimme ja lomamme oli ikimuistoinen. Joogatunnit ovat huolella vedetty ja ohjaajat päteviä. Suosittelen lämpimästi.

Schön an einem vom Fluß umflossenen Hügel gelegene Ferienunterkunft, die durch die vielen Tiere dort auch den Charakter eines Agroturismos hat. Alle Tiere sind sehr lieb und bis auf die Ente auch streichelbar. Im Gästebereich findet man drei Esel, Vater (inzwischen Wallach), Mutter und ausgewachseneTochter, drei riesige Hütehunde, die sich auch sehr gerne den Bauch kraulen lassen und drei Katzen. Weitere rund zehn Katzen sind oben an den Privathäusern der Besitzer. Diese Katzen sieht man allerdings selten, sie sind ziemlich scheu. Mit einem Esel spazieren gehen ist derzeit nicht möglich, sie möchten immer zusammen bleiben und sind auch Gehen an der Leine nicht gewohnt. Aber man kann zu ihnen rein um sie zu streicheln oder bürsten. Alle Tiere freuen sich über Aufmerksamkeiten. Nach Absprache kann man sie auch füttern mit allerlei Leckerlis wie Äpfel, Karotten, Bananen und anderen Früchten und Gemüse für die Esel oder Knabbersachen für Hunde und Katzen sowie Naßfutter für die Katzen. All diese Sachen bekommt man in umliegenden Supermärkten, z.B. im Intermarché. Es gibt Appartements mit Vollausstattung, ein Zimmer mit Bad, zwei Zimmer mit gemeinsamem Bad, Toilette und Küche sowie Tipis, die ein separates Bad haben, aber auch die gemeinsame Küche. Bei den Appartements sind Bad und Küche inklusive. Alle Gäste haben damit Zugang zu einem Herd, Spühltisch und Kühlschrank. Alle Besitzer und dort arbeitende Leute sind sehr nett. Die Gäste sind schwerpunktmäßig Yoga-Interessierte und Surfer. Verbesserungsvorschläge: In den Duschen fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten für Seife und Shampoo und außerhalb Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Handtücher. An den Betten fehlen Lampen, in deren Licht man auch lesen kann. Besser, als nur einzelne Fenster mit einem Mückenschutz auszustatten, wären Moskitonetze über den Betten, denn durch die Terassentüren kommen die Moskitos immer rein. Beim Frühstück wäre es schön, nicht so oft kleingeschnittene Früchte zu bekommen. Die kann jeder auch selbst klein schneiden. Davon ausgenommen ist ein richtiger Fruchtsalat. Kakao fehlt. Richtig süße Marmeladen fehlen, die vorhandenen sind eher Kompott. In neun Tagen nur zwei verschiedene Marmeladen ist zu wenig. Zwei drei verschiedene Fruchtsäfte wären schön. Nur eine Käsesorte ist zu wenig. Etwas Wurst zum Auswählen wäre schön. Belegte Brote wären schön, vielleicht mit Prosciutto, Rührei mit Gemüse, etc. Etwas Warmes wäre schön, zum Beispiel Eier gekocht, Spiegeleier, Rührei, Omelette, Pfannkuchen. Pfannkuchen mit Grand Marnier und Erdbeermarmelade ist so unglaublich lecker...

Geweldige plek om helemaal op adem te komen. Stijlvolle inrichting, prachtig domein met zicht op de heuvels. Erg sfeervolle plek dankzij de natuur en de vriendelijke eigenaars en staff. Thanks Robin, Bella, Maria, Olé and all the others!

Positif: Accueil chaleureux, projet écologique, situation vraiment sympathique mais avec des surprises en cas de pluie! La rivière gonfle et l’accès devient aventureux. Bien géré par les hôtes.. Négatif: Parfois acoustique avec voisins.

Positive: The Bamboo Apartment is part of Vida Pura, an amazing Eco resort in the hills, along the river, outside of Odeceixe. It is situated on a hillside offering spectacular views of the surrounding hills, and river valley. The property was verdant with local trees and vegetation, with many kinds of Mediterranean herbs growing everywhere. We were welcomed by Robin, the owner, and spent some time touring the property and talking about his inspirations and motivations for Vida Pura. He was funny, charming and welcoming, and we felt as though we were staying with a warm, kind, friend. The apartment was very cozy and well built, the bed comfortable, and all the details were excellent. We enjoyed and made use of the wood stove, as we visited in March and the temperatures were still a bit chilly. The firewood came from the maintenance of the trees on the property, which was similar to all other resources used during our visit. The power comes from solar panels and batteries on the farm, leading to a stay with a low environmental impact. There is an amazing deck with a fantastic view that would be perfect in warmer weather. Everything about our stay was excellent and we would chose instantly to stay again. Breakfast was delightful with most ingredients grown locally or from the organic farm on the property, and check out was easy and straightforward. During our visit, we chose to drive out of town a bit for dinner at Gulli, an Italian/Portugese fusion restaurant recommended by the owner. What a great choice! the food was amazing, and great value!. Negative: Make sure to follow the directions if you are driving from the North! Simply cross the river bridge on the N-120 and go left all the way to Vida Pura!

Positive: Perfect location for some rest and silence. Interior of the house is unique and very well taken care of. Everything was tidy and clean. The fireplace, terrace and the view make all perfect. . Negative: The road to the property could be better.

Best place to stay in Vicentine Coast. Ecological in everuthing. People are so nice, the place is just amazing and relaxing

Positivo: A vista era espetacular, o chalé tem óptimas condições, isola o calor, a Madeira da nos um conforto enorme. A decoração está óptima. Um local perfeito para descansar, renovar a alma, estar em contacto com a natureza num perfeito conforto e comodidade.

A fantastic experience here at Vida Pura. Attentive owners with such unique beautiful rooms, all with the added bonus of being in a stunning location. You must go!

Wunderbarer ruhiger Ort in einer hügeligen Landschaft... einsam gelegen, aber nicht weit vom hübschen Örtchen Odeceixe, vom Fischerpfad und vom Meer... Sehr schöne Zimmer, die Appartements sind spitze... Nach der morgendlichen Yogastunde ein leckeres Frühstück im Freien... Sehr nette Menschen empfangen euch freundlich und geben euch schon vor der Ankunft das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein... Thanks a lot to Robin, Bela & Team ... I'll come back soon :-)

Beautiful location in a small valley where the Dutch owners run a eco-friendly and self-sustaining retreat. All accomodations are designed and built by themselves. The multi-room guesthouse and the three appartments are comfortable, clean and beautifully designed. There is a farm for vegetables and herbs and there are donkeys, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs. The friendly and helpful staff makes you feel very welcome. Breakfast is served with love at the reception. At night, all is dark, great for watching stars at the terrace of your apartment, listening to the sounds of nature. All in all a great place to come to rest and to serve as a base for explorations in the surroundings.

One of the most beautiful valleys i have visited, really friendly host. If you want to find yourself look no further.
