Die Klimaanlage heizt im Winter und kuehlt im Sommer. Das Hotel verfuegt ueber eine sehr gute komplett ausgestattete Kueche in der die gaeste ihre Mahlzeiten zubereiten koennen.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding tikkeltje te hoog. Locatie midden in het centrum prima. Zorg wel dat je zeezicht hebt vanuit je kamer, want stadzicht word je niet heel gelukkig van!

I made in September a personal reservation for November 2018 and paid already 100 Euros ! Had to cancel for important reasons on the fifth of October (today) and asked, if I could have the money back or stay for this price, maybe two nights, in November ! The Lady ignored me more or less, busy with phone and computer, asked me two or three times the same thing and that she had to ask her husband ! And then she said, that she would not give me the money back, because she has to pay so much for this reservation, the staff, the gardener, ....... !!! I went !!! My impression : I'm very pleased, that I haven't rented an apartment ! Money makers, estate agents, business people, but not a pleasant host !!!

We loved it. Nice staff. They were very helpful. Clean room. Good a/c. AMAZING LOCATION. Nice balcony. Even had beach towels.

Points positifs vue spectaculaire sur l'océan et la plage. Si vous avez une chambre vue mer . Les autres sont en face de la rue. Possible de prendre son petit déjeuner a l'hôtel rocamar juste a coté pour 13 euros. Ou d'aller dans shops a quelques minutes a pieds. La cuisine est petite. Les chambres spacieuses. Mais mal entretenues. Plafonnage qui s'effrite. Toiles d'araignées dans la douche et poubelle rouillée. Pas très engageant. Personne a la réception et personne n'a décroché lorsque nous avons téléphoné. Nous avons attendu 20 minutes pour le code d'entrée. Nettoyage très sommaire. Essuis parfois déchirés. La gérante n'est pas souvent présente donc nous avons attendu 2 jours pour solutionner l'air conditionné. Il y avait 26 degrés dans la chambre. Hôtel charmant mais mal entretenu. Le seul point positif est la vue . Proximité du centre et le calme. Il faut espèrer qu'il n'y ait pas de problème pendant le séjour.

Check in is terrible - there is no one there to meet you in person. We had to wait 40 minutes to be let in after travelling all day. AC broke and leaked all over the floor. Wifi didnt work at all.Ocean view was great though.

Amei este Hotel foi minha primeira vez e ficamos deslubrados a funcionaria Michele foi muito simpatica recebeu nos muito bem e ainda nos mostrou os quartos familiares para uma proxima vizita amei a varanda no quarto e o terraco tem cozinha partilhada e uma linda sala de jantar .e os quartos familiares sao lindos demais .recomendo e vou voltar concertesa.o hotel fica de frente para a praia uma paisagem maravilhosa.

Really loved the place. The check in was easy, the room spacious, nicely decorated and had large balcony with table and chairs to chill. The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking. Bathroom spotless clean and modern. Fridge, kettle, hairdryer in the room, good air conditioning. We could borrow the parasol for the beach. Place has beautiful common areas, fully equipped kitchen, lovely ground floor terrace with sunbeds, good wifi though we didn't use it much. The location of the guesthouse couldn't be better - we were at the beach in 2 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and bars around and the bustling old town centre is only 5 mins walk. The reception staff was super helpful and friendly. The housekeeper was doing a great job cleaning the room daily and was very nice. Absolutely perfect stay and can't recommend it enough.

Na verdade é uma casa, a dona faz a recepção e a apresentação dos espaços, a cozinha é compartilhada e muito bem equipada, a sala de estar também é de uso comum, os quartos são bons e espaçosos e a vista para a praia é espetacular! A localização é excelente, bem próximo ao centrinho e seus restaurantes! Para entrar na casa/hotel usa-se uma senha no teclado externo e para entrar no quarto , uma chave. Normalmente não há ninguém na recepção, mas tem telefones de contato fixos na porta. Valeu a experiência!

Prachtig hotel, fantastisch terras met uitzicht op zee, kamers zijn groot en schoon! Goede ligging, je wandelt zo naar het centrum. Je kan er zelfs je eigen potje koken als je zou willen, er is een keuken door ieder te gebruiken. Een aanrader !!

Really nice view also in the common areas. Rooms have a nice size. Interesting there is also a common kitchen where everybody is welcome to use. Totally recommend! :)

Posto fantastico.. Si affaccia proprio sulla spiaggia, vicinissimo al centro. Prezzo giusto per la bellezza del posto è la posizione. Personale cortese e gentile. La mattina viene a trovarti un gabbiano che ti fa compagnia!!

Amazing hotel and very much beautiful scene from hotel. You just open your window and you are on the beautiful beach. Loved it.

So glad wee booked this wonderful place. Didn't realize I didn't book an sea view but was impressed that it was no problem to change it when I think the hotel was booked.i highly recommend this place. I will definitely stay here again if I return to the Algarve
