A real place to stay! Very cozy, pretty, comfortable with a personal touch. Very good atmosphere , great breakfast for very low price! If you want to stay in Coimbre, this is the place to stay!

Quelle belle maison, décorée avec soin et amour, patiemment, par la charmante propriétaire Paula! L’accueil chaleureux, les petits soins apportés pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Nous aurions dû rester quelques jours de plus. L’une des plus belles maisons de chambres que nous ayons vue. N’hésitez pas, cet endroit est un vrai charme. Le petit déjeuner délicieux avec des produits préparés et choisis avec grand soin, sur la belle terrasse ensoleillée. Merci Paula, heureux de vous avoir rencontrée.

Para mí ha sido la mejor experiencia en hospedaje que he tenido. Si los portugueses son amables, Paula aumenta este valor exponencialmente. No se puede ser más agradable, ni hacerte la visita y la estancia a Coimbra más fácil. Por las mañanas ya empiezas bien el día con un desayuno estupendo. La casa es una maravilla. Decorada con muchísima originalidad. Es el lujo de estar en una mansión señorial. Las habitaciones son amplias, con una gran ducha y televisión con centenares de canales. La casa está a la distancia justa de todo. En diez minutos andando estás en pleno centro de Coímbra. Siempre que vuelva a Portugal, será una referencia a tomar en cuenta. Fantástico.

Trato exquisito , tanto por parte de Paula como de su hermana. Te dan muchas explicaciones sobre que visitar en coimbra , donde comer etc. Muy agradecidos por sus recomendaciones.

CoimbraAmeias es una casa de huéspedes decorada con sumo gusto y muy acogedora. Tiene aparcamiento, y está situada a unos 10-15 minutos a pie del centro de Coimbra. Paula, su propietaria, se desvive por que la estancia resulte cómoda. Y lo consigue sobradamente, haciendo, si el huésped lo desea, de una verdadera informadora turística de la ciudad. El desayuno es abundante, variado y de excelente calidad. En definitiva,... ¡un placer!

The hotel was on the opposite side of the bridge to the old part of town, about a 15 minute walk with suitcase from the train station. I would advise a taxi for this part as it is uphill, but once your bags are dropped it is a fairly easy walk back across to see the sites. The room was beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed, sparkling clean and a great shower. It was the breakfast and our host that made it though. Locally made fresh yoghurt, jams, cheese, pastries and fresh fruit. Our host was friendly and lovely to chat to about the area with great recommendations. Highly recommend staying with her.

I am so happy we stumbled upon this B&B when searching for a place to stay in Coimbra. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, the inn is beautifully decorated, the rooms are comfortable, there is a great view of the city from the patio and the breakfast is wonderful with homemade jams, yogurt and pastries. While it's not in the city center it only takes 10 minutes to walk there. We have been traveling for 4 months and this is one of the best places we have stayed. It is a steal for 55 euros a night.

No CoimbraMeias conhecemos, eue minha esposa,a maravilhosa história de amor infinito de El Rey e Inês de Castro; mesmo ali compreendi o significado da palavra anfitrião nas pessoas das irmãs acolhedoras, Paula e Sofia; não há comparação em Coimbra para um pequeno almoço como o qual foi disposto naquele sitio; instalações impecáveis; qualquer outra sugestão para melhorar esse cenário é dispensável. Mergulhem nessa aventura.....!

Sans doute le meilleur endroit pour être hébergé à Coimbra. Accueil chaleureux et extrêmement sympathique. Hôtesses aux petits soins pour nous. La demeure est magnifiquement restaurée avec énormément de bon goût. Chambres et lits très confortables. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner digne d’un 5 étoiles. Des conseils avisés pour le culturel et le gastronomique. Les restaurants conseillés se sont révélés exceptionnels. On se sent chez soi chez nos hôtesses. Nous le conseillons sans réserve et essayerons d’y revenir, c’est le meilleur souvenir de nos vacances.

Wir haben eine Nacht bei Paula und Sofia in Coimbra verbracht und hier müsste man eigentlich 10 von 5 Sternen vergeben. Wir wurden von den beiden herzlich empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Infos zu Coimbra ausgestattet. Ihr Gästehaus ist wunderschön und die Zimmer super eingerichtet. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Coimbra Ameias nur empfehlen.

Faultless - a Beautiful Boutique Experience. It is no surprise that nearly everybody who stays here gives it a five star review. I will do the same, it was magnificent. Meticulously and fabulously pieced together to create a gallery of stunning exhibits. In every corner there were treasures to explore and please the eye. Everything about the property, including the terrace, was stunning. The rooms were just so perfect. Ours had lovely views over Coimbra. There was a table under the window that had been cunningly constructed using one of the old window frames salvaged from the property renovation. Everything down to the goblets for the water was perfect. The breakfast was wonderfully comprehensive set on that perfect terrace. The best feature of CoimbraAmeias was the warm and faultless welcome given by the owners which continued with great attention to detail throughout our breakfast and departure. The 2 sisters were lovely, top of the game. The highest quality, the very best. Heaven on earth.

Nothing short of amazing! Paula and her sister are outstanding hosts with great sight seeing tips. The place has been completely renovated and was in top shape. The view from the bedroom and patio is stunning. Breakfast is probably one of the best we've had in Portugal and included with your stay! We would come back in a heart beat. We definitely recommend to anyone staying in Coimbra!

Alojamiento excepcional. Decorado con gusto , todo muy nuevo pero lo más importante es la atención de su propietaria Sofía que es sencillamente exquisita. Te hace sentir muy bien atendido. El desayuno es supernatural y casero. Sitio muy recomendable.

Im Coimbraameias hatten wir eine klasse Zeit!!! Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Sie beriet uns bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Und die waren super!
