Best place to get your morning started. Try their chouriço bread, its to die for. Only reason why didnt give it a 5 stars is because its a bit overpriced.

Best pastel de nata so far. When I went to order I was asked for a ticket... It didn't seem to make a difference that I didn't have one though as it was not that busy. I noticed the ticket dispenser on my way out... The place is a little out the way with little room to eat apart from a shelf along one side to stand at.
Nice friendly establishment with good quality pastries.

Ausgezeichnete Backwaren. Sehr gut besucht. Man muss am Eingang eine Nummer ziehen. Es kann sich also keiner vordrängen.

Backery since 1926. Nice service, delicious stuff. Natas to me not very good in comparison to other places but the one with almonds on top definitely a must! Good cod fish balls

perfect place for tasty coffee! it’s not caffe or lounge - but there are few high chairs, you can sit and drink/eat something.and if you like bakery products - it’s your paradise )

What an amazing authentic bakery!!! We came across this place by accident and went there every day after to take us some incredible pasteis de nata and some other pastries. On some days we event showed up two times :D. Actually we couldn't stop eating those delicious sweets. Really nice service too! Yummy!!!!!<3

Frequento este local desde os meus 14 anos, quando as 4 da manhã e mais tarde vínhamos em grupo comprar e comer logo ali as arrufadas quentinhas, depois os papo secos durante o dia, ainda hoje lembramos com saudade e risos o então proprietário uma noite dizer "boa note belos corpos". Hoje é uma excelente padaria/pastelaria, com uma decoração recente com gosto, tudo ali é bom e tem uma enorme variedade de produtos

Wir haben vorher und nachher Vieles probiert. Hier gab es die besten Törtchen. Chapeau! Da wir nicht mehr nach Lagos kamen, vermissen wir sie sehr.
Vor lauter Begeisterung ließen wir unser Geld liegen. Nicht sehr klug. Aber die Chefin brachte es sofort zur örtlichen Polizei. Als wir dort ankamen wurden wir schon lachend erwartet. So wurden die Törtchen zum Schluss nicht bitter, sondern sogar noch etwas süßer ;) Vielen Dank!

Great little bakery with a diversity of food. Very good prices for sandwiches and pastries. I recommend the pão com terresmos and the pasteis de nata were very good. Ate lunch here every day.

Para quem gosta de pão branco e pastelaria clássica. O pão da Figueira que aqui se vende é muito bom. Os arrepiados (bolinhos com amêndoa) e a trança dinamarquesa também.

Take my word for this: order the ham, cheese, and butter on baguette. So simple, yet so good. The custard tarts (Pastéis de Nata) are exceptional too. I got both and a water for like 3 euro. Best deal in Portugal. This place is awesome.

Kleine Bäckerei, mit leckerer Auswahl. Das meiste ist wohl selbst gemacht. Es gibt einen kleinen Sitzbereich mit Barhockern. Um bedient zu werden muss man eine Nummer ziehen.

여기서 중간에 만두같이 생긴 저거 먹어주세요 ㅠㅠ 곱게 갈린 새우살이 바삭한 빵 안에 가득 들어있는데 하나 사먹고 동생이랑 4개 사서 또 먹었습니다.. 가격도 4개 사니 5유로 미만이였어요 현지인들도 아침부터 많이 가는 빵집인 것 같아요! 존맛

Melhor bolinho de bacalhau da vida!! Best codfish ball :)) lovely place to eat pastry and it is just delicious and super cheap! There are few spots to sit inside but it is def worth it! Locals also recommended it a lot!

Good pastries and fun atmosphere! The pastel de Nata was VERY good. Better than a lot of others in Portugal. Extremely crispy shell and not too sweet custard. Took a star off because the tuna "quiche" was atrocious.

One of my favourite places to grab a bite, have a quick coffee or buy breakfast at. The pastries are always fresh and the prices are reasonable. It looks modern but this place has existed for ages and continues to not disappoint. Here is where the locals get their bread and quick lunches, but nowadays we also see a lot of tourists visiting the place for consumption due to the hostels around town.

Diese Historische Bäckerei wurde vor 3 Jahren sorgfältig restauriert.
Sie öffnet auch Sonntags früh.
Es gibt nebst viel Auswahl an Gebäck u. A. Cafe. Selbstbedienung.
Leider gibts nur 4 Barhocker an einer Theke.

Staff were friendly and the pasteis de Nata were amazing - one of the best I've had in Portugal. A ton of locals stopped by which is always a good sign.

Excellent bread, cakes and the local custard tarts wonderful. Friendly helpful service. The place is a gem. Don't forget to pick up a numbered ticket on the way in or it's a long wait to get served.

My favourite Bakery in Lagos! Everything at this shop is yummy and it's a local family owned biz. Even as a tourist you could tell this place was a local favourite. They have a wide selection of sweet and savoury delights. I loved the bacalau pasteis, I miss them.
Over our five day stay in Lagos we tried over ten different things and liked them all. I've gone to the shop early in the morning and it's even busy then! Also, I know it's standard for Portugal, but the fresh orange juice...SO good.

Ótima opção para o pequeno almoço. Possui uma grande variedade de doces e salgados, tostas e sandes. No entanto, o atendimento é impessoal, devido a grande quantidade de pessoas a espera, e há funcionários que ainda atendem de forma grosseira. Também é possível ver algumas moscas no balcão, próximas aos salgados.

Great bakery. Massive range of freshly baked breads and cakes - got our breakfast (and lunch sometimes) from here 4 days in a row and was never disappointed

By far the oldest bakery in Lagos!
So the saying Old is Gold holds good here.
The bakery items are excellent and I ate my late breakfast here. The various offerings make the choice of what to eat all the more difficult ;)
