Fiz a reserva no mesmo dia em que fiz i checkin, fui recebido pelo dono que me entregou as chaves e mostrou o local, deu tudo certo, fiquei num pequeno apartamento individual, bem limpo, com TV, armário, mesa e varanda. O banheiro era compartilhado e estava bem limpo, tudo funcionando. É bem localizado, como tudo em Coimbra, o prédio fica no meio de uma ladeira, descendo chega numa rua cheia de restaurantes e lojas, subindo chega na universidade. O apartamento fica no terceiro andar, e não tem elevador, a última escada de acesso ao ap é em caracol, bem estreita.

Solicitei reserva informando o horário que chegaria. Eles me informaram que não poderiam me atender mas aceitaram, e cobraram, a reserva. Argumentaram que a reserva não poderia ser cancelado porque solicitei reserva sem cancelamento. A questão é: como se aceita uma reserva, pergunta o horário previsto de chegada, quando não podem atender na chegada prevista. Não indico o local pela forma de administrá-lo já que não o conheço pessoalmente.

Habitacion muy pequeña pero acogedora. La ducha tenia la alcachofa rota por lo que dificultaba mucho el aseo.

Calidad precio Des de fuera parece cutre, pero por dentro esta reformado y pintado. Nuestra habitación era pequeña, pero suficiente; muy acojedora, con techo abuardillado y ventana con vistas a la ciudad. Todo muy limpio!!! Hay microondas y nevera.

La habitación suficiente, el ruido de otras habitaciones y de la calle o el colchón duro sería pasable si no fuera por el baño. La ducha atascada y necesita más limpieza.

After an exhausting day of delayed flight and lost luggage, I arrived way past check in hours. The owner was kind enough to direct me to a really kind and nice lady who gave me the keys, the whole thing took 5 minutes. The room was really clean, the bathroom as well, and overall, the experience was really lovely. Great value for money, would recommend this to anyone who needs to find a room in Coimbra. Also amazing for solo travellers. And, trust me on this, it was a great first impression that Portugal left on me. Thank you to the helpful staff ❤️❤️

Good price and location, but my I could feel the individual springs in the mattress and had to sleep on top of the bedding. Could also clearly hear the conversations of my neighbors through the walls

If you get room 1 to 3, you are lucky to have escaped the narrow spiral stairs. It has no parking and if you park at the municipal market’s underground parking you will have to drag your suitcases up the very steep street to get to the guesthouse. The location is superb for walks to nearby attractions and to nice restaurants. The room is comfortable and modern furnished, the tv is small but with good channels. Shared bathroom is small but clean. It’s good for a quick one night stay, but I would have booked better places for a more enjoyable experience.

체크인을 옆에 카페에서 해야한다는 사실을 체크인 당일 오후 4시에 부킹닷컴 메세지 통해서 알려줌. 전화 매우 안받음. 밖에서 30분 이상 기다림. 엘리베이터 없음. 계단 매우 위험함. 상상이상으로 위험함. 취사시설 없음. 숙소 올라가는 길 매우 가파른 오르막 허벅지 터짐. 방음 안됨.

No vayáis a este hotel. Son unos ladrones, unos sinvergüenzas y unos prepotentes. Ni siquiera necesitan tener huéspedes, con lo que roban a través de booking engañando a la gente, ya tienen para vivir. LADRONES Qué buen negocio, pongo mi hotel sin cancelación gratuita y el late check-in a condición de que yo te lo acepte. Booking no te deja hablar conmigo hasta que hagas la reserva y yo tenga el dinero retenido, así que te obligamos a reservar para saber si puedes llegar tarde. Cuando me llega la petición te la deniego y como no puedes cancelar pues me yo me quedo con tu pasta, booking con su parte, y tú con dos palmos de narices. Y además si te quejas me pongo vacilón, total, booking está de mi parte, no puedes hacer nada. Redondo, hoiga. Sin fisuras. NN Guest House, Coimbra. Sinvergüenzas, ladrones y maleducados. Visítenos.

The accomodation is really near to the center and it is correct place. It is perfect for the cost it has.

I only ended up with bed - no breakfast! To get to it is a steep climb up a spiral stair case which is awkward if you have a suitcase. Having said that it's very clean, a comfortable bed & TV with shared bathroom & reasonably priced & in the old section but pretty close to everything.

Pro: The price is low and the view from the window is great. Con: every door is way too loud, you can hear when someone is in the bathroom as if they are right next to you ,very thin walls (everything is too loud).
