Óptimo spot para alugar uma bicicleta para passear na Ecopista do Dão

They have a bikes to rent with good price and assistance, close to the Ecopista of Dão. We did that and recommend. To do again!

We did not stay however we contacted Pieter to hire bikes to ride the ecopista. We were in Viseu and no one rented them. Pieter came to us as he is located at the 47 km point (that is the other end near Santa Comba) with great quality bikes and could provide transport back to Viseu since we only wanted to pedal one way. From the information and tips along the route he provided we had a nice stop for a drink and pick up take away lunch of fish, rice and salad with borrowed forks to enjoy before our swim in the river at 40km. The bikes were spot on and the whole experience has been a real highlight of our time in Portugal, not to forget the inclusion of a transfer back to Viseu with his wife. We could not recommend his service highly enough. Next visit we hope to stay at the Quinta da Abelenda and pedal from there to Viseu as the setting was beautiful near the river and so peaceful if you want to get away from it for a night or two

Amazingly beautiful place, very cozy and relaxed it's perfect either for couples or families. It consists of 2 different houses that are settled in a prime area of the shores of river Dão within its beautiful natural countryside. It has all the amenities you could need, including cooking and you'll feel right at home here. There is a long and scenic cycle track passing through, one can rent bikes here and the landscapes all around are of extreme beauty. Spent great quality relaxed time here for modest prices.

Excellent place for cycling along the Ecopista. Bicycle rental. Horse riding. 'Close' to the railway station.
