Absolutely awful!! Prices are ridiculous . 6.60euro for a baguette and when I opened it it was smothered in cheap Margerine.. You dirty scummy sods!!! 3.30euro for a coke... Food is awful and so is there customer service

Only offers plastic spoons packed in plastic. Would expect a bit more sustainability and quality in a high priced coffee place like this one. Coffee was hot, but way too strong for a cappuccino.

Nice atmosphere but really noisy fridges. Staff is not amazing at keeping things tidy and clean on a slow day.

My partner and I ate at Soho Coffee in the departure lounge for breakfast ahead of our return flight to the UK. As there were only a handful of flights departing that day the lounge was virtually empty, and we were served quite quickly. I ordered an Americano with my avocado, and my partner a Coke Zero and some pancakes. But what made this experience so great was not what we ordered, but what some other customers ordered after us. It was an American group, who were all over the place when ordering. They were over-pronouncing words to the staff as if they were deaf when in actual fact quite a few of them had relatively good English. One woman said she wanted an Americano coffee, asking “do you know what that is?” to a man stood below a menu that included such beverage. “Yes, I do. Would you like one?” he said. “Two” she said, holding up two fingers and mouthing it in such a way that was blatantly rude. “Sure thing,” he said. She returned to the table, only after picking up a couple of bottles of ketchup. And a short time later, their ‘Americano’s’ were ready to pickup. Instead of being served in the usual way, as mine was, the man making the drinks (not the same man who took the order, a different one), went overboard with whipped cream and sugar on top. I didn’t notice this at first, but my partner did and said the staff were messing with them. They hadn’t asked for their drink to be topped off like this, but I didn’t think they would do this. But then another person ordered an Americano, they weren’t American, and it was served in the usual way, ie a cup with no whipped cream and sugar sprinkled all over it. It was hilarious. Anyway, our food was great. Our drinks were good. The service we received was excellent. And the entertainment was priceless.

Service is really slow. Had to repeat my order 3 times and they tried to sell me a bigger coffee. Milk in my latte was too hot which ruined the flavor.

Unfortunately, by the time you've read this you've probably already had a bad experience here. Extremely overpriced, poor service and incompetent, slow staff. The food on the plane is better value for money and nicer...and everyone knows the quality of food/snacks you get on planes tends to be poor. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.

Should of read the reviews before eating here, the place is clean but my goodness the food was sub standard to say the lease, staff very rude and no apparent queuing system someone else took our food !!!!
