Happy-Donkeys Sanctuary Algarve: I bought a pair of sunglasses from Alberto Oculistas in Continente Portimão especially for riding a motorcycle. Before I tried 4 different models at the shop and was assisted by one of their salesman who accompanied me outside the shop so I could try them in natural sun light. I explained I needed them to drive a motorbike, and he advised me the model I ended up buying. When I arrived home I soon noticed that at a certain angle the colors suddently change and returned to the shop 2 days later and was attended by a lady salesmen who confirmed that these changing of colour is very dangerous by riding a motorcycle. She than discussed the issue with the shop manager, who refused to reimburse me. When she came back she had changed her behaviour towards my partner and me, said that I had tried out 4 glasses and therefore she could not give me the money back. When we approached her, that she previously agreed that these glasses were dangerous for motorcycling she answerd that this was just her personal opinion and had nothing to do with the glasses!!! They offered to replace the sun glasses, but did not have the model I wanted and needed time to research, and had they found one in stock, the price was 57€ more than in other shops, as I later researched. They insisted that it was very clear on the invoice (small letters, barely readable) that they do not give a refund ! That is preposterous, as you only given the invoice after payment is completed !!!!! As it was clear they were not going to refund me the money, i asked for the Complaint Book, which they could not find and we were asked to wait, about 20 minutes, while they get one at their other premises ! This is a law infringement, and we had the right to make an official complaint to the police. Well, Alberto Oculistas: giving wrong advice, not willing to correct the mistake and getting disgusting unfriendly.

Numa visita recente à Garden Shop a minha mulher e eu tivemos o melhor atendimento ao cliente que já tínhamos experimentado numa loja desta natureza. Não temos absolutamente nenhum conhecimento sobre flores e estávamos completamente sobrecarregados com o vasto número de escolhas. Isto até que tivemos o prazer de conhecer um vendedor chamado MIME. Essa garota realmente se importava conosco e que nós tínhamos todas as informações apropriadas que precisávamos. Quando acabou, senti que ela já era da família. Pessoalmente, acredito que é assim que deve ser toda a interação com os clientes. Especialmente aqui na Flórida, onde a qualidade do serviço ao cliente é uma mercadoria rara. Muito obrigado MIME por uma maravilhosa experiência de compras!!!! Por favor, continue com o excelente trabalho. Um cliente extremamente satisfeito.

Desde o fechamento do CDO, tive que contar mais com a Best Buy para a eletrônica. Fui à Spartanburg Best Buy para comprar um novo Pixel 4a. A equipe de telefones celulares foi muito prestativa e profissional, especialmente o Luke. A mesa de recolha também me ajudou com um problema complicado com o meu pedido online. No geral, tive uma excelente experiência e gostaria de voltar a fazê-lo de bom grado.
