Têm preços diferentes dos que apresentam na internet. Fica mal, no mínimo assumiam o erro e faziam o preço que diziam. Mas foi dito que seria preciso encomendar novamente, diga-se que seria o mesmo produto.

Fui devolver um encomenda pela UPS e o atendimento foi excelente.

Pouca disponibilidade de produtos na loja. Preferível adquirir online

MUITO CUIDADO COM AS ENCOMENDAS ONLINE, CONFIRMEM OS PRODUTOS POR TELEFONE ANTES DE ENCOMENDAREM, E CONFIRMEM TUDO VISUALMENTE ANTES DE ABRIREM AS EMBALAGENS INDIVIDUAIS Encomendei 2 discos rígidos Western Digital SATA de 8Tb online para substituir os "cheios" no meu servidor NAS. 1-Eles enviaram-me RECONDICIONADOS pelo preço dos novos em folha. 2-Estes HDs NÃO FUNCIONARAM E NÃO SÃO RECONHECIDOS PELO NAS. 3 - Quando reclamei culparam o FORNECEDOR por enviá-los, e alegaram que eram "tão bons quanto novos". Respondi por telefone e e-mail que: a) É ilegal enviar itens recondicionados quando novos foram encomendados (Decreto-Lei nº205 / 2016 de 23 de Setembro, Decreto-Lei nº 67/2003 atualizado no Decreto-Lei nº 84/2008) b) Se eu quisesse um produto recondicionado, teria pedido um em primeiro lugar, e provavelmente 1/2 do preço (e assumia riscos inerentes). c) Eles não podem alegar que o problema é o seu fornecedor, ja que eu não comprei ao fornecedor, comprei-lhes a eles. Ainda aguardando uma resolução ...

CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS CAREFULLY, CONFIRM ON THE PHONE BEFORE ORDERING, AND LOOK BEFORE OPENING THE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED PRODUCTS Ordered online 2 Western Digital SATA 8Tb hard drives to replace full ones on my NAS server. 1-They sent me REFURBISHED ones for the price of brand-new ones. 2-These HDs DID NOT WORK NOR WERE RECOGNIZED BY THE NAS. 3-When I complained they blamed THEIR SUPPLIER for sending those and claimed these were "as good as new". Replied to them on the phone and email that: a) It is illegal to send refurbished items when brand new ones were ordered (Portuguese Law Decreto-Lei nº205/2016 de 23 de Setembro, Decreto-Lei nº 67/2003 updated in Decreto-Lei nº 84/2008) b) If I wanted a refurbished product I would have ordered one in the first place at probably 1/2 the price (and assumed inherent risks). c) They can't claim the problem is their supplier, as I did not buy from their supplier, I bought from them. Still awaiting a resolution...

Compotadores e assessórios a bom preço

Bastante prestáveis! Redireccionei para aqui a minha encomenda da Apple, via UPS, uma vez que estava ausente no momento da entrega em casa. Fácil, rápido e conveniente

DON'T GO THERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I bought a computer charger from them which did not work. I quickly returned to the store and they promised me to transfer the money back the same day and took the charger back, fair enough. I came back several days after since I had still not recieved the money in my bank account asking where the money was. They first told me that they had simply forgot, but then proceeded to say that they had checked the charger and it was now working and they would therefore suddenly not give me the money back eventhough they had promised me to transfer the money already. They even thought I had given them my reciept and told me that I could not prove that I had bought it in their store anymore (they wanted to keep both the money and the charger now) but luckily I had not left the reciept at the store. As I started arguing with them and more customers came in the store and started staring at them they got nervous and finally gave me back my money. Don't ever go there! I had even spent several hundreds of euros on repairs and hardware in the store before this happened.

Não é má loja... Mas há alternativas... Pelo menos resolvem os problemas mesmo que se demorem semanas.

O local ideal para aquisição de equipamento e hardware.

Pouco material na loja. Encomendas que demoram muito tempo a chegar. Etc. Cada vez menos uma loja para ter em consideração

Reparam tudo e tem bom material a bom preço
