Não é um matadouro como muitos fazem querer parecer ! Tem pessoas dedicadas aos animais alojados e fazem o melhor que podem :) visitem e apaixonem -se ! Neste momento ha cerca de 100 cães para adopção responsável.

Adotamos lá uma cadelinha que é a alegria da nossa casa. Cuidam bem dos animais, mas eles precisam de um lar definitivo. ADOTEM!

O atendimento é bom, alguns dos funcionários são simpáticos e ajudam nas dúvidas. Pena outros estarem apenas para fazerem passar a sua jornada de trabalho. Vi todos os animais bem tratados e tudo limpo. Veterinária muito dócil com os animais. Apenas não gostei de ver um funcionário sem identificação e sem qualquer tipo de farda/bata/avental no local onde estavam animais. Nao tem serviço de pagamento MB, que como serviço Municipal, seria uma mais valia. Também melhorar no serviço de aconcelhamento, e disponibilizaçao de serviços veterinários , tais como consultas (desparasitar/tosquias/esterelizaçao)

Muito ruim de atendimento, viva o Brasil. Vocês tem muito a aprender. Nem dinheiro sabem ganhar.

I have never been so appalled by an "animal protection" service in my life. Was turned away with a little 3 month old puppy found only 5 mins away from this place eating out of the garbage near by. On top of this the "caretaker" was an absolute scumbag with zero level of care for the animals, as he is only there to receive money at the end of the month and people like him should be working in a sewer eating the sewage for free. A horrendous excuse for a human being and the same goes for the person in charge who also turned away a perfectly healthy puppy, basically willing to leave it to die. Animal protection should be just as it is written. ANIMAL PROTECTION. Not some no education clowns that are only there for a paycheck at the end of the month. Aweful place a people and I would advise against anybody donating to or delivering animals to this place and if I could give this place a genuine rating it would be a rating all the way down in hell where the people that work there belong.
