OK so I got that wrong, the company does get back to people and I am making this a public apology to the company because there was a spam related fault. I apologize profusely and publicly retract the statement of them not replying. Apparently my email had been sent to the company spam folder because I had sent a long detailed account of our farm, so if you don't want to be sent to spam just be short and do not elaborate as I did. There is a big problem among businesses, services and workmen alike here in Portugal and one only has to read expat sites to realise that not replying to communication is a huge problem and we found out the hard way but due to this oddity some genuine businesses. Once again I am sorry Imofactor Castelo Branco, misunderstandings do happen and I am only a human and I am sure you will agree... We all make mistakes and I hope that this post will rectify the whole scenario and that we can now start over with a clean sheet.
