Local muito aprazível, muita simpatia dos donos. A dona Céu muito simpática, recebeu com habitual simpatia. Silêncio, essencial para o verdadeiro descanso.

Serviço 5 estrelas. Têm serviço pequeno-almoço TOP, quartos com aquecimento no máximo e uma grande sala com três sofás-cama. É um ótimo sítio para quem vai para a Serra da Estrela. A internet tem picos, mas no geral funciona muito bem. A única rede disponível na região é a MEO.

Pena a suite não ter secador cabelo.A àgua quente leva muito tempo a chegar à torneira e não se pode fechar a meio do banho, pois volta a chegar fria

We booked by phone. Whoever answered the phone didn't speak English, but passed the phone to someone who spoke English very well. Upon arrival our hosts didn't speak a word of English (or any of the other languages we speak) but were patient and happy to communicate using hand gestures or Google Translate as required.
The room was great, with views over their garden and lots of power outlets. Breakfast was standard, with bread, ham, cheese and spreads.
Their credit card machine wasn't working at the time of our visit (late August 2018).

The place is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and full of charm. The location is good to explore the mountains in the area.The wifi worked well and the room is very bright.The breakfast was bread/cheese/jam/coffee/sliced meat.There is no elevator, though the very friendly owners were more than happy to help with luggage.There is no air conditioner, though I was able to borrow a fan since it was quite hot outside.The bed is hard, which might be a good thing for some people.The price was very reasonable making a stay here a very good value.

Très bel endroit. L'hôtel se situe au bord d'une rivière où l'on se baigne aisément. Le Wi-Fi est faible mais l'accueil très agréable, notre chambre très correcte nous a offert un agréable séjour là aussi pour un prix très raisonnable. À proximité, un café restaurant "café Idéal" vous régalera de produits divers, poissons de la rivière ou de mer, le tout pour un prix modique.. À ne pas manquer..

This is a renovated, beautiful old mill. It has been lovingly done with attention to detail. The surrounding property is full of flowers and fruit trees.

Quaint inn run by very nice older couple. Lovely breakfast. Lack of language beyond Portuguese. Inn is older and a little outdated in decor. Some very interesting items in the common area. Overall, the facility was clean and well kept. Clearly have more local guests than international guests. Room was small, but some of the other rooms looked larger. If I would have had a suitcase larger than my carryon there would have been nowhere to open it.

Uma simpatia de pessoa e um lugar para hospedar e visitar. O projeto incrível da arquiteta possibilita uma viagem à cultura local, com espaços para descanso e apreciação da natureza e principalmente uma hospedagem aconchegante e de alto nível! Excelente

Lovely hosts, clean rooms and reasonably priced especially if you go in the off season like we did.
On the last day we stupidly left our passports behind in the room and they came to find is in Manteigas to let us know! Saved the day :)

Very nice Ski Lodge / Museum converted from the owners ancestral olive and grain mill. Impeccably designed, built and maintained guest rooms. Owner and wife were great hosts. Within minutes we felt like old friends reunited!.

Fuimos excelentemente recibidos por los propietarios que son muy amables y atentos. La casa está en una ubicación que permite relajación y tranquilidad, puedes ir a comer a 5 minutos caminando, las habitaciones son limpias, amplias y cómodas.Volveremos seguro.

Casal Joaquim e Maria do Céu são pessoas maravilhosas. Nos recepcionaram muito bem. A hospedagem é bem de acordo. Nos aproxima da natureza e é muito aconchegante. Queremos voltar.

Excellent place for someone who wants to enjoy the peace of the mountain and a very warm and close treatment by the house owners. Definitely a place to stay for as long as we like! I totally recommend it.
