Bedienungen waren echt schlecht.
Wir haben ewig gewartet, bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, obwohl nicht viel los war.

Garçom muito mal criado, estávamos em 9 pessoas e queríamos sorvete, quando fomos pedir os sorvetes ele disse que era para pedir todos de uma vez porque ele não queria ficar indo e vindo da mesa no freezer e vice versa.

Worse experience ever, avoid! You can eat very well with a nice customer service in almost every restaurant in Portugal. When we arrived they literally kicked us out because the table was only for 3 people, not 4.. there were 4 chairs there.. instead of explaining us the situation they treated us horribly. Both, the waiter and the "manager" were super rude. Stupid way of losing money and customers! A JOKE!

Left one star because it's not possible to leave 0.
Went with a group of 4, sat in a table of 4 seats that - according to the rude, ignorant, frustrated little woman that calls herself the manager - cannot be used because it is placed in the entrance of the neighbors house. The level of stupidity one needs to have, to do something like this, must be very (VERY) high.
The waiters are possibly the rudest people I have seen in my life. Truly a colossal level of rudeness, ignorance, lack of empathy. They disturbed everyone around us causing one couple to leave as we did. All of this happened before anyone even saying "good afternoon".
I've met animals that do better customer service than these people.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Please avoid at all costs. Our waitress (which we believe was the manager) took forever to even take our orders. We had to flag her down each time. Never checked in on us. We moved tables to avoid the sun and another waiter came over and made us feel terrible about switching. A group of 4 came in then and asked if we could switch tables so they could all sit together. Again the same waiter came back even ruder this time even when we mentioned another couple moved tables with no hassle. Rather than being accomadating for the group they simply told them no about sitting together. Our waitress ( "the manager") came back to try to resolve the situation but didn't help at all. She then told us our order wasn't being made yet but a minute later said we either could stay and eat or pay because the food was already being made. We left with the group of 4 since the staff was just so disrespectful.

Poco más que un chiringuito,pero ubicado en una zona con vistas espectaculares. Comer una cataplana en su terraza,no tiene precio. Al principio tardan algo es cogerte la comanda,pero luego vsn rápidos. La cataplana es de las mejores que hemos comido y el precio muy razonable. Siempre que venimos por esta zona,vsmos 1 dia por lo menos. Mención especisl para el camarero alto (siento no haberle preguntado el nombre) q nos atendió en la terraza: simpatiquísimo y muy eficiente.

Empregada extremamente mal educada! Nem ficamos para comer perguntamos por mesa e a pessoa mandou esperar lá fora! Quando perguntei quanto tempo respondeu-me que poderia demorar 1hora ou duas! A casa estava cheia mas não tinha ninguém à espera! Não devem querer clientes portugueses!....

Lamentable atención. Vimos como varias mesas se levantaban porque no las atendían. Nos pareció exagerada la situación, pero tuvimos que terminar haciendo lo mismo... De la comida no puedo opinar, debido a que no quisieron servirmela

Très belle vue et surtout un très bon poulpe a la carte. On a mangé également des couteaux en entrée. Les serveurs sont sympa pour vu que l'on brise la glace. je suis aller dans ce restaurant début septembre et l'endroit était noir de monde. La terrasse est traversée par un chemin de randonnée. Malgré tout un service rapide et efficace. Je pense qu'ils ont du mal avec la langue anglaise et ca explique quelques uns des commentaires.

Its my first negative comment ever. Terrible service and rude lady. She refused to give us the menu, saying that we can only drink, and the menu comes at 12:00. it was 11:30 . I asked what kind of drinks they have since she don't give me a menu. she replied we have everything. I Order a mojito she says we dont have that. OK then schwepps. We don't have that too. So i asked her how can i know what you have? She started explaining by mouth they had only few drinks abs and not everything. so i got some juice. We were the only guests at the restaurant, all the tables were available, not a single guest .We said we will wait 30 minutes for the menu no problem. It was 12:15 when i asked again when the menu, and she started complaining to give her some space and time. We finally got the food and it was disgusting. The octopus was not cooked well it was the worst, and btw I love octopus. The toilet had no Key and the light was turning off completly dark there.very unpleasant visit. I asked for the Bill and i Had to wait 40 minutes. It's just the worst Restaurant ever. The only thing that is good is probably the location.

Food was delicious and the waiter we had was lovely, however witnessed a woman I assume to be the owner yell at a young couple with their toddler after the father changed his shoes (wet after catching the boat). If we hadn't already received our meal we would have left and taken our business elsewhere. The monkfish stew with rice was delicious though. A shame that the woman ruined the experience. Very poor form.

Casa Lamy is nice place to eat, and if you’re staying in Benagil as we were, visiting here for dinner is a lot quieter than during the busy lunch period.
They have a variety of fresh fish on offer, cooked naturally on the grill with some steamed veggies and a salad. This is highly recommended.
Also their cataplana is worth a look as while we didn’t have it our traveling companions did and it looked mighty tasty.
Some reviews speak of staff and service issues but none of this was experienced during our dinner.
All up I would recommend Casa Lamy.

Прождали за столом 20 мин на просьбу убрать развели руками, на просьбу сделать заказ тоже развели руками после чего мы встали и ушли. Такого ещё нигде не случалось это самое ужасное место!!!

Trato muy bueno y comida excelente, la mejor sopa de marisco que he probado en mi vida, las sardinas exquisitas, la ensalada muy buena y el bitoque uno de los mejores platos que he probado en mi vida. Recomendación 100%. Eso sí, revisad la cuenta a mi me intentaron cobrar de más. Saludos volveremos. ️

Fuimos por la mañana a reservar una mesa y nos dijeron que sólo hacen reservas para comer a las 13:00 horas. Aún siendo pronto aceptamos. Nos sentamos en la mesa a las 13:00 horas, tras 30 minutos llamando a los camareros nos tomaron nota a las 13:30 y empezaron a traer la comida a las 14:15 hrs. Los camareros son un desastre y muy maleducados, pero lo más grave es que NOS COBRARON 90€ de más.... Al parecernos un atraco, decidimos revisar la cuenta viendo que nos querían colar varios platos que no habíamos pedido.... al quejarnos vino una camarera estúpida que se llevó la cuenta y nos dijo que había sido un problema del ordenador... Nos enfadamos y se puso nerviosa dejando de nuevo la cuenta correcta y gastando bromas que no venían a cuento...
En definitiva, mal servicio, lentos, y poco serios intentando aprovecharse del turista.
Si os decidís a ir ni se os ocurra ir con prisas y mirar bien la cuenta porque al parecer tienen facilidad para colarla.... mucho cuidado....

Bad experience. Very unpolite staff. Although the place seems nice, we had just our drinks and we left without eating anything at all. I want to the bar, asked our waiter a cataplana and his answer was: go to your table and wait for me.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid avoid avoid! Rudest woman working here. Place was empty at peak lunchtime (I wonder why) and 2 of us sat down at a table that was apparently for 4 people but with the way she told us off and started moving the extra table and rudely gesturing for me to get out of the way you'd swear they didn't need the business. She then had the audacity to try take our order which I, of course refused and told her we were leaving because of how rude she was, prompting her to again start telling me off in front of the only couple of shocked customers they had. If you need lunch or coffee, go down to Benagil Beach Bar.

Ils n'acceptent pas la CB à moins de 10€ même quand l'unique distributeur du coin est hors service quitte à vous faire payer le double pour votre jus d'orange (qui n'était même pas frais, et cher qui plus est )

Un service exécrable, pas une formule de politesse, il y a des limites a ce qu'on peut proposer à des touristes. La carte bleu ne passe pas en dessous de 10€ pour des prix plus élevé que pour le reste du Portugal, j'ai mis une étoile car le jus d'orange était tout de même pressé, mais pas frais, dommage...

Two rude and unfriendly serving staff, no greetings, waited too long for everything.
The waiter who served a table of obviously non-locals, complained to them in English, insulted and made fun of other customers, mimicking their russian accent.
The waitress caressed a dog, went back inside and came out with food in an instant. No chance she washed her hands in between.
While taking our order she carried on joking with local custumers. So she got annoyed when she didn't understand us. Can you believe that?
After paying the bill the waiter just kept the change, just took it for granted. It was only 50 ct, but we really didn't want to tip. Not even 50 ct! Yes, the service was that horrible!
Leaving, they didn't even say goodbye to us.
Fortunately the food was great. 5* for the kitchen. Though we couldn't really enjoy the food because we absolutely didn't feel welcome and comfortable at all.
You can definitely get the same quality of food in another restaurant where the wait staff knows what it means to work in customer service and are not just trying to squeeze out the money of travelers and tourists.

Service. Awful. I saw guests being yelled at for sitting at a dirty table. I get the frustration having worked in restaurants almost all of my life, but you do not yell.

Arrivati in due con il nostro cane , fuori in veranda pieno e dentro pieno , altre persone aspettano , noi stiamo in fila e quando tocca a noi il tavolo si libera e ci sediamo . Poco personale per tutti quei tavoli, solo 2 camerieri e una cameriera che prende solo le ordinazioni. Dopo almeno mezzora, e dopo che vediamo che prende le ordinazioni di un tavolo arrivato dopo di noi, non vedendola piu in quanto occupata nella sala dentro chiediamo di ordinare ad un cameriere che in malo modo ci fa capire che non tocca a lui quel compito ma che tocca a chi ci ha dato il tavolo. Vedendo anche il colossale ritardo con il quale arrivano i piatti dopo le ordinazioni ci alziamo e andiamo via , con una fila che aspetta di alcune persone e quindi il nostro tavolo e stato subito Occupato. Conclusioni: vista la enorme mole di gente che hanno, non si preoccupano molto , tanto sono comunque sempre pieni. Nessuno si e accorto che ce ne siamo andati o ci ha trattenuto magari scusandosi. Pessimo servizio.

La comida estupenda , cantidad y económica, tuvimos que esperar un poco pero es normal cuando tanta gente que sale de la playa quiere comer a la misma hora pero puedo decir que mereció la pena la espera , una crema de Mariscos buenísima y barata y la cataplana de 2p pueden comer 3/4 perfectamente y el arroz con pulpo igual, era para dos y repetimos varias veces , los camareros muy simpáticos y amables así que nos vamos muy satisfechos y totalmente recomendado.

Interdiction de boire un verre aux heures de repas (16h) . Nous nous sommes pris plusieurs remarques car eux memes nous avaient installés sans nous demander si nous voulions manger ou boire ... c'est le client qui se fait engueuler alors qu'ils ne savent pas gérer leur restaurant. Excècrables ! Irrespectueux ! Aucune raison n'est valable pour y mettre les pieds !!

Me and my boyfriend tried to eat there but iv never seen a more disrespectful way to treat a cliente. An old waitress with glasses told us several times we had to wait to order, ignored us and pulled the menu out of my bf's hand. Worst service I’ve ever seen in Portugal (probably in my whole life).
The waitress was extremely rude to us multiple times and even though the place was empty she kept us waiting outside for no reason.
I don’t recommend.
There are other nice restaurants nearby which will treat you like a human being.

Sitio agradable para comer con vistas a la playa, pero hay que pagarlo.Las sardinhas grelhadas estupendas. El servicio poco amable pero correcto. Mi hijo pidió las bebidas, como no venían las volvimos a pedir,¡las trajeron por duplicado! El camarero nos explicó que las habíamos pedido dos veces, increíble.

Media hora en atender habiendo pocos clientes. Hemos presenciado malas palabras y malos gestos a otros clientes al preguntar si podían sentarse. Aunque las vistas y el lugar es bueno, parece que tienen el monopolio del lugar y hacen lo que le dan la gana con los clientes, interrumpiendo nuestro servicio para pelearse con otros clientes o atenderlos

Bastante bien para comer. La verdad que no entiendo algunas valoraciones sobre este sitio. Justo pegado a la playa y no tiene precios desorbitados por lo que se merece la mejor puntuación. El trato de los dos camareros que nos atendieron fué muy agradable. Tenían muchisima gente y aún así tampoco se demoraron mucho en ponernos de comer. El arroz con pulpo estaba muy rico. Volveremos

Cappucino was so strong it was undrinkable. Milkshake was ok. Does not accept credit card payments less than 10 euros. They told me this just before I inserted the card into the machine, and referred to their miniature sign outside the entrance door to their restaurant which nobody sees because everyone eats outside.

We asked for sardines and were educated on how to maximise the experience, fish rest on bread to soak the oil. Coffee and Porugurse tart finished off a marvellous afternoon hiking around the coast

This place is awesome. Little price for big portions of tapas. Pancake - awesome. Simple but tasty. Beer+7up is a must to refresh!

Nice food and good views. Steer clear of the manager and you'll find the staff nice.

La comida no está mal, normal para el precio. Lo malo fue uno de los camareros, un hombre de unos 50 años, que ya nada más llegar nos dijo de mala manera que había que esperar, habiendo varias mesas libres, enseguida llegó otro camarero que nos llevó a una de ellas. Al terminar de comer salimos a tomar el café a la terraza,en la que había mesas con gente, y estaba el hombre barriendo el suelo, y le pareció fatal, se puso a recoger sillas refunfuñando y lo tuvimos que tomar de pié. Una pena porque el resto de personal era amable y ese hombre hizo que nos fuéramos con mala impresión.

Food and some of the staff are OK but the manager of the restaurant is a real jerk. Unfortunately he has never heard about hospitality and money is the only way of thinking for this old guy. I feel sorry for the staff to work for this guy.
For me never again to this restaurant, I would recommend to go to the other restaurant: O Pescador

Preis Leistung war o.k. Das Essen war nett zubereitet. Die Bedienung war ein wenig überlastet mit dem Service. Aber trotzdem freundlich.

Tuvimos que esperar 1 hora para q nos trajeran la comida y cuando por fin llegó, se equivocaron con lo que habíamos pedido y la señora que nos atendía nos hablo muy maleducadamente. El servicio horrible. La comida estaba buena, normalita y un precio razonable.

Kaotisk sted hvor damen som tok oss imot var spydig og lite hyggelig. Når vi endelig fikk bestilt etter 20 min venting kom maten kjapt. Maten var til tross for dårlig service, god.

Muy buen sitio para comer en la zona de Benagil. Tuvimos que esperar un poco porque estaba lleno. Los precios no son muy caros para ser un restaurante en primera linea y con unas vistas espectaculares de la playa. Pedimos arroz con marisco para dos por 32,50 € (bebidas no incluidas). Lo sirvieron en una cazuela de barro con cantidad para cuatro personas. De los mejores arroces con marisco que he comido. Volvería a repetir.

Exelent eten, vers van de gril, heerlijk culinair genieten tegen een redelijke prijs. Mooi uitzicht en terras. Top locatie aan de baai van Benagil.
