The unit was very small and dark. Kitchen was not properly equipped plus on top of the beds. Not a good value compared to many others properties at the price range.

It’s not easy to find the location of this apartment, however, the check in staff gave us a detailed information to locate for the apartment. Her service was good. The apartment was just located within the shopping area. It was just 2-3min walk from metro station. Luckily there’s lift for this apartment, however, we still have to climb 1level of stairs to the lift.

Das Appartement hat eine super Lage im Zentrum von Porto. Die Raumaufteilung ist gut, wobei die Einrichtung Geschmacksache ist. Das Treppenhaus hat v.a. oben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. ABER: die Sauberkeit: Fußnägel und Haare auf dem Bett, Rostflecken in der Dusche, die Badezimmertür lässt sich nicht schließen. UND: man vergaß uns den Schlüssel der Haustür zu geben. Deswegen mussten wir nachts im strömenden Regen(bin momentan auch noch verletzt und kann schlecht laufen) durch den strömenden Regen zum Hotel del Norte und den Schlüssel holen. Entschuldigung gab's keine....sowas darf nicht passieren.

Wir sind hier durch Überbuchung des Hotel do norte gelandet. Was wir schon nicht gewollt haben. Dieses Apartment wurde uns als besonderes Schmuckstück angepriesen, ist aber frei von jedem charme, den diese schöne Stadt sonst zu bieten hat: - Abgeschnittene Fußnägel auf dem Bettlaken - Schwarze Haare auf dem Bett - Eine Badezimmer Tür, die sich nicht schließen lässt - Ein nicht ausgehändigter Tür Schlüssel für die untere Tür, so dass man durch strömenden Regen noch einmal zurück zum Hotel do norte laufen muss Dass das WLAN nicht funktioniert, fällt dann gar nicht mehr auf. Wenn man sich den Porto Urlaub richtig schön vermiesen will, sollte man auf jeden Fall im Hotel do norte und diesem Apartmenthaus absteigen!

Positif: Central. Tout à pied. Nous nous y sommes sentis en sécurité . Négatif: Ustensiles de cuisine sommaires Pas assez de rangements dans la salle de bain. Pas d'alese dans le lit...! Pas de balaie.

Positiva: La ubicación es buena, muy cerca del metro. Se encuentra cerca de lugares de interés y en una calle muy comercial y animada.. Negativa: La mampara del baño no corría correctamente y había que tener cuidado para que no se desencajara. Sería recomendable mejorar el olor del baño.

Negative: Bathroom too small, noises in the street all night long, bed uncomfortable, data of my credit card no safe (left on the desktop of the reception, all the people could read them).

Positif: L’emplacement central. Négatif: Salle de bain minuscule , crochet pour suspendre les serviettes inexistants. Manquait un bol pour deuxième personne. Machine à laver le linge mais pas d’etendoire, fer à repasser sans table. Manque une chaise pour accéder aux accessoires de cuisine en hauteur. Des voilages ( pour préserver l’intimite lorsqu’on tire les rideaux opaques) Nombre de couverts très limités. Pas de torchon

Positive: The apartment location is excellent, it is only 5 mins walk from the Bolhao metro station, which is around 30 mins by metro from the airport. There is 24h reception at Hotel do Norte, which is only 3 mins walk from the apartment. The kitchen is small but you have everything you need - cooking utensils, washing machine, plates, cups.... Negative: The hot water in the bathroom is not working very well. The hot water is only enough for shower of 10 mins. The elevator goes only from 1/F to the top so if you have heavy luggage, you have to carry to 1/F first, then to take the elevator. As the building is located at the busy shopping area at Bolhao, there is always noise from the street but it is better at night when all the shops are closed.

Negativo: Quarto escolhido através do booking não correspondeu á realidade, limpeza péssima (copos e talheres sujos), colchão rijo, janelas com vidro duplo que fecham mal, deixando passar o barulho da rua. Durante o check out não foi sequer quaestionado como havia corrido a estadia. Nao recomendo!

Historical Center Apartaments by Porto in via D Sol è perfetto.Si tratta di un bilocale ampio, perfettamente attrezzato di tutto, pulito, luminoso, silenzioso e ubicato in centro storico, vicino alla Cattedrale. Ottima posizione per visitare la città. L'appartamento, ristrutturato e ammobiliato modernamente (Ikea) si trova in uno stabile d'epoca. Gentile l'accoglienza, graditi gli omaggi come un paio di bottigliette d'acqua oltre che buone caramelle, shampoo e saponette. Insomma il parere è più che positivo se a cio si aggiunge un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Positif: Facilité de retirer et déposer les clés à l'hôtel à côté qui fait aussi la garde des bagages. personnel accueillant. Chambre assez grande, très grand lit, agréable. Le fait de se sentir indépendant dans un studio.. Négatif: Salle de bain petite, robinetterie bas de gamme pas commode à régler Pas assez de vaisselle/couverts dans la cuisine et à la propreté laissant parfois à désirer (les femmes de ménage ne gèrent pas la vaisselle et c'est au bon vouloir des précédents). La fenêtre fermait mal, et donnait sur la rue la plus animée de la ville: bruit une partie de la nuit/en matinée et courant d'air frais sur le lit.

Bien situé, très près du métro. Une rue très vivante. Le logement est propre , équipé pour une éventuelle envie de cuisiner.

Positivo: Ótima localização, atendimento excelente.. Negativo: A frequência da limpeza deveria ser maior pelo menos 3 vezes na semana

Negativo: O espaço disponivel para a 3ª e 4ª pessoas, no meu caso 2 crianças, era bastante reduzido porque o beliche está colocado num espaço muito reduzido que só permitia acesso por trás. Para o nivel de preços praticados este detalhe faz com que perca qualidade. Por outro lado na busca que fiz no Booking estava á procura de alojamentos com nivel de 4 estrelas e colocaram-me este apartamento que não é um 4 estrelas.

Olumlu: Odada birşeyler hazırlayıp yemek isteyenler için mutfak ve mutfak malzemeleri var. Oda genişliği iyi .Metro ya yakın. Nehir kıyısında kalmayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Odalar temiz.. Olumsuz: Resepsiyonu yok. Gittiğimizde karşımızda ilgili birini bulmak için uğraştık. Telefonla aradığımızda caddenin başında olan North Hotel'e gelmemiz gerektiği söylendi. Yani gittiğinizde doğrudan oraya gidin yoksa ortada kalakalırsınız. Yastıklar çok rahatsızdı.Metro vs. kullanmayacaksanız dönüşte dik yokuşlara hazırlıklı olun. Terlik şampuan, duş jeli yok. Banyosu küçük.

Check-in at Hotel do Norte, which is 2 mins walk from the apartments. Receptionist was very helpful and provided a tourist map, marked with nearby shops to buy essentials during the stay. Enquired about room cleaning and towel changes and told it should be done every 2 days {more on this later}. The apartment is adjacent to Via Catarina shopping complex. The ground floor of the apartment building is used as a rent-a-car service. The street is busy from dawn until late evening, felt very safe but there's lots of beggars. We stayed four nights in Apartment 3A. You will need to carry luggage to the first floor for the elevator. The proffesional photos have been setup to sell you a product that is far from reality. The bedding and fixtures are well used. The single bed in Apt-3A is well overdue a new mattress and pillow set! The wardrobe has a few manky hangers that should had been thrown out long ago. The kitchenette area is OK with working fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. The bathroom is a huge let down. Very small and the sink is no larger than one found on a airplane. Be prepared for 2 minute showers or make sure you shower before the people in your group. If you're the third person to shower, good luck! We had bath towel changes on the 3rd night. Bedding was not changed and no toiletries. Would prefer towel swap on 2nd night! Overall not a great apartment! If you do book avoid Apt-3A. In hindsight I would pay more to get a better room in this great city.

Amazing apartament , right in the centre of town,beautiful. Location , the only downside , the curtains are to tin , so you get the light right from early morning and you wont be able to sleepp.. Also the floor was extremely dirty ,, apart from thAt amzing apartment

Its a private condo(home) which is being rented out as Hotel; so it has all comforts of home (laundry was a +); But no food/service etc; Since its in a busy street; you wont miss anything; Also this is managed a Hotel property in same street corner; so nobody will be there at this Condo and you have to collect keys from hotel(2 min walk).main train station is a 10-15 min walk and you can get anywhere from there.Overall very convenient stay; If you are looking at room service and breakfast at the table; this is not for you; great for back packers !!

The apartment was very close to the train station and right in the heart of the shopping district. Key sites are within walkable distance. We booked for 3 people but the apartment could easily fit 5 people.The apartment does not have a reception and the keys have to be picked up at a nearby hotel. This was not mentioned in the booking, luckily we had someone in the apartment that guided us to the hotel which is only minutes away.The only negative is that the hot water system was not that great. The water started getting cold by the second person. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Muy mala experiencia. Habíamos pedido una cuna y nos avisaron un día antes de viajar de que no había. Al final decidimos no llevar a la niña. Al llegar a Oporto se lo comenté en el hotel y me dijeron que podía haber cancelado la reserva. Quise poner una reclamación y no me querían dar el libro, que no había, según la recepcionista ( me hablaba como vacilandome, aún encima). Al llegar al apart-hotel resulta que es en plena calle peatonal centrica. Un horror! Ruído toda la noche y por la mañana a partir de las 8 imposible dormir que ya hay grupos de música tocando en la calle y cantando. Hasta el primer piso no hay ascensor, con lo que si vas con niño y carrito malo! En cuanto a la habitación: el baño y la cocina no muy limpios. En definitiva, no volvería nunca.

It was everything great, just one thing that we didnt have Internet and TV during our 3-night stay. It was a very nice apartment so we had a wash machine, microwave and an oven everything new and clean. I would stay again if we go again to Porto.

I stayed 3 nights with my two daughters in this centrally located apartment in the middle of the main shopping centre in the central city. Excellent location and quiet at night despite being in the Main Street because cars are not permitted to use it. However you can get a taxi to the front door with your luggage. After 7 nights in a hotel it was great to have a wading machine and small kitchen to cook. Great for small family or students or couples. Also very cheap compared to inner city hotels.

Car park is just around the corner. Apartment was v clean and quiet despite the location being close to the city centre. We were a family of 4 and would definitely stay here again.

Super zentrale Lage, sauber, Badezimmer etwas klein, Küchenutensilien etwas spärlich, aber für einen kurzen Städteaufenthalt sehr wohl zu empfehlen!

Appartement hotel bien situé pour la visite de Porto. La chambre manque un peu disolation phonique et donne sur la rue commerçante santa catarina ce qui entraîne pas mal de passage. Il est quand même possible de dormir !

I was a little worried since I didnt see many reviews when I booked. It is a great value apartment in a good part of town for shopping/ restaurants/ access. As a family of 4, it offered us great space and comfort. On the forth floor, it was really quiet with the exception of the Porto seagulls which you can do nothing about (except be amazed that they sound like crying babies in the morning). The site-seeing bus stop was within walking distance and wireless signal was strong in the apartment (although you had to pay). We were comfortable even in the heat wave (~90F) while we were there. The air conditioner was in the master bedroom, but it cooled off most of the apartment. We traveled by car and the parking around the corner worked just fine for us. Definitely great value.

EXTREMEMENT BRUYANT /à lextérieur de minuit à 5heures : cris ou hurlements dans la rue , à l intérieur : des clients qui rentrent à 2h , 3h , 4h ou 5h du matin toujours en criant très fort : ce fût insupportableRéponse de l accueil de l hôtel : ce sont des gens qui font la fête et ils ont beaucoup bu !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ménage irrégulier : bien 1 jour sur 2 puis pas de ménage ni changement de linge pendant 5 jours ,après avoir contacté l accueil tout est rentré dans lordre !

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans un studio situé rua santa catarina, un séjour convenable et appartement très bien situé mais quelques inconvénients :- pas d explictions concernant l accueil le premier jour (mm si l accueil par l hotel du coin de la rue etait trés convivial)- situé sur la rue, notre appartement était très bruyant - à voir pour les appartements donnant sur l autre côté du batiment- un sous équipement - qq basic manquants ( ciseaux, passoir,...) qui auraient été bien utiles pour notre séjour

This is good for a family that wants to stay in the same room. Our family of 5 slept comfortably. The only problem is that the reception desk is two blocks away. There was no sign that told us that, nor was the info listed on the website. We were lucky to find it.

Oporto City Center Apartments was perfect for our lads weekend in Porto. The check-in at the hotel round the corner worked seemlessly. The appartment was on the main shopping street and just a few streets away we found very lively bars and clubs for the evening. The appartment was comfortable, clean, practical but not particularly big. For a groups of friends not planning to spend much time in the flat it was perfect!!
