Appartement moderne, propre, bien situé, personnel aimable et gentil. Seul bémol : le congélateur qui aurait eu besoin d'un sérieux coup de dégivrage. Sinon très bien.

Estupenda ubicación en Santa catalina, muy nuevos y bastante completos, el precio un poco alto, pero supercomodos y limpios.

Todo muy limpio y nuevo, y a pesar de estar en la calle peatonal y céntrica no se oía nada, está muy bien insonorizada.

Lovely apartment very modern and clean. Very nice girls taking care of apartments, Suzanna and Sandra. They take care of you as if you are staying in a hotel. Cleaning and towel change included in price. Great locality, in the busiest shopping street in Porto...but apartment very quiet at all times of day. Highly recommended.

We stayed in My Story apartments for a few days and loved it. It was sparkly clean, spacious, with a nice kitchenette, decent amount of appliances to make basic food. The bedroom was large, a decent size living room, all tastefully decorated and almost everything brand new. The apartment was well maintained, clean towels, very comfortable bed, nice pillows. The bathroom was fantastic with rain shower, very clean like everything else in the apartment, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and clean set of towels provided everyday. Staff was very nice, friendly, and took care of all our needs. Rita, the site manager, is fantastic, speaks English well and went out of her way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The location is also fantastic, close to nice cafes and restaurants, and public transportation. I strongly recommend My Story Apartments, actually the entire chain is great. We stayed at My Story Hotel in Lisboa and was very pleased as well.

Très bel appartement bien situé. Équipe géniale et accueillante. Les 2 seuls bémols sont le bruit des passants dans cette rue commerçante à toute heure de la journée et nuit. Et le code d’entrée qui n’est pas facile à récupérer pour le check in si personne ne vous ouvre la porte pour accéder au comptoir (1er étage de l immeuble). Mais sinon je recommande vivement l’appartement.

Top locatie en echt een prachtig appartement. Ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik vond persoonlijk het bed wat hard, maar mijn man vond het prima. Echt een aanrader!

We stayed at My Story Apartment in the heart of the shopping district on a street that is not open to car traffic. It’s a mall street for pedestrians. Great location. Parking garage was only 2 blocks away and only $10/night. The room was beautiful and clean. It included a blow dryer, and a kitchenette. We would definitely stay again. Love that it’s an electronic code to punch in and don’t have to carry around a key.

Bad wurde nicht gefliest sondern ein Material genommen, dass bereits nach so kurzer Zeit nach Eröffnung des Hotel auseinander bröckelt. Lage direkt in der Innenstadt, was leider dazu führt dass man eine Dauerbeschallung durch die Strassenmusiker hat.

The location is really convenient. Close to a shopping mall and many restaurants. 10 min walk to Sao Bento train station, 3 min walk to subway station. The apartment is well designed and has very high ceiling. Having a kitchen is very handy. Its a bit noisy though as the sound insulation of the windows is not that good. Overall we love the place a lot.
