Pessima, gente poco seria, un giorno prima cancellano la prenotazione adducendo inesistenti problemi con la carta di credito (solito scherzetto.. evidentemente avevano la possibilità di rivendere il soggiorno a prezzi più altri nelle stesse mie date). Con la stessa carta ho prenotata da altra parte! Inaffidabili! state alla larga da questi signori ed eviterete che vi rovinino la vacanza.

Accueil charmant. Nous avons été reçus avec une carte et des renseignements. L'appartement est vaste & pratique (cuisine équipée). Seul bémol : le bruit de la route pavée malgré le double vitrage et les volets, le bruit est pénible surtout le samedi soir. Néanmoins l'emplacement est idéal : 5 min à pieds des quartiers touristiques. Il y a des commerces dans la rue.

Καλό check in , ήξερα οτι δεν ειχε ασανσέρ αλλά ήταν στενές οι σκάλες και υπήρχε δυσκολία, στα μείον ο θόρυβος απο τις σκάλες για τον ναό και τα πουλιά, Στα υπέρ η τοποθεσία

En una palabra RUIDOSO , Le pongo 2 * solo por la ubicación y que está céntrico. IKEA proveedor oficial de los apartamentos turísticos . Para ser encantador hace falta algo más que unas paredes de piedra y u. Techo de madera, se oía andar a los inquilinos de arriba, cama regular y parecía que pasaba un avión cada vez que pasa un coche. Duchate rápido el acumulador de agua caliente solo tiene 50l. No hay tele, solo una radio sin bluetooth , imagino que para no molestar . Nada recomendable

Assolutamente sconsigliato. Panorama di fronte ad un muro, umidità nella stanza con relativo odore di muffa, 3 piani di scale da fare con le valige (anche 4), maniglia rotta, presa della corrente rotta, termosifone non funzionante, quindi stufetta di supporto. Ma soprattutto rumori rumori rumori. Gli altri ospiti, evidentemente non selezionati, molto maleducati, per cui svegliati di notte e di mattina presto grazie alle loro urla. Questo posto, definito da immigrati da un precedente relatore, è forse adatto a giovani con poche pretese, però se preso a basso prezzo, altrimenti nulla. Unica nota positiva la posizione.

Posizione eccellente, pulizia, il recupero dell'edificio interessante come autentica abitazione Portoghese. Manutenzione però scarsa, prese elettriche che si staccano dal muro, termosifone non funzionante, ci hanno dato una stufetta elettrica, molto rumorosa la scala e i pavimenti in legno, si sente ogni minimo rumore dalle altre stanze.

Excellent location, great amount of space for a holiday apartment. It was very ckean and had everything we needed, with a great view from the balcony.

מקום עולי מתאים לצעירים(לעלות 5קומות ללא מעלית עם הכבודה) לא מסודר אור ביחידה: ליד המיטה אין מפסק לחבר את האור בחדר, כמו שין אור ליד המיטה: מזל קיים "smarthone" עם המנורה ביחידהה סמוכה גם אין מחזיר טלביזיה כבר לא לדבר על ריח לוואי

Séjour du 1 au 4 juin. Appartement Artes au 2e étage. + positif: *Accueil aimable par une personne parlant le français. *propreté. * localisation * épicerie de proximité ouvertes tous les jours - : *l'annonce dit qu'il y a des amenties salle de bain. Il y a serviettes et juste du savon à main. * il y a des sachets de thé et un peu de sucre mais pas de café. Équipement vraiment minimaliste. * le bruits des pas des voisins du dessus est simplement insupportable. 2 jours de suite réveillés avant 6h par des gens qui faisaient des kilomètres au dessus de nos têtes. Le parquet flottant au sol est mal posé et grince à chaque pas. Bref hormis pour la gentillesse de l'accueil je ne récompense pas spécialement cet hébergement.

Positive: A bright and airy flat in a great location. It was clean, comfortable and spacious,well furnished and reasonably well equipped for self catering.. Negative: It would have been helpful to have an information pack to explain how the TV and kitchen equipment worked.Also, practical things like how to dispose of rubbish. It would also have been useful to have some information about local transport and how to get to places of interest. The person who met us at the property gave us helpful advice about places to eat, but a short written guide would have been useful.

Positive: Amazing location, close to restaurants and bars at Ribeira and easy access to main attractions at the higher part of the city through a stairway (you have to realize that Porto is hill with a lot of ups and downs). Awesome view!. Negative: Shower heater didn't worked well. As I was traveling in a group of 4 people it was very hard to have hot water for everyone. We had to take turns (2 showered in the morning while 2 had shower at night) and still we had to rush so everyone could have a decent bath. We also missed a few minor things such as hand soap and garbage bags.

Bonitos, modernos y céntricos apartamentos. No dispone de ascensor. La dueña es muy agradable y servicial. Todo perfecto en nuestra estancia

Positiu: Tot perfecte. Zona excel·lent. Molt a prop de tot no vam tenir que agafar el metro per res, caminant a tot arreu. La noia q ens va atendre molt amable. Les habitacions amples i netes. Negatiu: Potser un Segon joc de tovalloles

Positief: De locatie in combinatie met de service van de Hostes - Claudia. Negatief: Het geluid van de straat.

Positive: The location was perfect, central, close to attractions and with lots of resources around. Claudia was very helpful and organised transport for us.. Negative: We overlooked the fact that there was no washing machine, but that was our mistake. There is a launderette round the corner but we did not try it out.

Positif: L'accueil de Claudia, la ville ainsi que l'aménagement intérieur contemporain et chaleureux de cette vielle battisse rénovée avec gout en plein centre de Porto, la propreté, la sécurité la sobriété et la douceur de la décoration.

Positiva: Muy bien ubicado.Bonito y luminoso.. Negativa: Solo nos deron un juego de llaves.Tras pedirles otras,las conseguimos el ultimo dia. Lamparas sin bombillas.No hay un solo colgador en los banos para dejar la toalla ni tendedero para la ropa. En la cocina solo hay un enchufe. Esta en una calle ruidosa y de mucho trafico.

El único pero que le pongo es que cuando alguien anda por el piso de arriba la madera richía y molesta un poco. Lo demás está muy bien tanto la ubicación como la limpieza y también el precio.

Apartamentos recién reformados. Ubicados junto al Palacio de la Bolsa y a un corto paseo de la Ribera y el Ponte Luis I. Y la comunicación con la encargada (Maria) perfecta, preocupándose de nuestra comodidad durante la estancia.

Perfektní umístění v historickém centru města.

The apartment and all facilities are super clean and made up in a cute way. I loved the location, easy to explore all of Porto by foot from there and lots of nice restaurants and bars and little shops around it. Also the view is great. Definitely Value for Money in that regard. However, its an old building, and quite noisy especially if your neighbours (as in the people staying above you) walk around a lot. The wooden floors transfer EVERY noise and ours were up quite late - difficult for us to sleep in those circumstances. Not a problem during the day but definitely at night (that obviously also depends on who is staying above you). Since there is no "reception", there is no one to complain to except via text message (you need a sim card that works in Portugal). Then it works quite well though - got a response fast. Would overall definitely recommend it, especially if you are the kind of person who "can sleep everywhere and anywhere" anyways. If not maybe bring good earplugs and talk to the people staying above you.

Positivo: Ótima localização, bem por de trás do Palácio da bolsa, basta descer a rua e estamos na Ribeira. O apartamento é muito acolhedor e prático. Com uma marquise com uma boa vista (o que facilita se quiser levar animal de estimação, é permitido). De salientar também a simpatia de quem nos acolheu, a Joana. Obrigada!. Negativo: Normalmente em todos os alojamentos que frequentei providenciam alguns bens essencias tais como café, leite manteigas etc.. Nem água havia! Mas penso que se tratou de um esquecimento.. Espero! O estacionamento é realmente difícil..

Haber. El apartamento está muy bien. Es bonito, tiene buenas vistas, esta muy limpio y esta muy bien situado. Lo malo, es que el wifi va muuuuuuuuuy mal, en el móvil te pone que estás conectado pero no funciona. Los whatsapps no se envían, y las llamadas vía Skype o Facetime no funcionan, estas totalmente aislado de Internet. El único punto Wifi libre y grata que hay cerca es uno que hay en la Plaza que hay justo en la esquina de abajo. Pero desde el Apartamento no coje la señal.

Buena ubicación y vistas , pero las camas son pequeñas e incomodas y el edificio no tiene ascensor como muchos otros en Oporto, subir cargada con la maleta ha sido agotador. No lo recomiendo :(

Loved the location and apartment. If I had complaints, climbing up the stairs sucked and I couldn't get the TV to work. Had a short stay so didn't care. Maybe I'm spoiled from the awesome English everywhere but the person who met us at the room didn't speak any. Still got the job done.

The beds were not comfortable. We had to flip the mattresses around to minimise back and neck pain. It was noisy. You can hear all movements from guests above us.

Same as pictures. Friendly staff despite of not speaking English. Very close to Sao Bento station. I guess the owner studied design or art because the interior is out standing. Best trip ever!! I will definitely go back again. Much better than hotels!!
