Excelente apartamento ubicado en el centro de Porto, a poca distancia caminando encontraras las principales tiendas, restaurantes y atracciones, la estación del metro esta a solo 2 minutos caminando, todo esta muy bien conectado. El apartamento es pequeño pero muy comodo y moderno, las camas eran comodas y las sabanas y toallas impecables, el sofa cama era inmenso cabian hasta 3 personas. El servicio de wi-fi funcionó perfectamente, habia aire acondicionado y calentador de agua. El primer dia nos recibieron con una cesta de agua y viveres y el chico q nos atendió, Daniel nos dió muchos datos importantes de la sitios turisticos y restaurantes locales. A la salida pudimos esperar en el lounge q tienen a poca distancia del apartamento y nos guardaron las maletas sin costo adicional hasta q llegó el taxi para recogernos al aeropuerto.

Last minute booking, it was out of my expectation. Like a real jackpot! The apartment is very spacious and clean, with all facilities you need for a comfortable accommodation. And the landlord was very nice guy from Chile, and prepared a welcome basket with sardine can food! And he also gave us some good recommendation on the places we could explore in this city.

O apartamento limpo e acolhedor. Situado no centro da cidade, 200m de estação de metro. Em frente há mercado. A menina Paula a excelente rececionista.

Positive: Very good location in the centre of the city, apartment well equiped.. Negative: Noisy street with a lot of trafic. No parking, but possibile in a parking lot (13€/24h).

Positive: The host is very nice and helpfull. The appartment is well maintain with good facility.. Negative: It is abit off from the city center but it is close to metro and bus, which helps.

Positive: The apartment was just up the road from the Spot office and the staff in there were incredibly helpful - letting us store our luggage safely until it was time to check in, giving us tips on where to go and arranging for a travel cot (which was great and a good size for our 4 year old). The location was very good with easy access to the central parts of the city, the riverside etc. Oh, and there was a welcome basket which included lovely coffee to use in the coffee maker.. Negative: There was a large glass vase on the floor which I moved out of the way of the children and glass bedside lamp shades which I was a bit concerned about with a two year old as well as a four year old. Also, for those of you thinking about choosing this because it is advertised as having a lift, please be aware that there is a substantial flight of stairs on the ground floor to reach the lift. This was okay for us because we were just thinking of the pushchair and luggage but this might not be suitable for someone with a disability.

Positiva: Lo acogedor que era,la amabilidad de la persona que nos trajo las llaves explicándonos los sitios que teníamos que ver y aconsejandonos lugares para comer bien y barato.La ubicación muy buena,cerca del centro sin necesidad de coger el coche.. Negativa: La verdad toda mi familia quedamos muy contentos y no podría decir nada negativo,porque serían minucias sin importancia.

Positiva: La amabilidad y el apartamento que estaba recien reformado.. Negativa: Todo fue de mi agrado.

Positiv: Das Personal war super nett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben inkl. City Maps. Bei Fragen war jederzeit jemand erreichbar. Wir wurden mit einem Obstkorb begrüßt. Die Küchenausstattung war fast perfekt. Es fehlte ein Abtropfsieb. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr geräumig. Zum Altstadtbereich könnte man fußläufig alles schnell erreichen.. Negativ: Der Balkon ist wenig gemütlich und bietet nur Platz für eine Person zum Sitzen. Der Verkehr ist in allen Schlafzimmern hörbar. Im Bad fehlten Badetuchhalter.

Positive: L'host è stata super gentile. Ci ha anche consigliato degli ottimi ristoranti nella zona, dal più classico e molto caratteristico, un po' più per turisti e con ottimi piatti, a quello frequentato dalla gente del posto, con arredamento più semplice, ma con ottimi piatti e veramente low cost. Ottima l'accoglienza. Abbiamo trovato nell'appartamento una porzione di frutta, acqua, latte, caffè, cacao, zucchero, the, olio, aceto, sale, sardine, crackers, più ovviamente il necessario per il bagno. Inoltre, eravamo solo in due in un appartamento per 6 posti max (2 divano), ad un prezzo quasi identico; quindi super spazio e super comodità.. Negazione: Migliorerei solo il sistema di riscaldamento, essendo inverno, ma credo sia caratteristico della città. Ci sembrava in generale avessero tutti più caldo. In casa c'era un sistema di riscaldamento, ma sicuramente per gli italiani che sono abituati ai termosifoni in ogni stanza, è un pochino più difficile abituarsi al riscaldamento col condizionatore solo nella zona notte-soggiorno (e non in una camera da letto collegata al soggiorno). Forse avremmo potuto chiedere una stufetta, e sicuramente l'host ci avrebbe accontentato, ma abbiamo preferito non avere vincoli di tempo e gestire il caldo con la chiusura di porte, finestre e tapparelle. In ogni caso tutto sorpassato dalle cose positive e dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Положительный: Очень приветливый персонал. Отличная коммуникация. Можно пешком дойти до центра.. Негативный: В конце ноября в квартире было прохладно. Отапливать можно только с помощью тепло-режима конндиционера. Но он не особо помогал.

긍정적: 엘레베이터가 있어서 무거운 캐리어를 쉽게 옮길수 있어서 좋았고 시내랑 가까워서 이동하는데 문제가 없었습니다. 친구들과 여행이였는데 통조림이 있어서 맛볼수 있어서 좋았어요~ 세면도구와 수건도 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 호스트가 먼저와서 기다려준것과 지도를 보여주며 자세히 설명해 주어서 여행을 편하게 할수 있었습니다.. 부정적: 잠자리는 난방이 갑자기 생각보다 안되서 거실은 좀 추웠습니다. 그리고 욕조가 있었는데 물이 잘 안내려가서 좀 아쉬웠어요

Положительный: Набережная и достопримечательности Порту - все в пешей доступности. А еще стоит заглянуть в маленький винный магазин прямо напротив апартаментов (через дорогу), выбор небольшой, но цены очень демократичны, попробуйте портвейн Dow's- вкус изумительный.

Положительный: Отличное расположение, недалеко от центра, и линий метро.

Positiv: Der sehr freundliche Empfang, die Tips für gute Küche in typisch Portugiesischen Restaurants. Die Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.. Negativ: Im Bad wäre ein besserer Luftabzug nicht schlecht

负面: 离地铁站超市比较近，旁边就是超级好吃的中餐厅皇上皇。公寓的工作人员非常热情，帮忙安排了接机，check-in也很快。公寓里准备了水果。厨房里烹饪作料齐全。. 正面: 个别家具陈设有点小毛病。

Positive: Ci hanno accolto molto bene e dato tutte le spiegazioni possibili sull'appartamento e sulla città cosa vedere e dove mangiare. La casa pulita, grande e ottima la posizione centrale. Negazione: Non ci sono parcheggi liberi in zona.

Positief: De persoon die ons de sleutel overhandigde gaf veel info en heeft parkeerplaats geregeld. Wel gastvrij.. Negatief: de buurt en de bouwwerkzaamheden

חיובי: מיקום קרוב לשדרה המרכזית .. שלילי: המטבח לא מאובזר דיו ... אין מספיק כסאות בשולחן האוכל . במעלית מתחילה מהקומה הראשונה בלבד ..

Positief: Zeer goede ontvangst van super lief jong koppeltje. Inchecken online voor vliegtuig was gratis in hun Spothotel, waar we toch heel blij voor waren. Mooi ingericht verblijf , bedlinnen en badhanddoeken waren zeker netjes.. Negatief: Hygiëne van de badkamer en keuken kon veel beter !!! Om 17u waren de 2 appartementen niet klaar = kuisen, ondanks we om 16u hadden afgesproken. Daardoor hebben we een stuk moeten missen van onze rondrit met de bus. Buitengevel en inkomhal spreekt totaal niet aan ! 's nachts bij het terugkomen, rare buurt. En heel veel nachtlawaai !!!

Pozitivno: Prijeten, velik apartma v bližini centra mesta. Zelo prijazna agentka, ki nam je podrobno razložila kaj si je vredno ogledati, kje poceni in dobro jesti in kam peljati otroke, da jim bo potepanje po mestu ostalo v lepem spominu.

We were late to checkin ourselves to the apartment but the staff is happy to guide us through the phone when we lost in Porto. And they even prepared a map for us and recommend some good restaurants for us to have our dinner. The apartment is very comfortable. The only drawback is the carpark is rather far from the apartment. Probably 15 minutes walk from the apartment. It's a good apartment afterall.
