Положительный: Самый главный плюс это выход на собственную крышу, там действительно классно. Но если вы едете семьей или с детьми лучше выбрать другой район, внизу множество баров и народ кричит и пьет до рассвета.. Негативный: ОЧЕНЬ громко. но если едете компанией друзей то норм. Так же не разрешили оставить вещи нигде после 11.00 пришлось просить хозяина бара (ему большой привет!).

Really clean and well furnished.Communication was great and a seamless check in.Perfect location right in the centre.Evenings are so loud and they even have us earplugs to sleep with. Still didn’t help as it was so loud from 2am till about 7am with the bars below.

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja super Ładnie urządzone - niczego nie brakowało. Negatywna: Hałas uliczny Niestety po zameldowaniu okazało się, ze częściowo nie ma prądu. Usterka została naprawiona dopiero kolejnego dnia - personel zamiast wyjść z inicjatywa rekompensaty tej niedogodności (brak prądu w gniazdkach, zimna woda etc), niestety bardzo długo negocjował. Bardzo nieprzyjemnie. Tak się nie traktuje gości.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Restaurants, Bars, Sehenswürdigkeiten in Mengen vorhanden. Um die Ecke ist das Café Diplomata mit super leckerem Frühstück! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Everything was great: clean apartment that looks very new, helpful staff from Feel Porto, welcome table with a lot of food, well equipped kitchen with all dishes and ustensils you may need. Ricardo explained us very well how everything worked. I would also like to thank Rita, who helped us with booking activities in Porto. Note: the Galeria de Paris street lives during the night: bars and clubs are open from 10 pm to 4 am and there is noise. Our host provided us with good earplugs in case we have problems with that. I found that the two-layer window of the apartment was well designed to muffle that noise. Walking distance to Lello Bookstore, Clerigos Tower and other points of interest.

好意的: 広々として居心地のいい部屋！ モダンで上品な室内の調度品が最高。旧市街の端にあるので、ロケーションもいい。ほとんどの見どころまで歩いて行ける。朝はジュースの店、夜は手軽なバーが近くにあって重宝した。. 否定的: あえていえば、洗濯機があればよかった。宿の前の道は、週末の夜になると夜遅くまで（朝まで）、たくさんの若者で埋めつくされて騒がしかった。.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is modern and updated in an old environment. Location was wonderful. It is an apartment so there is no lobby or cleaning service which was perfect for us. They had someone easily reachable for bookings or questions on activities. Roof top patio view was amazing. Beds were clean and comfortable. Noise was not an issue at all, but they did supply ear plugs if that is an issue. Overall great stay here and would be happy to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Positif: Très bon emplacement pour visiter à pied Porto, avec resto, cafés à proximité, proche de tout Très propre, bien équipé avec kitchenette, conforme aux photos. Très bonne literie, changements des serviettes tous les deux jours. Lumineux avec une terrasse sur le toit de l'immeuble avec vue superbe sur Porto. Très bon accueil pour la remise de clefs, super contact par tèl ou sms pour demandes de transfert et autres. Prenez l'option petit déjeuner: livré tous les matins au pied de la porte avec produits frais (jus orange, café, thé, lait, croissants, pain frais, beurre, confiture maison et fruits frais) un vrai bonheur! Séjour superbe. Négatif: un petit bémol: l'appartement se situe sur une rue très animée(on le savait)nous avons pu dormir mais l'été cela doit être très difficile, avec fenêtres ouvertes, car les bars font aussi boite surtout un donc musique de 11h à 4h du matin, et le son est plus fort à partir du jeudi soir!!Donc, "boum boum" des basses accompagnent notre sommeil!! Demander peut être les appartements qui donnent sur la rue galeria paris car plus calme, pour ceux qui veulent vraiment ne rien entendre.Mais cela a été supportable et pas de bruit entre appartements.Et il y a des boules quies..

Positivo: Tudo excepcional. A insonorização funciona mto bem. Sair dos bares e entrar no sossego a 30 mts é uma gd mais valia. Além disso é perto de tudo o que se quer visitar na cidade. Têm ainda vários serviços adicionais, a preços justos, como estacionamento, maravilhoso peq-almoço, limpeza do apartamento, etc. Medalha de ouro para os funcionários e para o roof-top. Obrigada.

Positive: Everything was good: clean, perfectly located, night life just next door). There’s a lot of complains about the noise. Yes, noise is here. But music is not bad, so we enjoyed it while staying at bed. And yes, I can sleep good with the noise, so fine with me. Another advantage is if you decide to join the party( worth it) and it’s winter time you can leave your coats at home as there’s problems with wardrobes at the bars, rather convenient.).

Positiva: La ubicación era magnífica. Si vas a salir por la noche, es la calle más animada. Muy buen ambiente. El apartamento tenía un diseño muy chulo y acogedor. El anfitrión fue muy amable en la entrega de las llaves, explicandonos todo.. Negativa: La puerta del pasillo donde se encontraba nuestro apartamento sonaba a portazo cada vez que se cerraba. Positiva: El apartamento es bastante cómodo y bastante acogedor, pero desde las 00 hasta las 04:30 olvídate de dormir. Tanto es así que nos tuvimos que ir de este apartamento a otro que tienen en otra zona de Oporto. Se oía la música del local de abajo como si estuvieras dentro... piénsalo bien si estáis pensando en patear y descansar por las noches del fin de semana. Negativa: La insonorización es mala, se oye a los vecinos, llega el olor a tabaco del bar de abajo y las paredes tiemblan al ritmo de la música que ellos quieren poner.

Positive: La pazienza e la disponibilità dello staff: il mio check in era previsto intorno alle 24, ma per una serie di circostanze non dipendenti dalla mia volontà, è stato effettuato dopo le 2 di notte; ho trovato un ragazzo cordiale e disponibile come fossero le 10 del mattino! Al momento del check out, un altro ragazzo si è preoccupato di prendere le mie valigie e portarle nel loro ufficio, dove le ho potute recuperare prima di andare in aeroporto. La posizione è straordinaria, a due passi dalla fermata metro Aliados, in pieno centro, vicino ai ristoranti ed alla libreria Lello. E' vero che il sabato sera c'è una gran confusione di ragazzi e musica nei locali sottostanti, ma le finestre chiudono davvero bene ed il brusio di sottofondo non mi ha dato alcun fastidio, tanto che non ho nemmeno avuto bisogno di utilizzare i tappi per le orecchie offerti dalla struttura. Negazione: metterei a disposizione degli ospiti qualche stoviglia in più: una padella ed uno scolapasta sono indispensabili se si vogliono ospitare gli italiani! :-D.

Nevera ruidosa. Baño no muy limpio. Vasos y tazas sucios. Cobraron 36 eur por hacer el check in más allá de las 20.00h..

Positive: Great central location and wonderful views from the roof terrace. The property is located on the main nightlife street and so it was busy and noisy outside on Saturday night (as would be expected). However, the property listing is open about this and earplugs are provided which ensured a good night’s sleep. The property is well presented, clean and the hosts were very helpful..

Positiv: + Lage grundsätzlich zentral, somit Porto von hier aus gut zu Fuss zu erkunden. + Ausstattung der Unterkunft nicht überraggend, aber zweckmässig. + Freundlicher Kontakt.. Negativ: - während unseres Aufenthaltes (Freitag-Sonntag) jeweils enorme nächtliche Lärmemission (Rumgeschrei und Musik mit kräftigen Bässen) bis in die frühen Morgenstunden, bereitstehende Oropax waren nicht ausreichend für einen vernünftigen Schlaf. - Geschirr/Besteck steht offen herum. - mehrheitlich sauber, jedoch fremde Haare in der Wohnung..

Die Unterkunft liegt im Partyzentrum von Porto. Sehr zentral gelegen für verschiedene Ausflüge in die Stadt. Großer Nachteil: in der Nacht bis morgens um 06:00 Uhr ist es so laut, dass Schlafen fast nicht möglich ist. Ab 06:00 Uhr wird dann der Schlafversuch durch laute Reinigungsmaschinen und Laubbläser weiter unmöglich gemacht. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung mit noch schönerer Dachterrasse, allerdings verbunden mit unerträglichem Lärm. Wir kommen nicht wieder!

This place is in a lively area with music and crowds. If you want quiet don't stay here. If you want lovely people, good music and great food close by, definitely stay here. The apartment is perfect! Positive: Appartamento restaurato di recente, ampio, luminoso e dotato di ogni confort: materasso comodo, condizionatore, tenda automatica, addirittura la lavastoviglie. Situato in pieno centro, il che permette di visitate Porto comodamente a piedi. Cucina accessoriata: oltre alle stoviglie (nuove), la struttura mette già a disposizione condimenti, detersivo piatti, pastiglie per la lavastoviglie e asciuga piatti.. Negazione: L’unico difetto è che l’appartamento è situato tra due vie con bar/locali frequente da giovani fino a tarda notte e quindi un po’ rumorose. Ma nulla di eccessivo..

La situación es inmejorable. Aunque la calle es muy ruidosa por la cantidad de bares, las ventanas cierran bien y mitigan el ruido. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. La terraza de la azotea una delicia. El desayuno que te traen por la mañana, muy rico. Dos incisos: no hay persianas ni tampoco consigna para dejar las maletas.

Air conditioning did not work and was supposed to be fixed the next day and was not. Place was well located. Didn’t realize it was in an area of nightclubs and so was noisy when windows were open because of no air conditioning.

Lovely apartment in a great location. You can hear noise from the street below but it wasn’t a problem for us. It’s worth it for the great location. Staff at Feel Porto were very helpful. Only wish there was a mirror somewhere else in the apartment as well as in the bathroom. Small gripe I know!

Positiv: Zentrale Lage im Künstlerviertel. Es war bis in der Nacht immer etwas los, aber die Fenster waren weitestgehend schallabweisend, so dass man so gut wie keinen Lärm verspürte. Top!! Die Gastgeber waren immerzu erreichbar. Man kann günstig in den umliegenden Cafes, Bistros und Restaurants speisen. Die Studio / Apartments sind sehr neu und hervorragend gepflegt. Porto ist auch für allein reisende Frauen eine sichere Stadt.

Positief: De studio ( wij vinden het geen appartement ) ligt in het midden van alles.. Negatief: De ruimte was beperkt, misschien hebben wij niet goed gekeken naar de foto’s maar het is geen appartement , het bed staat in de keuken, een studio dus.
Als u gevoelig bent voor lawaai dan moet u niet in deze straat een slaapverblijf zoeken, de studio zit in de drukste straat wat betreft bars en discotheken wat door gaat tot 6 uur in de morgen.
Er liggen oordopjes voor u klaar en die hebben wij nodig gehad, hiermee was het goed te doen.

Positivo: Apartamento muito bem decorado e com muita luz natural. Super bem localizado, perto de tudo e com excelentes restaurantes num raio de 200m.. Negativo: Apesar do isolamento sonoro, existe bastante barulho durante toda a noite por ser localizado numa zona de bares.
O valor da caução é um inconveniente à reserva.

Positive: Vicina a tutto. Ambiente subito caldo. Letto comodo. . Negazione: È più piccola di quel che si vede nelle foto. Solo una stanza oltre il bagno. Mancava solo un piano per poggiare i maglioni e le camicie, una tovaglia per la tavola ed un qualcosa per far goccioline le posate e i piatti dopo il lavaggio.

Positiv: Das Appartement zu bewerten ist eine Herausforderung. Die Räumlichkeiten selbst sind sehr schön, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn es nicht ein aber gäbe... sowohl im EG wie im UG befindet sich jeweils eine Bar/Club. Die Bässe waren während allen fünf Tagen des Aufenthalts jeweils bis morgens nach 4 Uhr am dröhnen. Teils so stark, dass man die Vibration in der Matratze gespürt hat. Da helfen auch keine Ohropax. Die Umschreibung der Unterkunft lässt derartiges nicht vermuten... ausser für Partyurlaub/Junggesellenabschied nicht zu empfehlen.. Negativ: Das Appartement zu bewerten ist eine Herausforderung. Olumlu: 100 kez gelsem yine burada kalırım. Şehrin kabinde, hatta aort damarında. Stüdyo daire gece hayatı sokağında ama pencerelerde süper izolasyon var. Zaten sabaha karşı yatılıyor ve gürültü sona ermiş oluyor. Ribeira ve nehir yürüyüş mesafesi. Denize giden 500 numaralı otobüs hemen Sao Bento tren istasyonunun karşısı. Lello kütüphanesi 20 adım. Başka alternatif sakın aramayın. Daire fiyatı inanılmaz uygun. Oda şahane. Porto müthiş bir şehir.. Olumsuz: Bu kadar müthiş olmasını sevmedim çünkü aklım ve yüreğim burada kaldı)

Great location, well equiped, comfortable. needed a cupboard or shelf for clothes. due to fantastic location (and excellent views from deck on rood!), could be really noisy at night when the clubs start up.

Positief: Super locatie, in het midden van het uitgaansgebied van Porto!. Negatief: Beetje luidruchtig maar dat krijg je als je op DE uitgaansstraat van Porto zit!
