Si quieres pasar unos días en Oporto, el sitio es perfecto para quedarse. Limpio, ordenado, espacioso para 4 personas. Con el encanto de las casas portuguesas. Está muy bien localizado y cerca del Sao Bento. Los único peros (pero no son condicionantes), el aparcamiento - pero hay parking públicos cerca- y que no tiene ascensor.

Heel mooi appartement. Jammer van raam tussen 2 slaapkamers, geluidsoverlast van (boven)buren. Ook moeilijk bereikbaar per auto.
Airco maakt ook veel herrie.
Verder wel compleet ingericht.

Fantástico alojamiento, muy limpio, y decorado, centrico, magníficamente situado en el corazón del viejo Oporto y muy cerquita de la "Ribeira de Porto", una zona fantástica de paseo, bares, barcos turísticos y con vistas privilegiadas de Gaia, la zona de bodegas...
La dueña encantadora, atenta y detallada, nos dejaron un buen vino Oporto de bienvenida.

Ubicación muy buena..junto al casco histórico, pero muy tranquila por la noche...La Rivera del río está a 300mts. Restaurante muy bueno justo debajo... Celina la propietaria muy atenta en todo momento mediante whatsap y Miguel en la recepción muy simpático. Además tienen detallado con regalito de bienvenida, tienen un book donde explican sitios, bares, restaurante etc donde ir y muy recomendables...son encantadores...si volvemos sin duda repetiremos.

Très agréable séjour à Porto dans un appartement très propre, bien aménagé, bien situé !
Appartement bien situé, très propre, silencieux. Belles recommandations reçues de Nuno pour des endroits à visiter, restaurants, etc. Toutes les commodités et fournitures incluses. Les serviettes ont été changées.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander.
Note: Le réfrigerateur (frigo) n'est pas très efficace ! Comme c'est souvent le cas dans les "mini-bars" des hôtels. Mais tout le reste était parfait !

Location is perfect, being near Bolsa Palace and the Cathedral, and very close to wonderful cafes and restaurants of Ribeira. The apartment is spacious, clean, renovated about 1.5 years ago. The decor is modern yet it retains some old stone characteristics. Miguel and Celina communicated well. The restaurants/cafes they recommended nearby were excellent!

Positif: Appartement tout neuf, très propre et proche de tout (vous pouvez tout faire à pieds). Celina est très gentille et accueillante, elle nous a fourni les infos nécessaires pour une première fois à Porto. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!. Négatif: Pas de four et de lave vaisselle mais ce n'est pas vraiment un problème car on ne cuisine pas beaucoup quand on vient à Porto

Positive: The hosts were helpful and accommodating in terms of dropping off luggage, getting into the apartment and helping us on departure with bag storage and transport to the airport. Couldn’t have done more to help. The apartment is beautiful and location great for a central sight seeing hub, everything is in walking distance. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again if back in Porto!

Positief: Zeer hartelijke ontvangst. Ondanks het late tijd stil werd om ons allerlei tips gegeven.De ligging is perfect. Het appartement is zeer ruim en netjes, van alle gemakken voor zien. In straatje van appartement prima adresjes om te ontbijten. Maar ook iets verder weg genoeg mogelijkheden.. Negatief: Wij vonden dat het vochtig rook in de slaapkamer. Misschien door de oude (erg mooie!) muren?

Positive: Celina the Apartment owner met us at the apartment, she was a great host and able to provide good local knowledge. The apartment has been refurbished to a good standard and contained all we need for a short stay.

Positief: Ontvangst was supervriendelijk. Locatie is TOP! Appartement was heel netjes en ruim genoeg voor een verblijf met 2 kinderen. De bedden zijn erg ruim en comfortabel. Ruime badkamer. Ontbijt lekker & gemakkelijk (keuze ontbijt op kamer). Alles in een mooie mix tussen authentiek en modern.. Negatief: Niets dat echt storend was, maar een mogelijk verbeterpunt is om de douche te moderniseren: een groter iemand past er momenteel net onder, en de douchedeur sluit niet helemaal. Maar momenteel nog altijd netjes en perfect netjes.

Positiva: Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo en Porto! . Negativa: El apartamento estaba algo húmedo y frío. Además recomendaría el no abuso con los desodorantes de ambiente, cuyo exceso nos obligó un tener que abrir las ventanas. Lo mejor, la comodidad de las camas!

Положительный: Довольно уютно, постели удобные.. Негативный: На кухне нет соли, сахара, масла. Покупать все ради пары завтраков бессмысленно. Обычно апартаменты этим снабжены. Ну это мелочь, обошлись.
Один санузел, если 2 семьи, то немного напрягает. В одной спальне нет окон, в другой 2 крошечных окна.

Ο οικοδεσποτης αψογος με πολυ καλη διαθεση να μας βοηθησει να βρουμε τα καλυτερα μερη στην πολη.. Αρνητικό: Ισως ενα πλυντηριο ρουχων θα βοηθουσε για μεγαλη διαμονη.

Положительный: Прекрасное расположение , полностью оборудованная кухня , очень удобные кровати . Но особая благодарность очень гостеприимной хозяйке за наличие полной информацию о Порто (в специальной папке ) и за помощь в резервировании мест в ресторане , где выступают певцы фаду .. Негативный: Немного шумновато на улице в вечерние часы , но этот минус легко устраняется закрытием окон .

Pozitív: Az apartman nagyszerű helyen van, pont a belvárosban. A tulajdonosok nagyon segítőkészek, és kedvesek. Hívtak nekünk taxit, foglalták a ház előtt a parkolóhelyet, és egy üveg borral vártak. Az apartman elképeszően tiszta, szépen berendezett.. Negatív: Mi decemberben voltunk Portóban. Az apartman egy több száz éves házban van, amit nagyon szépen felújítottak, viszont nagyon kevés radiátort szereltek fel, ami nem volt képes befűteni a teret. Ez nagyon kellemetlen volt, féltem, hogy megfáznak a gyerekek a fürdés után. Dupla paplannal, pulóverben aludtunk 2 éjszakát úgy, hogy a fűtés végig maximumon ment. Télre nem ajánlom a szállást. Tavasz-nyár-őszre tökéletes, de télre nem ajánlom!
