Apartment in great location but directions to it very poor. When I phoned I got better instructions and immediate help but what if u hadn’t been able to call?Clean and spacious. Downsides: poor quality bed. Nowhere to easily put toiletries in bathroom (needs a shelf near basin). No breakfast food (in comparison to most airBNBs, for example). Lot of texts about 4euro tax. I get it but it felt petty. Add it to the upfront cost.Overall, for the price, I rate it 3 star. At this price point all those extra details should be perfect.

The room is very very noisy from outside (music, bars, shouting people)! The luggage store is in a different building, 15 up-hill from the flat!The flat is nice and have all facilities of an apartment (including washing machine); however, if you dont need them, a hotel room is better! Staff very nice too.

Great property! Centrally located, great amenities (full kitchen), LOVED the availability of a smartphone while there with recommendations of restaurants and attractions. The OPO Apartments staff was absolutely wonderful. Very responsive, super kind. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Positif: Excellente situation géographique à côté de la tour de Clericos. Double vitrages. 3 petits balcons pour l’appartement du 2e étages. Appartement bien aménagé.. Négatif: La lumière inexistante dans la salle de bain.

Positiva: En pleno centro de la ciudad.. Negativa: En el baño había un ruido por el aire tanto de día como de noche, y claro por la noche molestaba más aunque no ha llegado a desvelarme.

Positiva: Apartamento estupendo y muy cómodo. Situación céntrica, parking en frente, torre a unos pasos que era muy útil para orientarse.

Positive: Perfetta location, il letto comodissimo, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto ci ha dato tutte le info necessarie per passare 3 giorni meravigliosi! Casa profumatissima è pulitissima!

Positiv: Top Lage direkt neben dem Torre de Clerigos im Stadtzentrum. Die Buslinie 601 vom Flughafen endet keine 100m von der Unterkunft. Blick über den Park aus einem schönen Haus - besser geht es kaum! Schlüsselübergabe per Code in einem Safe - völlig unproblematisch.

Positive: The location here is awesome! Just have to climb a huge hill and walk around 5 mins from Sao Bento station. They do provide a free phone for us to bring out and it can make international phone call for 30 mins. Especially their restaurant recommendation list is AMAZED! Have to give it a try.

Positive: - posizione ottima in centro città, proprio di fronte alla torre dos clerigos, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi - appartamento nuovo, molto ben arredato con tutte le comodità (bollitore, macchina per il caffè, microonde, lavatrice) - team presente e disponibile, le chiavi si trovano in una cassaforte all’arrivo e tutto è spiegato nei dettagli - possibilità di organizzare il trasporto da e verso l’aeroporto con loro per 25€ - smartphone disponible nell appartamento con 4G e 30 minuti di chiamate gratuiti. Negazione: - unica pecca essendo gennaio, malgrado un riscaldamento vicino al letto, l’appartamento era abbastanza freddo e soprattutto il bagno - l’applicazione per chiamare i taxi dal loro smartphone non funzionava

Locating in a perfect location, this apartment allowed me and my family to wander around the city very easily. Hugo, on of the staff members, is very helpful with recommendations and assistance upon request. This apartment itself is really cozy and nice combine with the warm service with the staff team really made my stay so memorable. Also, I encourage you to try free nevigator smartphone that the Opo team has provided for guests to use during their stay with unlimited internet and free call. This innovative service helps me a lot so I could save my battery for pictures and Snap hahhaha.

All very well done and a most helpful staff. They even try to anticipate your needs leaving a smart phone with many recommended sights and restaurants. And a washer and drier.

Positif: Tout ! La localisation est hyper centrale. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé. Hugo s'est déplacé pour nous accueillir une petite demi-heure après notre arrivée pour nous donner quelques tips sur la ville, les endroits où sortir, les quartiers à éviter. Положительный: Прекрасное месторасположение (выходя из апартаментов идите налево, вниз)! Очень комфортные апартаменты, уютные, современная обстановка, все продумано до мельчайших деталей. Приятный балкон, с которого открывается хороший вид на парк и остановку старого туристического трамвайчика. Много достопримечательностей рядом.. Негативный: Нет такого!

חיובי: מיקום נהדר. יש הסדר של חניה חינם עם חניון ממש מול הדירה. דירה מפנקת, מרפסות נהדרות.. שלילי: החדר לא היה נקי ומוכן כשהגענו לעשות צ׳ק אין (בהתאם לשעה שהוצגה באתר). אין בדירה מאוורר או מזגן והיינו בתקופה מאוד מאוד חמה.

Positief: De locatie is geweldig. Het is school en van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Het interieur/style van het appartement was ook mooi.
