Erg mooi appartement, ruim en licht. Wij hadden 2 aparte slaapkamers. Veel kastruimte. Bedden waren wat aan de harde kant. Douche/ badkamer prima. Waterkoker en koffiemachine en koelkast in keuken. De vloeren zijn wat gehorig, hoorden de bovenburen veel lopen. Ook van buitenaf wat rumoerig. Zeer centraal gelegen ten opzichte van veel eetgelegenheden en het centrum. Aanrader!

This accomodation in Porto has been excellent: a great location near the centre, easily accessible, nicely reconstructed and furnished, quiet (for Portuguese standards). A bunch of restaurants and small grocery shops nearby.

Room is quite big. No lift. The floor is noisy when you walk and can here people upstairs walking also.

Apartamentos muy bien situados, a un paso del centro, modernos y nuevos, perfectos para una familia personal amable que habla castellano. Se echa en falta alguna sarten y alguna olla. No tiene horno, es un horno microondas. Tiene cafetera y plancha.

I visit Portugal a lot i really love it there. But it was the first time that i had an appartment for a few days. The most of the people who work here are very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the city center and even ribeira is only a 5min walk. However in the building was no elevator and the stairs are really high to get to the appartment. Also it said that it would be an appartment with 2 bedrooms but it was only one bedroom and the other one was just hidden with curtains and not a door. So you could hear someone talking in the other room. The evening before new year we got a bottle of champagne and raisins(portuguese tradition) in our room. That was a very nice surprise!!

Рядом набережная, книжный магазин Лелло и остановки туристических автобусов, в двух минутах ходьбы - смотровая площадка на античной лестнице, с которой видна панорама набережной. До Вилла Ново де Гайя с многочисленными винными погребами и дегустациями - двадцать минут пешком.

It’s a wonderful property ... historic yet modern updates and decor. Note: stairs are steep and there is not lift. Great location!

On day I was checking in I got a call saying that there was a problem with my apartment and that they’ve arranged another even better one for me. I was of course upset and wasn’t sure it would be better; since location was great near the river and in the middle of the historic town. They were to their word; they ordered me an Uber; and place was modern, super tidy and air conditioned. Excellent service and comfortable stay.

Bien localisé, grands espaces, service attentionné, personnel courtois. Quelques équipements défectueux cependant dans la suite numéro 6 (toilette mal réparée et croche, calorifère arraché du mur) et odeur d'humidité persistante dans la salle de bain. Environnement bruyant, prévoir bouchons pour les oreilles.

Todo centrico, el dúplex que estubimos perfecte, solo destacar que davamos por echo que habria aire condicionado y no fue a sin. Por lo demas estupendo.

We had a great stay. Pedro at reception is very friendly and goes out of his way to be of assistance. Great attitude. The room was actually a one-bedroom apartment, spacious with a separate lounge/kitchen and a bedroom. The old stairs leading up to the rooms have big steps and are a bit of a killer on the legs after a day out walking up and down through the streets of the old centre of Porto. We had breakfast included which was just next door in a little shop/lunchroom. Breakfast was really nice with fresh coffee, juice, freshly baked bread and an assortment of cakes. The two people running it were always so friendly, making it a very pleasurable start of the day. There are also a few nice little restaurants in the direct vicinity of the hotel. We rented a scooter for a day at Shining View Scooter Rental just across the road. Again very helpful people. Porto is beautiful and the people are friendly. All and all a great stay and highly recommended.

Un sitio muy bonito, pero le falta servicio de limpieza en habitaciones cuando estas hospedado,un ascensor, las escaleras son mortales, aunque el personal es muy agradable y te ayuda a subir las maletas.

Las habitaciones están muy bien son cool y agradables pero solo hay agua caliente para 5'. Pedí una plancha y aún la espero. Nos recomendaron 2 restaurantes pésimos en recepción. En general el servicio mal y el llegar a tu habitación después de estar caminando bajo la lluvia todo el día y tener que ducharte con agua templada/fría bastante desagradable.

This property was immaculate and very well equipped . We loved the building and the fact that it was so close to city center. Many restaurants and shops were close by

Great value for money, self contained apartments located close to Porto attractions. Clean, tidy and spacious rooms, some with views over Porto. Friendly and helpful staff who are happy to explain Porto tourist attractions. Short (though steep) walk to nearby bars and restaurants. Be aware that some rooms are up multiple flights of stairs, but the views are worth it.

Everything was wonderful about this place. Gisela from front desk was very very nice. Helped us on everything we needed. The location was great.

Excelente alojamento com condições dignas da sua estadia na cidade do Porto, em local perto dos principais pontos de interesse da zona histórica.

Estivemos entre 10/21 de julho, por conta da localização excelente. Porém tivemos alguns problemas, estávamos em 3 pessoas e 1 uma cama de casal e 1 sofá cama muito desconfortável. A porta não fechava e tivemos que pedir ajuda na recepção para consertar a trava, não tinha ventilador o que de fato foi inconveniente.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Mitten in der Altstadt, viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Appartement ist frisch renoviert, sauber.

Positiva: La ubicación del apartamento excelente para ir caminando a todos lados. Los desayunos en el café muy buenos, con bollería recién hecha y preocupados en todo momento porque no nos faltase de nada. Tanto en la recepción como en la cafetería .... el personal muy amable y preocupados en todo momento por facilitarte la estancia. La zona de la casa no es de pago para aparcar .... al llegar encontramos aparcamiento casi en la puerta, así que no movimos el coche en toda la estancia. De todas formas, hay aparcamientos cercanos. El apartamento muy cómodo, las camas estupendas pero el sofá cama habría que mejorarlo. Teníamos un apartamento dúplex con 2 balcones a la calle ... la limpieza estupenda y tal como aparecen en las fotos. En resumen ... hemos venido encantados !!!!. Negativa: La única mejora sería el sofá cama ... el colchón es un poco fino y no muy cómodo.

Positiva: Fue todo fantástico. La recepción super amables. Y justo al lado tienen un bar tienda con todo. El desayuno buffet muy bueno.

Positive: Great area; nice, cozy and extremely clean apartment; very well equipped. Helpful guys at the reception. Cool cafe ("hungry biker") next door - you must try their breakfast!. Negative: Hot water is limited due to boiler capacity, but pretty enough for two people

Positive: Very friendly staff and clean specious rooms, best price and quality.. Negative: The neighbor‘s cats

Positive: La posizione, il fatto che fosse un edificio storico completamente ristrutturato, la cucina attrezzata., lo spazio e l' arredamento piacevole. Personale gentilissimo in particolare Alessandra. Molto silenzioso rispetto all'esterno. Negazione: La ristrutturazione non ha tenuto conto di chi potrebbe avere problemi in quanto gradini altissimi e senza ascensore. Letto con un unico piumino e quindi non regolabile rispetto al clima. Bagno scomodo piccolo e con porta che apriva all'interno rendendo difficile entrare e uscire. Rispetto ad analoghe soluzioni frequenza della pulizia non adeguata ( 2 volte su 7 giorni). Mobili nuovissimi ma rilasciavano forti esalazioni

Positivo: quase tudo :). Negativo: o tempo permitido para ter agua quente no banho. Ou estava avariado, ou não deu sequer tempo para duas pessoas tomarem banho à vontade. Fora isso nada a apontar.

Positivo: Óptimas condições, funcionários excelentes, preço bastante em conta, fica perto de tudo, decoração bastante harmonioza e uma recepção fantástica.
