The check in process was ok, but you have to go somewhere else to pick up the key, as I was driving my own car it was easy, but if you are using any public transport it will be a not easy mission. The apartment was great, brand new but not so well cleaned. But the main problem was something that could be easily fixed, if I could speak to anyone responsible for the apartment. I have two small daughters, I have reserved with this information stated and the apartment was prepared for only two persons, so no towels, no sheets, no pillows, pillow cases for the two nights we have spent there. With the COVID situaton, it is not nice to sleep on the sofa cama with no sheets or pillow cases. The TV was not connected to any provider, no big deal but if you have kids a half hour of TV helps a lot. I tried to call, sent emails, contacted the person who assisted me with the keys, sent a message on the website and got no answer at all. Making a long story short, if you need any assistance, you will be on your own.

A minha estadia no The Porto Concierge foi maravilhosa!
Estou extremamente satisfeita, pois superou todas as minhas expectativas!
Atendimento gentil, limpeza impecável, apartamento lindo.
Pena que ficamos só 2 dias, gostaria de ter ficado mais, não deu nem tempo de curtirmos a varanda...
Recomendo de olhos fechados e se voltar a Porto, com certeza me hospedarei lá novamente!

Pros: Excelente condições face ao preço, Atendimento exímio.
Contras: Limpeza péssima(!), escritório a 20km do alojamento sem aviso prévio.

Reserva, recepção e comunicação bastante positiva e educada.
Apartamento numa zona um pouco “escura” e com estacionamento pago em dias úteis.
Falando da estadia: apartamento bem renovado, bonito e com bom gosto, mas mal limpo/higienizado (toalhas manchadas, loiça mal lavada, insetos mortos no chão, entre outros pontos). A água quente só dá para uma pessoa tomar banho (rápido), dado que somos um casal, um de nós teve de esperar para poder tomar banho também.
Paisagem bonita mas inacessível (um terraço ao qual não tínhamos acesso).
Todos os pontos negativos são facilmente resolvidos com um pouco mais de atenção em termos de limpeza e higiene básica e, como notei, é um assunto de crítica constante, portanto acredito que farão melhor em relação a isso.
Apesar de tudo, deu para aproveitar a passagem pelo Porto.
Esperando que numa próxima haja melhorias de serviço, a chance será dada em breve.

Rented apartament during Covid crisis - everything was perfect. I stayed in most of the time, had all amenities close by (supermarkets, restaurants - take away for now!) and crucially also walking distance to transport links - namely Campanhã train and metro station and buses.

A equipa de limpeza da 'the porto concierge' deixou-me muito desiludida. Os apartartamxentos não se encontros limpos como esperados. Da para ver que somente uma limpeza superficial é feita. Há sempre vestígios de gordura na cozinha e em zonas mais escondidas havia sempre pó.
No entanto enquanto hospedada num apartamento na rua de Cedofeita, tenho a referir que a equipa de atendimento geral foi sempre muito atenciosa, em especial o senhor Pedro Trindade que sempre fez de tudo para manter o nosso bem estar.
Como cliente, tenho a sugerir que a equipa de limpeza desta empresa seja informada e medidas sejam tomadas.

The check in/check out in the Porto office was very convenient and the staff were very helpful. The apartment facilities were modern and clean. A couple of issues, when in use the elevator was exceedingly loud, but the convenience of an elevator is a trade off Also, the shower stall was very small and cramped, I have seen this design in Portugal in other places so maybe they have very thin people. I did enjoy my stay and would consider using this service again

We stayed in an apartment in Porto, Portugal managed by The Porto Concierge in March/April 2020. The service we received was excellent. Very quick to respond to our questions during our stay. We stayed at Globe in the Garden apartment. This apartment was very clean and in a very good location. Easy walk to restaurants and decent sized market. We were greeted by very nice concierge, who left us with maps and a bottle of wine. Lovely extra touch and very appreciated. Complex has a lift which was fantastic. More than enough room for a couple. We felt very safe in the area. The concierge were extremely quick to respond to all of our queries. Helpful hint-when washing machine has finished, turn off, wait few minutes then gently open the door (sometimes needs to be lifted a fraction). This is no problem but just a bit different to the machines I’ve used. TV has in excess of 15 English speaking channels and the internet is extremely fast and always reliable. Hot water and pressure is outstanding. Underground, individual car spot was available for us which is a God send in Portugal as parking on the streets is extremely difficult. Balcony was extra bonus with nice outlook over garden courtyard and during COVID times we became quite friendly with the neighbours across the way, who always greeted us with warm wave hello. The price this apartment is set at represents outstanding value. You won’t be disappointed. This apartment provided us with 6 weeks safe haven whilst caught in the Covid-19 pandemic. Great coffee shop downstairs.

Unfortunately I have to give only one star and that's why they didn't care about their clients on the Corona time. We had to fly on the 13th March and the situation wasn't sure if we should do it. We decided not to do it and was the right decision because on the evening of the 13th Germany put the country in quarantine. I try to move my dates without getting the cancelation way on Airbnb and the guys never cared about it. They told me to give them the new dates and that was it. After my 4 mails trying to tell them, that I couldn't give new dates because I don't know when the whole situation goes away lost the time of canceling it. In the end I lost my money, never stayed in the room and they got my money without responding and maybe care about the client. Very unfortunate experience.

Fiquei no apartamento Belas Artes Duplex, o apartamento era muito agradável e moderno, o ar condicionado permitia manter sempre a temperatura agradável, as camas eram bastantes confortáveis e o facto de haver dois WC para nós foi óptimo pois éramos 4 hospedes.
Os únicos pontos negativos que encontramos, que afecta apenas quem pretende cozinhar durante a estadia, foram o facto de haver apenas uma frigideira pequena com espaço apenas para 1 bife e a panela estar em bastante mau estado a perder a camada antiaderente.
Fora estes dois pontos que podem ser facilmente melhorados não tenho mais criticas a apontar.

While I had no problem with the "host", I had a lot with the company: TPC. they just dont answer when you need (I phoned them 7 times with no answer).
When i arrived to the house some cleaning was needed - hair in mirrors, dust in the bathroom - but the worst was: no fridge working and the wi-fi went down after less than 24h, even though, upon the reserve, i clearly and definitely said that i was teleworking. The wi-fi was solved in the afternoon (i complained in the morning to the owner, via air bnb app) but the fridge took 2 days to solve. I canceled after 2 days because not only this is june - food spoiled - but, most important, I stated that i had a patient in recovering with me and off course i need the equipment.
In all the process I never talked with someone from TPC, only with the owner and a tech.
Well, i'm wrong - TPC answered an email that i sent, 5 hours later stating that they were doing the best they could, but i needed to be patient as they had a lot of phones to answer. Remember, this was in the first weeks after the quarentine and Oporto is empty. I can only imagine the quality of service in normal season. TPC no more.

Fiquei no 77 Art Square, localização Excelente. Anfitrião super disponível, acessível. Apartamento espaçoso, limpo, com tudo o que é essencial. Check in, recolha e entrega de chaves super prático e fácil. Sem dúvida a repetir e recomendável.

The location of the apartment is very good, walking distance to several tourist places. The apartment was very nice and clean. The street in front of the apartment is small but I was surprised that Uber cabs can pick you up in front of the door. I had little issue with the heating systems but it was not a big issue. All in all I enjoyed the stay.

Limpeza péssima varias avarias no apartamento, o chuveiro os estores e os interruptores partidos, havia louça suja nos armários, muito pó e marcas de mãos nas portas, os comandos da televisão pegajosos e o pior de tudo depois de varios telefonemas e emails enviados sem respostas agora vem pedir para fazer um bom comentário porque tem recebido comentários desagradáveis dos concorrentes...
Em tempo de Pandemia não havia limpeza e nem um dispensador de alcool gel tive de fazer uma limpeza geral e gastar dois frascos de alcool para desinfetar tudo. Não recomendo a ninguem.

Fiquei na rua 9 de Julho. O check in foi péssimo, tive de esperar 3h depois da hora marcada para entrar na casa. Pedimos se poderíamos sair 1h mais tarde para compensar e disseram que depois nos ligariam e nada.... Ligamos durante a estadia pois existiram problemas com os eletrodomésticos e não atenderam.
A água da piscina estava muito suja, e amarela. Ou seja não foi trocada.
As parede de um quarto estavam sujas e a cozinha estava cheia de gordura.
Não tinha qualquer tipo de material desinfetante face à situação de pandemia que vivemos.

From booking, to check-in, all the way to check-out everything was really easy and perfect. I have stayed at the "Last Action Hero, Porto". Nice place! Great kitchen appliances, lots of sunlight and a nice balcony. The subway and train station are both really close and downtown is less than a mile away. Good value for the money.

Stayed for two weeks in the Go with the Flow apartment. It's a very nice, spacious and well located place. Internet was good. Check in and check out was easy. Bed was comfy. It had both dishwasher and laundry machine so that's also a plus. There was a bit of mold in a couple of corners, but it didn't bother us. The place feels new and clean.

The Porto Concierge is really first class. I have been so happy with them. Nuno, the homeowner, has done a great job furnishing this apartment with very well maintained appliances and very comfortable furniture, while at the same time leaving lots of open space. No clutter. There’s enough open space in the living room to do yoga postures. There are lots of big windows in every room and so lots of light. The bedroom window has a power-operated metal window shade that allows you to completely darken the room for sleeping; its control switch is within easy reach beside the headboard of the bed. The windows give you views of the port, its drawbridge with container ships of all sizes passing through, and the Atlantic in the distance. The apartment has excellent hot water and water pressure. The Porto Concierge management team that manages this apartment has been fully responsive to all my needs and questions and I’m really thankful to them for that.Thanks guys.

The cozy Benthic Mezzanine apartment is wonderfully quiet located, with a small park almost on the doorstep. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, public transport - everything in the immediate vicinity. Also the perfect environment for long jogging or to enjoy sunsets right on the water.
Communication was quick, friendly and easy.
Definitely a recommendation. I'd love to come back here anytime.

We really enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that need to be addressed: bathroom sink not draining properly; shower not draining properly; and chair in kitchen had a nail coming up through the cushion. Other than that, it was a lovely place. I agree, the bottle of wine was a very nice gesture for sure!

I had the greatest experience with The Porto Concierge. The apt. I stayed was better than I was expecting and they were so kind. The most kind thing was I had to change my staying due to Coronavius and they let me change my check out day and refund money and understood my situation. I will use them again when I visit Porto with my husband next time!

This apartment is in a great location for exploring Porto! It’s a very condensed city which is very easy to walk to from the apartment. It’s also very close to a supermarket which was handy for cooking.
The place is nice and spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking. The queen bed is comfy.
Overall I would recommend for your next visit to Porto.

O check in foi feito no próprio apartamento, nos deram várias dicas e ensinaram a usar tudo que tinha lá, além de nos presentearem com uma garrafa de vinho! Os donos são bem atenciosos, atendiam os telefones e nos respondiam com rapidez. O prédio é silencioso, o apartamento é exatamente como está nas fotos, tudo funciona e é bem estiloso e aconchegante. Recomendo, e ficaria novamente lá!

We stayed in Terraco da Maria in Porto. Great place just 5 min walk from Trindade metro station. The terrace was good, although it didn’t get any sun it was nice to have some outside space. Cristiana met us at the apartment, she was really nice and helpful. We were here during the pandemic and she gave us some good tips on where we could get food. She also messaged back quickly when we had questions, the extractor fan above the cooker comes on automatically at times but it will turn off eventually. Overall would recommend, thanks!

Very good located and nice staff (also had a welcome gift), but unfortunately our place was not really clean (bathroom floor dirty, utensils to clean dishes were distusting) and no one really cared about it. Also the ventilation did not work properly, so the whole place was quite moisty, although we opened the windows as much as possible.

Super moment ! Chambre très propre, très agréable, aucun bruit même s'il faut être tolérant sur le fait que ce soit une maison avec du parquet donc il peut y avoir du bruit quand les personnes se déplacent. Les personnes qui nous ont reçues ont été très conciliantes et gentilles. Je recommande vivement ! En plus bonne surprise, on a découvert que l'on pouvait utiliser la super cuisine, le salon avec tv et le jardin de la maison ! Parfait. Par contre la bouteille de vin n'était vraiment pas bonne, même si l'intention est appréciée et il manquait un tire-bouchon.

We stayed above the ice cream parlour near Sao Bento station and the location couldn't have been better.
Felt like a real home from home.
We were met at the property at the time we had agreed and when the apartment was found to not be quite ready they sorted this promptly.
The apartment had everything we needed for a lovely few days in Porto and I would recommend both the company and the city to anyone looking for a lovely break.

Haben dort eine Woche lang übernachtet und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Apartments ist fast unschlagbar gut, alles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Küche hatte gute Ausstattung, Bett gemütlich, Bad sauber.
Zwar ein einfaches Apartment, aber definitiv alles vorhanden gewesen, was wir gebraucht haben.
Würden jederzeit wieder über The Porto Concierge buchen :D

Ficamos hospedados por 3 noites no Loureiro Balcony, muito bem localizado no centro histórico e turístico do Porto. O apartamento está todo reformado e com móveis novos e modernos. Encontramos todas as comodidades descritas na reserva e quando precisamos de atendimento usamos o canal de mensagens pelo aplicativo do Airbnb e fomos atendidos. Ter a facilidade de deixar as malas no welcome center foi importante para não ter que andar pela cidade com a bagagem após o checkout. Recomendamos este apartamento para quem quer se hospedar num lugar aconchegante e principalmente bem localizado.

Ho soggiornato presso Formosa Boutique Apartment con un gruppo di amiche. Ci siamo trovate benissimo! La casa è splendida, in ottima posizione, vicina a molti ristoranti, bar e servizi e a pochi passi dal centro storico! Lo staff di The Porto Concierge ci ha accolto benissimo e si è dimostrato super disponibile! Consigliamo questa struttura senza dubbio!

We arrived 1 hour late but their welcome centre is open till 2 am and 10 minutes after we arrived at the apartment someone was there to give us the keys and show us around.
The location is perfect! Everyone was super nice and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone.

The place was absolutely impeccable, one of the most nice apartments I've stayed on Airbnb.
Everything was above my expectations, we even had a beautiful welcome bottle of wine.
The place was sparkling clean and has all the facilities you could ever ask for.
The apartment was beautifully decorated and truly comfortable.
I would recommend Jose's place without a doubt.
Indeed a 1000% and I am definitely going back again.

I have stayed in one of the Porto concierge's apartments for a long weekend in Porto and it was lovely. The people are really friendly and interactive, the apartment was clean and cosy and the location was perfect. The lady who did the checkin with us gave us some tips and recommendations which helped us a lot in discovering the city.

We spent 4 nights in Luxury Pearl apartment in Porto.well located 15 minutes walk from the center,not need to use public transport.
The apartmen was very clean,perfect for 4 people,exactly the same like on the pictures.
Porto Conciege is well organized,they were ver helpful.we could keep our luggage there before check in and after check out for free of charge.one of their collegue came for the check in,He was very friendly and helpful,gave us lot of useful info.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits sur Porto dans un appartement de The Porto Concierge. L'appartement était placé parfaitement en centre ville, bien équipé et à un prix correct.
La petite attention de bienvenue (une bouteille de vin portugais, mais du Porto hein ^^, mais très bonne) était très appréciable :).
Cela fait deux fois que nous passons par eux, et nous recommencerons si nous revenons dans le futur :)

We loved staying at Old Walls in Porto. The apartment was beautiful, just like the pictures on the Airbnb site and the young man from Porto Concierge who let us in couldn't have been more helpful. There was some slight confusion about us getting in early to leave our case, but it was sorted and they actually let us check in a bit early. A bottle of wine was left for us too, which was nice. A very good experience.

We stayed for 5 days at the Triangle Triplex. It is a pitoresque and neat three-story building. Although it wasn't very spaciouse, it could easily accommodate 6 people. Our Concierge was very friendly and showed us all the must sees and culinary specialities as well as the nearest supermarket. She basically helped us plan our activities during our stay.
Even when we had a little "ant plague", the owner himself took care of it and enquired about our wellbeing several times after the incident.

The apartment was spacious enough for 2 people and clean, on a quiet street but easy walking distance to most things we wanted to see. Good communication and had the opportunity to leave luggage at their office for free during the last day. The wine bottle was a nice welcome!

Het was een goed gelegen appartement, 20 minuten lopen en je bent in het centrum. De metro is ook vlakbij. Supermarkt om de hoek. Er stond een heerlijke fles wijn op ons te wachten.
We vonden het een beetje kaal ingericht. Een theedoek ontbrak, we hebben erover gebeld, maar werd ondanks beloofd, niet geleverd. Wat mij betreft had er wat meer koffie, suiker, toiletpapier en eventueel thee aanwezig mogen zijn. Gasten laten dat meestal wel achter, maar dat mag dus niet. Het had ietwat schoner kunnen zijn. Tja, het is verder een oké appartementje . Goed matras. Balkon. Best tevreden.

We stayed at one of their flats,it is very cozy and clean. The second time we had a bit of a problem but I called, the guy was super helpful and everything was resolved within an hour. The communication via airbnb and email is a bit slow but if there is something urgent you can always reach them via phone

Το σπίτι ήαν φανταστικό ήταν άνετο, μεγάλο βολίκό σχετικά κοντά σε μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Οι άνθρωποι της εταιρίας ήταν διαθέσμοι να διευκολίνουν την διαβίωση μας , είχαν ενα μπουκάλι κρασί για το καλοσώρισμα και έδειξαν μεγάλη υπομονή γιατί καθυστερήσαμε να κάνουμε την παραλαβή του διαμερίσματος. Το σπίτι είχε ορισμένες λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν την διφορά όπως κουτί πρώτων βοηθειών και μέσα προστασίας από φωτιά.

Estuvimos en un apartamento para 8 personas, todo súper bien. Nos recibieron a la hora acordada,era un chico muy amable, nos explicó cómo movernos por la ciudad y todas nuestras dudas. Botella de cortesía y muy buenas cama para descansar. El apartamento está a unos 20 minutos andando y tienes opción de transporte público cerca. Toda clase de comercios cerca.

We stayed at Ladder Mezz a beautiful studio apartment in a cozy corner of Porto. The place was great and a walking distance from everything you might need. We walked everywhere from there! The place itself was tidy and fully equipped! We only missed a glass for the complementary bottle of wine (nice touch by the way). We definitely loved it! As the place doesn't have self check in we highly recommend to get your keys at the Welcome Center this way it all will go smooth. Otherwise it's quite hard to predict exact time you will be at the door if you're new in town. Self check in straight at the apartment would be nice, thought!

Bel appartement bien décoré et très propre. Conforme aux photos et descriptif. Emplacement près du Douro, des caves et des lieux à visiter. Le tout peut se faire à pied mais le métro est proche également. Petites attentions à l'arrivée (vin et café). Très réactifs et accomodants. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et nous avons pu déposer nos bagages gratuitement dans un casier fermé à clé, de même après le check-out. Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement.

Stayed at the Lumiere Flat, beautiful place! The apartment is big, clean, refurbished, with a great bathroom and amenities. Location was fantastic, close to many restaurants and bars, a few minutes walk to the heart of the city. Az iroda is Porto központjában található, ahol a szállással kapcsolatos tudnivalókat elmondják, illetve a lakás kulcsait átadják. Reggeltől éjjel 2 ig személyesen elérhetőek az irodában. Online gyorsan válaszolnak a kérdésekre. Jól tudnak angolul. A kijelentkezés pedig nagyon egyszerű. Másoknak is ajánlom. Pozitív velük a tapasztalatom.

My husband and I stayed at the Accogliente Terrace for 4 nights. The facilities were better than anticipated. It was very conveniently located, with a good supermarket Pingo Doce right around the corner. The apartment is on the 4th (top) floor with a good size balcony. The landlord gave us a bottle of wine, which was very good quality. We will stay here again if we ever revisit this city.

I stayed in the Well House down by the river. GREAT location, GREAT space, GREAT hospitality. We were there as a group of 7 celebrating 3 different birthdays, and they got us bottles of wine and port as a happy birthday gesture. There was someone there to welcome us when we arrived to give us a lay of the land, and the apartment was perfectly clean and organized. The free baggage drop on the last day was super helpful and allowed us to make the most of our last day without having to worry about our luggage. Highly recommended service/company.

Para além da localização incrível, no Largo de São Domingos, junto à Rua das Flores, a 2m da Bolsa e da Ribeira, o apartamento é fantástico! We had a magical time at our stay in Porto! The apartment was spacious and clean, while also feeling very cozy and rustic and traditional. We were able to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the birds and snuggled out on the balcony. One morning we walked to the local mercado suggested by our host and cooked fresh food from the market and ate on the backyard patio under the sun. Our host was responsive and very helpful - he gave us lots of ideas for activities and catered his suggestions based on our questions/interests. The location of our apartment made it so easy to explore Porto completely on foot, but it was also tucked away enough so we could enjoy quiet and recharge. Thank you for making this such a memorable and beautiful experience for us!

The home we stayed in was a huge space - a big kitchen with everything we needed to cook a big group dinner and bathrooms for everyone. There were enough bedrooms that our group of 7 had lots of options for how to sleep. It was the perfect location: 5 minutes (downhill) to get to the river, 5 minutes to get to the bride, 5 minutes to the train station, and about 10 minutes to everything else. It felt authentically Porto and rustic: you walk out the front door to a cobblestone street and a view of a castle. The host check in and concierge services were a great touch - we got a full tour of the home and our host made sure there were enough towels and hot water before he left. He also gave us tons of recommendations and maps which led us to really great food in Porto we may not have otherwise found. The concierge service meant we could drop our bags off first thing in the morning which essentially gave us another full day of exploring. It's clear that everyone we worked with loved their city and were excited to share it with visitors. Obrigada!

This was the BEST vacation stay ever! The flat was amazing, in perfect location, equipped with everything you could ever need, plus we got some gifts from owners for Valentine's Day - it was amazing! And the bed was magically comfortable - we couldn`t understand why do we sleep like in heaven? And the people were so friendly and kind, it made our vacation special! We had a very good time in Porto, the apartment was perfect! Only the door was a little light, but the front door was very secure, so not really a problem.
We missed some items like linnen and towels, but when we adressed it, they brought them over an hour later, so this was very nice!

Gedurende vier dagen heb ik verbleven in Studio Pappa 1. Het was een prima plek om te verblijven. Een prima locatie, iets verder van het centrum vandaan, maar dat vond ik geen probleem.
Ontvangst was zowel mogelijk in het welkomstcentrum dat redelijk dicht in de buurt is van de studio, als in de studio zelf als je al een exacte tijd aan kunt geven. Zelf ben ik in het welkomstcentrum geweest aangezien ik nog niet precies wist welke tijd ik zou arriveren. Hier werd ik fijn geholpen. De verdere communicatie (via Airbnb) was prettig.
Anderzijds kwam ik wel in een studio terecht waar slecht was schoongemaakt. Op de badkamer hingen nog haren aan tegels en het aanrecht in de keuken was nog smerig.
De studio zelf is voorzien van de meeste basis spullen. Echter miste ik bijvoorbeeld wel een theedoek voor mijn afwas. Uiteindelijk heb ik de afwas maar gedaan met een handdoek uit de badkamer.
Verder is de studio erg gehorig. Wanneer er iemand over de vloer boven je loopt, dan kun je dat heel goed horen. Ook wanneer er iemand in het complex binnenkomt hoor je dit goed. Deze studio ligt namelijk naast de ingang.
Kortom een prima plek, maar wel met een aantal kanttekeningen.

A questo indirizzo corrisponde il Centro Operativo di questo gruppo di ragazzi che gestisce alcuni appartamenti di Porto. Io ho prenotato un loro appartamento tramite Airbnb dal nome "Behind blue eyes" ed era perfettamente come nelle loro fotografie.
I ragazzi sono gentili e disponibili, in questo centro ci è stato anche permesso di depositare gratuitamente i nostri bagagli in attesa del check-in e anche dopo il check-out per poter girare la città nelle ultime ore prima del volo di ritorno.

A experiência começou bem com uma recepção simpática e como estava prevista. À primeira vista parecia ser aquilo que estávamos à espera mas ficou muito aquém das expectativas: falta de ingredientes básicos de cozinha (sal, azeite, etc) coisas que acho que são desnecessárias um visitante comprar num supermercado, ausência de balde do lixo no quarto e/ou casa de banho (que foi falado ao telefone nos primeiros dias mas nunca foi resolvido), no quarto faltou móveis que pudéssemos pendurar a roupa/casacos (móvel das gavetas foi dispensável), a falta de cortinas no quarto foi também um problema porque entrava muita luminosidade logo de manhã. Encontramos também cabelos/pelos no edredon que estava guardado na gaveta e já na casa de banho a pia não funcionava corretamente. Acho que a vossa ideia devia ser com que os visitantes se sintam em casa mas falta vos ser mais sensíveis nos detalhes que por muito pequenos que sejam, fazem a diferença.

I used one of air bnb houses. There was no difference between the description on the app and the real house. Also when I requested a few things they sent quick response and solved the problems in a satisfactory way. I should give compliments about their honesty and the way they cope with problems. Communicating about problems is essential part of using air bnb and if you are using air bnb I strongly recommend choosing the porto concierge.

I had a nice stay at the Sao Bento location last month. The team was very friendly, quick to help, and had everything set up that I could need for my 5-day stay. The apartment could have used a better sweep-through, as the floors were not as clean as they could be. That was the only minor problem. Apartment has a nice view and a balcony to take it all in from. For being situated right next to the train, it was very quiet.

숙박기간이 얼마든 상관없이 무조건 청소는 1회만 해줍니다
그 청소 또한 바닥은 걸레질,빗자루질 한번 안해주고 이불하고
수건만 교환해줍니다. 숙소 소개에는 수건, 비누는 숙박기간 내내
제공하는 것처럼 써놓고 청소할때만 수건교체해주고 비누는 있지도
않습니다 조리기구도 거의 없어서 다 제돈주고 구매해서 썼네요
샤워젤좀 더달라니까 사서 쓰는걸 제안한답니다
수건도 3주동안 제돈주고 안사서 썼으면 4장으로 버텨야되는 숙소
절대 안갑니다 다시는 포르투라는 좋은 도시를 거지같은 숙소때문에 다 망쳤네요 청소도 안해주고 먼지 가득하고 욕실엔 곰팡이, 테라스에는 잡초 그냥 위생상태 엉망 숙소입니다 엘레베이터 없는 4층숙소라는 점은 저 위생상태에 비하면 하찮은 단점일 수준입니다 에어비앤비에도 리뷰 올렸는데 얘네가 거절한건지 안올라 가네요 쓰레기들

L'alloggio si trova in una buona posizione ed è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto. Il portone di entrata ha qualche problema per chiuderlo ed aprirlo in quanto bisogna scuoterlo un po'. La luce del corridio si accende solo una volta salite tutte le scale per entrare in appartamento e le scale da salire sono un po' ripide e senza corrimano, non c'è ascensore. L'appartamento è come rapprentato in foto, piccolino ma grazioso e perfetto per due anche tre persone. Dispone di un condizionatore dell'aria per caldo e freddo. Il cucinino ha macchina del caffe, bollitore per l'acqua e microonde e frigorifero, usati da noi per la colazione. Il bagno è piccolino ma essenziale, con anche asciugamani e sapone liquido. Tutto quello che c'era in stanza era per noi, anche la bottiglia di vino. C'è il wi-fi. Il check-in è stato puntuale anche se avvenuto a sera tarda e senza costi aggiuntivi, e il ragazzo ci ha spiegato bene tutto quello che potevamo fare in città. Inoltre, all'ultimo abbiamo chiesto se era possibile posticipare il check-out e anche in tarda serata ci hanno risposto che potevamo rimanere in appartamento due ore in più senza costi aggiuntivi, così ci è stato più facile visitare la città anche la mattina dell'ultimo giorno. Molto veloci nel rispondere ai messaggi anche se whatsapp non era disponibile. Ci siamo trovate bene, potrebbe essere utile per un nostro prossimo viaggio a Porto. Grazie

Would not stay here again!
To start off we were told the check-in starts at 2 pm. When we asked to check-in at 3:15 pm we were told it had to be at 3:30 pm. We were waiting at the door and they only sent someone at 3:50 pm. Awful start. However the employee was very nice and helpful.
Very cold house - we stayed in february.
Hours after our stay ended I noted that I had left my mobile phone charger in the house. The management told us the cleaning staff had not found anything ... strange, since I am sure I left it there, I even know the exact place where.
Our overall stay was ok but I am sure there are a lot of other places that would provide much more pleasant stay and treatment.

La única pega es que la calefacción por aire no llegaba al baño, un pequeño calefactor individual sería buena idea. Pero el apartamento merece mucho la pena. Brilliant spacious apartment in the perfect location. Comfortable, well equipped including great showers.
We had a problem with the shower door and the maintenance person attended promptly and fixed it.
One minor niggle is that the key pad to gain entry to the flat is a bit sensitive and it would often take several attempts to get in.
Highly recommend it.

Merveilleux séjour à Porto ! Notre appartement était un très beau studio, moderne avec une belle salle de bain et une table remplie de gentilles attentions avec notamment une bouteille de vin et pleins de flyers sur la ville pour nous aider.
Notre hôte a été très sympa par message et très patient ! La conciergerie reste très pratique quand on ne connait pas l'heure de notre arrivée. L' accueil a été chaleureux malgré le monde et la pluie de dehors.
J'y retourne les yeux fermés !

Nos hospedamos en el apartamento de la última planta, y la verdad que estaba todo super limpio y tal como aparece en las fotos, nos recibieron a la hora que acordamos, y dentro del apartamento nos dejaron una botella de vino y café, la ubicación es perfecta, muy céntrica y cerca de los monumentos mas emblemáticos de la ciudad, como única pega pondría que no tiene sabanas bajeras ni cubre almohadas, por lo demás todo perfecto.

Apartamento perfecto para cuatro personas. Es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Porto. Es limpio, las camas son muy cómodas y la ducha está muy bien. La ubicación está muy bien y se puede ir andando a todos los sitios. Cerca hay un supermercado y una estación de metro.

Todo fue perfecto! El apartamento está situado a una zona super céntrica, justo al lado de la estación de trenes y del metro Aliados. Es muy acogedor. Nos lo encontramos todo limpio y no le falta de nada. Tiene todos los accesorios que puedes imaginar para cocinar, cafetera, nevera. Incluso nos dejaron unas capsulas para el primer cafe y una botella de vino, además de aceite, sal, pimienta... Nos lo guardamos para la siguiente visita a Oporto y para recomendarlo a amigos, familia y conocidos!!! Muchas gracias por todo!

Great location, guest services were helpful.the bed spread wasn’t as clean as I’d like to and the shower (as clean and new as it was) didn’t have a wall support for the shower head. The kitchen is really cute and useful. It was a great stay overall.

Nuestra estancia en su apartamento, no ha sido tan placentera como hubiésemos deseado. Hay muchos detalles que creemos que deben mejorar.
En el baño, faltó papel higiénico, el que había era insuficiente para las 6 personas que íbamos, sólo había 3 pequeños botes de jabón. Además, no había ni calefacción ni ningún otro aparato para calentar el baño y hacía frío.
En la cocina faltaba: servilletas, bayeta, jabón para fregar, pastillas de lavavajillas, algún pequeño cazo y paño para secar.
En el salón, no había calefacción y pasamos frío las dos noches.
En la habitación de las camas individuales, los colchones y almohadas son perores que en las habitaciones de matrimonio. Además, no había mantas suficientes.
Los 3 pequeños radiadores que había en el apartamentos eran insuficientes para crear un ambiente cálido.
Muchas de estas peticiones(mantas, calefacción, papel higiénico,...) habían sido ya queja de anteriores huéspedes pero siguen sin subsanarse. De hecho, días previos a nuestra estancia, envíe varios emails con el fin de poder solventar dichos problemas pero nunca recibí ningún mensaje.
El viernes cuando llegamos al apartamento, la persona que nos atendió nos dijo que traería al día siguiente cápsulas para la cafetera pero no volvió a ponerse en contacto con nosotros.
Es una pena no cuidar esos detalles, ya que harían de su apartamento un lugar mucho más agradable.

Todo perfecto. Nos recibieron a la hora acordada y nos explicaron todo en el piso y la ciudad cosa que agradecimos mucho. El Piso estaba a unos 10 minutos andado del centro turístico, genial para bajar el almuerzo. Piso limpio y detalles como botella de vino y café en la habitación. Muy recomendable. :)

We stayed in one of the apartments managed by the Porto Concierge. The stay was great and hassle free and most of it has to do with not having any trouble with the stay. The team was professional wrt to uncertainties with arrival, as well as support (for luggage and printing boarding passes) with departure. Estávamos em 5 pessoas e a receptividade foi ótima com explicação detalhada sobre o local, dicas de passeios e outras curiosidades sobre Porto. nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables, le logement est très très propre, spatieux et fonctionnel, il est très bien décoré. La literie avec ses lits king Size étaient très appréciés. La grande télévision qui n'était pas dans le descriptif était un plus. Le chauffage était très fonctionnel pour chauffer tout l'appartement dès notre arrivée. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Porto. En plus il y a un ascenseur ce qui est appréciable après de longues visites. Un petit bémol pour l'insonorisation mais avec des boules quies ça passe. Les conseils de visites et de restaurations ont été très utiles, ainsi que les petits déjeuners ( et shampooing) d'arrivée et la bouteille de vin. La consiergerie est à l'écoute et arrangeante pour se déplacer et nous remettre les clés en soirée ( nous avons omis le décalage horaire et nous sommes arrivés une heure en avance) . Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Todo fue muy bien. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes y los chicos de ahi nos recomendaron sitios donde visitar. El apartamento fue un puntazo. Estaba muy limpio y las habitaciones estaban muy bien. Aunque no estaba en el centro, un Uber nos costaba 2,5 el viaje! También fueron muy amables el dia del check out donde podiamos dejar las maletas en sus oficinas del centro de forma gratuita

에어비엔비로 예약해서 다녀왔는데 모든 것에서 만족스러웠어요. 비행기가 늦어 밤 12시가 거의 다된 늦은 시간에 체크인했는데 직원이 친절하게 기다려 주었어요. 시설도 매우 깨끗하고 편리했습니다. 공간이 적절히 분리되어 둘이서 아주 넓게 사용할 수 있었어요. 채광이 아주 좋고, 다락방도 있어요. 보일러가 두 군데 설치되어 아주 따뜻했습니다. 화장실도 깨끗하고 넓고 쾌적했어요. 위치도 상벤토 역 바로 앞이라서 아주 좋았습니다. 동루이스 다리도 가깝고 모든 곳에 걸어서 다니기 좋았어요. 바로 앞에 해변에 갈 수 있는 버스 정류장도 있습니다. 숙소 바로 밑에 맛있는 나타집과 맛있는 레스토랑도 있어서 완전 편하게 모두 이용했습니다. 신축 리모델링 했는지 모던한 인테리어에 낙후된 곳이 없었고, 요리도 자유롭게 할 수 있었어요. 전자레인지는 없지만 오븐, 냉장고, 커피머신, 인덕션, 조리도구, 그릇, 냄비, 후라이팬 등이 구비되어 있어 요리에 불편함 없었어요. 체크아웃 시간이 되자 바로 청소직원이 도착했어요. 체계적인 시스템으로 관리되는 숙소 같았습니다. 꼭대기 층인데 좀 느리지만 엘레베이터도 있었고 여러모로 완벽했습니다. 가격도 저렴하고 완전 추천해요! 참, 웰컴 드링크도 있어서 집에서 잘 즐겼습니다. 감사합니다.

Our stay in this apartment was simply put amazing. They even left a bottle of good portuguese wine for us. At first we didn't expect much, but it was comfortable in every way. Spacious, quiet, with a lot of light, clean, warm, the balcony had a beautiful sight, the communication was quick. You can picture the rest ;)

i recently stayed for a long weekend with my girlfriend, unfortunately the day before there was an issue with our apartment (which was out of their control) so we was contacted with 2 options that we can transfer too or receive a full refund, the options we where given matched what we paid for and was still in a great location so we went ahead with this.
at check in we went to the centre where we received our keys and the staff explained everything to us, they then supported us with travel arrangements/advice
Our apartment was very clean and exactly as it was advertised on the photos.
If/when we return to Porto we would 100% use this company again

Prima appartement, ruim met 3 slaapkamers. Een prima keuken en prachtig dakterras. De ligging is prima. Dichtbij Metro (kost 15 euro voor 3 dagen onbeperkt in Porto). En een mooi uitzicht op Ribeira. Ook lopen naar het centrum is goed te doen. Ik schat 20 minuten. Bedden zijn prima en schoon. Voldoende handoeken en koffie thee en zelfs een fles wijn zijn aanwezig. Sleutel kun je ophalen bij een centraal ontvangst en daar ook eventueel je bagage achterlaten bij aankomst en/of vertrek. Erg handig in ons geval.

The apartment was perfectly located, walking distance from most of the tourist attractions and transportation points (hop on/hop/off buses, metro, tram). Ficamos hospedados no Sea the Hourglass, foi uma ótima estadia, apartamento do lado da praia, fácil acesso ao ônibus, metro, restaurantes, supermercados. Tudo novinho funcionando. Como sugestão: faltam alguns pano de louça e facas na cozinha, e panos para limpeza no chão.
Garagem no próprio prédio. Apartamento com calefação e bem quentinho.

Ficamos 5 dias no Porto em um excelente apartamento de três dormitórios (sendo um com banheiro) e um amplo espaço comum. O aquecimento do apartamento era perfeito. A localização muito boa, já que ficava ao lado do metro e de um grande supermercado. Nossa acolhida foi feita com muita simpatia pelos responsáveis. Tivemos algum problema com a quantidade de água quente do reservatório, mas parece ser um problema comum na Europa, já que em todos os 5 apartamentos que usamos na Espanha tiveram o mesmo problema.
Agradecemos o vinho que nos agraciaram e esperamos voltar em breve. Obrigado à Porto Concierge.

Excelente lugar e equipa para marcar Air B&B. Ficámos hospedados no Moulin Rouge junto à Casa da Música na noite do dia 12 para o dia 13 de Janeiro de 2020. A experiência foi fantástica desde o check-in que até foi feito no próprio local onde se situava o apartamento onde ficámos e a vista é tremenda bem como a localização. A simpatia da Joana também foi notável dando recomendações de restaurantes próximos ao lugar onde nos encontrávamos. Uma experiência a repetir concerteza.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding van het appartement is perfect. De ligging was goed en alles was aanwezig (handdoeken, bedlinnen, waterkoker...). Het enige nadeel was dat er geen verwarming was in ons appartment, en aangezien het januari was, was het redelijk koud. Er stond wel een elektrische chauffage, en we hebben een extra gekregen (die brachten ze onmiddellijk). Het onthaal was top, iemand stond ons al op te wachten toen we aankwamen en gaf ons tips. Vooral de fles wijn als welkomsgeschenk is geweldig!

Ficamos hospedados no flat Casa da Música. Ótima localização, perto de transporte público e com uma ótima vista. Ele era bem completo, aquecido e com todos os utensílios básicos para a estadia. Recém reformado, em ótimo estado de conservação e limpeza, exatamente como nas fotos do site por onde alugamos. Recomendo. We had a fantastic time in Porto. Our apartment was lovely and very well priced. Located in the best spot in Porto, five minute walk to all the good restaurants and tourist sites. Communication with Porto Concierge was great. Would highly recommend.

We had a really nice time in Porto, not at the least because of our apartemment , which was clean well organised and cheap. The beds are good and there was even a place to sit outside on the balcony. We are living in France very rural place so we were afraid of the noise at night, but it was very quiet, ;). The bus stops is just outside, in fron of a small supermarket, and in the restaurant on the first floor you can eat a nice Portugees meal for a very nice price.
Also the service of the Porto Concierge is perfect, and very well English speaking!

This place was just amazing! Everything was better than expected! Perfect location, 2 minute walk to the supermarket! The host was always willing to help and the complementary bottle of wine was the cherry on the cake.

Had a great stay with The Porto Concierge. The apartment was fully furnished with everything you could need. We were personally greeted by Fabio who was both welcoming and helpful as he provided us with a comprehensive list of local restaurants and sites. Not to mention, there was complementary wine on the table when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay there again.

Really nice place, great price and quality, welcome wine and coffee. Totally recommended for any short or long visit to Porto. Liked the app feature to access the unit information and the easiness of the check out. Only thing to improve is the heating conditions for winter, perhaps provide one more heater or a bigger one as Porto can get very cold at nights.

El alojamiento nos ha gustado mucho, es muy amplio y cómodo. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la zona de restaurantes y centro.. además quien nos recibió fue muy amable y dispuesta a hacernos recomendaciones y resolvernos dudas :) No hemos tenido tiempo de utilizar la cocina pero parecía bien equipada. La cama cómoda y hemos econtrado todo muy limpio. El apartamento es silencioso por lo que se está muy a gusto. Como contra la llave nos ha costado un poco algunas veces y una de las calefacciones no funcionaba.. al ser un apartamento tan grande era difícil calentarlo. Lo recomendamos! La comunicación es fluida y te dejan guardar tu equipaje sin problemas luego del check out o antes del check in.

The appartement was amazing, really clean and close to amenities (Mártires de Liberdade). Also, the staff is really nice, available and really welcoming. They answered all our questions, offered us a bottle of red wine and gave us a lot of extra advices about where to go in the city. We got some cool places where to eat, and I confirm they're great! I highly recommend their services :)

This has been one of the best AirBNB experiences I have had. Very responsive host, great facilities, great location, modern, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Check in and check out was smooth, and that process was well communicated in advance. Definitely be recommending this place to friends and family visiting Porto.

Appartamento molto spazioso e pulito buona posizione, lo consiglio soprattutto da marzo a novembre, perché in inverno inoltrato è un po’ freddino, loro fanno stufe in ogni camera ma purtroppo si può accendere solo una alla volta

Péssima experiência, apartamento com paredes mofadas, box sujo e boiler elétrico com pouca capacidade de água quente. Ao reclamar com o TPC a resposta foi: - Deixe a chave sobre a mesa e feche a porta, reclamem com Airbnb. Contratei 5 noites e só fiquei 01. Deveriam me indenizar pelo transtorno.

Séjour d'une semaine à Porto, l'emplacement était très bien, à 10minutes à pied d'une entrée de Métro, beaucoup de commerces aux alentours et le Mercado pour aller manger quand on veut. L'appartement est plutôt grand et très correct. L'isolation n'est pas très bonne ce qui donne un logement assez froid malgré les chauffages d'appoints mis à disposition mais ca ne posera aucun soucis dès la saison douce. Par contre, proche de la route, on entend assez bien la rue au moment de dormir, ce qui est vite réglé avec des bouchons d'oreilles. Bonne expérience globalement, nous avons apprécié le cadeau de bouteille de vin de bienvenue et l'accueil de notre interlocuteur. Nous reviendrons :)

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a inizio gennaio e mi sento di consigliarlo caldamente a chiunque passi per Porto.
L’appartamento è moderno, curato, pulito e molto ben equipaggiato di tutti gli elettrodomestici e i servizi utili a rendere il soggiorno confortevole. La posizione centrale inoltre, a pochi metri dalla stazione di Sao Bento, ne fa la base ideale per esplorare la città ma anche raggiungere facilmente altre cittadine e località nei dintorni.
Il Team che lo gestisce è disponibile, cordiale ed efficiente. Le comunicazioni sono sempre state rapide ed esaurienti e l’accoglienza perfetta.
Oltre a dare tutte le informazioni utili riguardanti l’appartamento, tanti sono stati anche i consigli riguardo le attività turistiche in città e gli eventuali luoghi di ristoro, compresi alcuni convenzionati dove ottenere piccoli sconti o omaggi.
Prezioso anche il servizio di navetta con l'aeroporto.

Ficamos hospedados no Sweet & Relax Flat. O apartamento é bom e bem localizado, próximo à estação de metro Carolina Michaelis. Não é muito fácil encontrar sítio para o carro, mas para quem usa o metro ou autocarro vale muito a pena.
O apartamento é bem equipado com eletrodomésticos e outras facilidades. É ideal para estadias mais longas. Ficamos hospedados por 2 meses, então achei que deveria haver mais de uma roupa de cama e toalhas de banho disponíveis para troca. Infelizmente não havia. A água quente da casa de banho não é suficiente para mais de dois banhos no mesmo período.
O atendimento foi eficiente e o local estava limpo quando chegamos.
Apesar dos pequenos detalhes que relatei, eu recomendo a estada no Sweet & Relax Flat.

Estuve alojado en amirante y estuve muy Agustí. En pleno centro y la habitación fantástica . Disponiamos también de cocina común y todo estaba muy limpio. Muy atentos y buena comunicación . Espectacular . Calidad precio inmejorable.

O Alojamento alugado não correspondeu ao contratualizado, não obstante ter uma excelente çocalização e novas instalações.
Apesar de ter confrmado com o Booking Assistant que este alojamento dispunha de Cozinha, foi-me entregue um alojamento sem cozinha, não correspondendo obviamente às necessidades ou expectativas.
Para além disso o apartamento dispõe de luzes de emergencia, no interior dos quartos. É normal e comum ter no corredor de acesso, agora nos qartos, nunca vi e foi muito incomodativo para se conseguir dormir. Também o Wi-fi apenas funcionou no último dia, pelo que lamento, mas foi dececionante a nossa estadia.

Ficamos decepcionados com a experiência.
A começar pelo check-in que tem que ser em um horário determinado. Ou seja, o Concierge nos mandou e-mail,mensagens e ligou insistindo que a nossa chegada fosse às 15h. Impossível prever um horário em viagem.
Ar Condicionado nao aquecia o quarto. Fazia muito frio no Porto. Passamos noites desagradáveis. Falamos com o Concierge e com os responsáveis que nada fizeram.
Poucas toalhas e casa de banho molha facilidade.
Cama desconfortável
Falta de isolamento.
Não é um Hotel, se você quer conforto este NÃO é o lugar. No máximo seria um Hostel com maior comodidade.

We had a wonderful stay at our designated Porto Concierge apartment. Our trip was cut short due to a cancelled flight and that led to some confusion, but the Porto Concierge were extremely quick to respond, even on a holiday (Christmas). The apartment is well located, and quite well stocked in terms of amenities. We were welcomed by Pedro with a bottle of wine, and had a pretty smooth experience in terms of check-out, with the option to leave our luggage at the Welcome Center after check-out. Thoroughly professional unit, and definitely recommended!

O único problema que tivemos infelizmente e não foi resolvido e nem solucionado rápido, a falta de agua quente no apartamento, o problema foi comunicado no período da manha a empresa responsável e nada solucionado ate fim do dia.
Tirando esse problema, nao tenho nada a reclamar!

Very conveniently located. A lot of the attractions in Porto are within walking distance.
There is metro within 4-5 minutes walk and many restaurants nearby.

The apartment we stayed in was lovely and in a great location. We only had two complaints: the check-in process wasn't 100% clear, so we weren't sure what we were supposed to do when we got to the apartment and the wifi in the unit was very bad. Luckily, Rui, the host who checked us in opened the door to find us there before we were outside for too long, so the check in went fairly smoothly. The wifi issue was a problem throughout the stay, with it working intermittently and only in a few spots. The router was nowhere to be found when we were looking to reboot it to see if that would help, which leads me to believe it was hidden behind a locked door somewhere. The long and short of our stay is that it was absolutely lovely and we'd highly recommend it for a holiday, but not for work.

Péssima experiência. Não só pelo quarto (1.2 na rua do Almada) que para além de apresentar sinais de uso dos hóspedes anteriores e um problema de infiltrações por resolver mas pelo desdém das supostas pessoas responsáveis, Renato e Oscar, que se recusaram a trocar almofadas e cobertas afectadas pela dita infiltração durante uma estadia de 3 noites. Não acederam ao nosso pedido para falar com um superior nem cederam sequer o livro de reclamações. Resumindo, não se deixem enganar pelas fotografias bonitas.

Ficamos num pequeno apartamento TO junto à rotunda da Boavista, muito bem localizado. Fomos bem recebidos e a entrega das chaves correu bem e com simpatia do colaborador. Optámos por este alojamento porque quisemos levar os nossos dois cães no fim de semana e aqui os animais são aceites. O Alojamento estava limpo e mobilado/equipado com os bens necessários (o toque da garrafa de vinho de boas vindas é simpático ). Precisámos de ajuda porque acidentalmente deixámos as chaves por dentro quando saímos e o assunto foi pronta e rapidamente resolvido. Permitiram um late check out o que apreciámos muitíssimo. A casa de banho e pequena, mas para uma estadia de alguns dias é mais do que suficiente. Apenas coisas boas a apontar e futuramente num regresso será seguramente opção novamente

Hospedagem no TPC Northen Star, onde a experiência foi desde a nossa chegada, muito abaixo do que era expectável. Após um atraso substancial de 6 horas na chegada ao Porto, devido a atrasos na linha ferroviária, não ficou claro em chamadas telefónicas ou escritas de que o local a levantar a chave não correspondia à morada do apartamento. Isto resultou em viagens incessantes de um lado para o outro, onde fomos recebidos com antipatia, de forma pouco acolhedora, descarte total de responsabilidade, e onde nos foi negado o livro de reclamações. A informação das diferentes moradas deve ser mais clara pois novos hospedes não conhecem as instalações. Por fim no quarto, a roupa de cama guardada estava suja, e não procederam a sua troca após vários pedidos. Tornou-se exaustivo pela afronta que os próprios funcionários fazem aos hospedes. Pouco profissional.

La experiencia en Oporto fue buenísima. Cuidan el más mínimo detalle y, además de recibirte en persona para hacer el check-in, se aseguran que todo funciona en la casa (calefacción/aire, agua caliente, luces, wifi, etc.). Dan todo tipo de facilidades para contactar con ellos en caso de que algo vaya mal y responden a las pocas horas en caso de haberles escrito con dudas respecto al alojamiento o la ciudad. Sin duda, un 10/10!

NO LO RECOMIENDO. Es un piso bastante moderno y bonito, pero quedaba más lejos del centro de lo que imaginábamos. No compensa dejar la maleta en el local de bienvenida ya que está muy alejado del piso en cuestión.
Tuvimos problemas técnicos que no supieron solucionar, no nos iba el wifi y por lo tanto, tampoco la televisión. Al llegar al apartamento no había ningún tipo de distracción por lo que decidimos hablar con el personal. Tardaron mucho en responder y no me dieron ninguna solución, sólo que al día siguiente se acercaría un técnico, pero nosotros ya no estaríamos para entonces. MUY NEGATIVO.
El piso olía a cerrado cuando entramos, y con escaso papel higiénico.
En resumen, hay muchos pisos muy bien de precio en Oporto y con una calidad mejor, NO LO RECOMIENDO.

We had a great experience with the Porto Concierge during our week long stay in Porto at Boavista Breeze. The apartment was clean, in a great location, and the concierge was a quick text away from any questions we had. Fabio really gave great customer service and we were thankful for the bottle of wine to welcome us. It was nice to be met at the apt when we arrived for a quick rundown of using the amenities and great places to visit during our stay. We would definitely seek out a place run by the Porto Concierge when visiting Porto again and recommend them to anyone. Thank you for being another great thing about Porto! Obrigada!
