The service in this place is rubbish. The staff couldn't be bothered to put any music on even though they've got plenty of records. This place has about as much bop going on as a wake. Give it a swerve.

The owner needs to go and learn some people skills and not conduct his administrave tasks behind the bar. He was one of the most surly proprietors of a business I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Terrible level of service. Would definitely avoid. The music ironically was awful. You can't actually see what's in the record collection and it seemed like they were playing terrible elevator music off iTunes rather than a vinyl. The food was ok but my girlfriend's food arrived 20 minutes before mine thus giving a terrible experience. It's not hip and cool to give food out like that. It's stupid and annoying. Also we were never advised that food from the one order can be served at vastly different intervals.

The location is good and the ambiance is very nice. It was a very good restaurant where different kinds of musics played.
The staff was attentive and can speak English. The only downside was the food.
I ordered a spicy chicken wings and southern friend chicken unfortunately they ran out of chicken wings so we end up ordering a other southern fried chicken as we are both craving fried chicken.
When we got our orders 15 minutes after guve or take the chicken was piping hot.
The beans was also cooked nicely but a little bit of salt could have make that boring veggie a little bit nicer.. the corn bread was not so bad at all.
The big let down was the star of the dish which was the chicken.
Two parts was served a leg or drumstick and a thigh part. The leg was cooked just right but the thigh kart of the chicken the middle portion was a but raw where you can still see the blood streak on the meat.
This must have been cooked on a high temperature oil which burned the batter quickly without cooking the chicken thoroughly.i could hardly taste the flavour of the chicken as the outside was too crispy or more appropriately described as more brittle.
The outside coating was overcooked and the middle kart was a little bit raw.
We were disappointed again with our food in Porto.

I am afraid all the attractiveness of the place is lost by the rudeness of the people working there. More than dining it felt like we were thrown our drinks. We decided to leave, as it was the least friendly waiters we encountered. There was no desire to serve at all.

Satan's fries são deliciosas: batatas cadeiras, com cheddar, cebola frita e molho. Mágico. Uma dose grande que permite dividir por 2 (3,90€). Nuggets de frango, muito suculentos e com frango verdadeiro (5€). Restante menu, igualmente interessantes, mas hambúrgueres muito caros para qualidade média.
Variedade de cervejas. Boa música.

Espectacular. Muy buena la comida, aunque no tienen una carta muy grande. Variedad de cervezas artesanas locales y la música bastante buena. Un sitio para ir a cualquier hora, ya que tienen desde desayunos hasta copas. De los sitios favoritos de la ciudad.

Maybe it was the time we visited (after 22:00 on a Tuesday) but the food was awful. The fries were like cardboard and had been cooked, cooled and reheated again, the pico de gallo was so oily it was inedible and the burger was just kinda average. The venue seemed really cool and all the vinyls were so enticing but the music was played so quietly there wasn't really any vibe...? Maybe it's better on a weekend but we won't be returning to find out...

Great bar, excellent cocktails and a huge collection of vinyls that you can listen too. The staff are all keen on their music and come up with some excellent selections. Could spend hours here happily. Not had the food but looks good. Well worth dedicating a few hours too visit.

This place was a big disappointment. I was very excited about the menu and so made the mistake of going there on a saturday. The service was slow, and the small place crowded around 6pm. We ordered wings and nachos and i'm sad to report that the wings were not cooked through and the nachos were a bit bland. The guy was nice to not charge us for the wings and asked us to come back during the week days. A tip i learned whilst there was that you can order to go and enjoy the food somewhere else.

For a relaxed moment in Porto city center. Good music, good coffee, good beer and a nice meal. Don't expect to find Portuguese typical food, but nevertheless it's really, really tasty! For a moment you can escape from the crowded streets, and it feels so good!

All in one café, restaurant, and bar. Went for dinner and drinks. The vibe was great, cosy and relaxed. The drinks menu is excellent (especially good beer selection). Food menu is extensive (including all day breakfast), although not a huge number of vegetarian options (and only 1 vegan). Everything we tried was tasty and serving sizes were huge (no need for an appetizer) and prices are reasonable.

Vi-me forçado a reduzir uma estrela na minha classificação apenas pelo facto do tempo de espera. Toda a comida é muito boa e bem confeccionada (à excepção das batatas c/ queijo) mas não é bom esperar (em média) 20min ou mais e ser sempre servido os aperitivos com o prato principal. Em todo o caso, o staff é muito simpático e o sítio em si muito acolhedor. Recomendo a quem não tem pressa.

The bar looks nice and they have a discrete beer selection. However the service was very bad and made us feel uncomfortable/unwanted since the beginning. No smile from the waiters at all and it seemed they were making us a favour to have us here. We chose this place due to the positive recensions, but we won't come back here for sure another time not suggest it to friends. If you can go anywhere else as there are plenty of other nice places in the area.

Domingo 21h , já estávamos no restaurante ha quase 40 min a espera de um amigo e fomos pedindo umas entradas. Quando fomos a pedir o empregado de mesa diz que já não há hambúrgueres. Ainda acrescentou: “são coisas que acontecem!” Demonstra a falta de organização da cozinha, de cuidado porque podia ter avisado o grupo de 5 que deviam de pedir porque o menu principal estava a acabar e ainda o descaramento e o peito cheio de alguém que na casa dos trinta ainda não sabe como lidar com os clientes!!! Nunca sai de nenhum restaurante por falta e ingredientes, e ainda por cima dos pedidos principais !! Só dei uma estrela porque não dá para por zero!!!

Very trendy but laid back burger/ comfort food joint with great craft beer selection and generous portions. Reasonably priced on food and delicious. Not a place to go if you’re weight watching ;) . Craft beers prices were a little pricey but that’s compared to South Africa prices . They also have a great breakfast menu and killer coffee.

Calm and relaxing place, with a bit slower pace. There is a bit of waiting time for the food, but it is absolutely worth it. You can really taste that they put a lot of attention to the preparation. Very very good. Also very friendly staff. If I could improve one thing, it would be the fries. They are a bit below average. That is however outweighed by everything else, and for me this is a 5/5.

Sehr schöne bar mit Ambiente. Super Snacks und Essen. Cocktails sind für portugisische Verhältnise recht teuer, aber angemessen. Die übrigen Speisen und Getränke sind gewohnt angenehm bepreist. Für Fans des guten Filterkaffees und der Vinyl-Platte eine Top-Empfehlung.

Een week Porto en dit is, by far, the best place in town. Weg van massatoerisme, vinyl plaatjes draaien als je wilt, heerlijk chillend in dit fijne café. Al doet het woord café deze top tent geen eer aan. We liepen binnen rond half negen, lekker rustig of net op tijd. Bij ons vertrek is het kleine etablissementje gevuld van barkruk tot terras buiten.
En niet gek want leuke mensen overal om ons heen. De kaart vermeld oa ontbijt vanaf 11, salades, burgers, chilli, sandwiches, ze hebben zelfs dagelijks iets als dessert.. Keuken sluit om middernacht, één gaan ze sluiten. Toilet is schoon! (eigenlijk in Porto al één hele goede reden om ergens heen te gaan want man man wat een smerigheid elsewhere) Check schone tent dus, behulpzame gastvrije en bekwame mensen aan het werk.
Hier maakt het barpersoneel een fijne cocktail, en uit de keuken adviseert ons gezelschap unaniem de nacho chips aan als voorgerecht. Deel samen met je tafelgenoten ook de chickenwings en nóg zo'n fijne Tom Collins of Negroni.. Wij waren al blij met de appetizers maar konden het niet laten en proefden ook kipburger (kregen we frites bij!) en spaghetti met Portugese gehaktballen.
Serieus echt alles wat uit de keuken voorbij kwam zag er absurd goed uit vergeleken met alle andere gerechten die we hier in Porto voorgeschoteld kregen. Vers, kwaliteit, goed bereid en eerlijk eten met een prima prijs. In tegenstelling tot vele andere teleurstellende toeristentrekkers dus complimenten aan het team van BOP! En jij, Gaan!

테이크아웃해서 먹었어요. 음식 나오기까지 그리 오래 걸리지 않았고, 점원 분들도 친절한 편이었어요. 너겟이랑 GOD버거 시켜서 먹었는데, 일단 너겟이 맛있었어요~ 햄버거는 고기가 엄청 두꺼워서 놀랐는데 맛은 보통이었어요! 한국 햄버거랑은 다르게 소스보다는 체다 치즈 향이 더 강했어요. 아쉬웠던 점은 제로 콜라도 주문했는데 깜빡 잊어버리셨는지 빼먹고 주신 점

El camarero que nos atendió no hizo ningún esfuerzo por intentar entender nuestro español ni habló más lento cuando se le solicitó para poder entender su portugués. Pedí una ensalada, me dijo que de esa ensalada no tenían. Pedí otra, de la que tampoco tenían, y me decidí a pedir un bagel, que llevaba miel (algo no indicado en la carta). Puesto que soy alérgica, le comenté al camarero que no podía comer el bocadillo y que no ponía en la carta que llevara ese ingrediente, lo cual fue a comprobar de manera inmediata porque no me creyó. A esas alturas, y después de tres fracasos, decidí que ya no me arriesgaba a pedir nada. Mi marido pidió una hamburguesa y tardaron un montón en traerla. Como para no repetir.

후라이드 치킨이 땡기면 치킨너겟 시키세요.
치킨너겟인데 순살치킨 처럼 되어 있습니다.
(맛있어요 한국 치킨같고 가격은 5유로?인데
양은 한국 순살치킨 반마리 정도 나오네요)
한국인 1도 없었고 전부 현지인 밖에 없었구요.

Cogimos un menú de 8,50€ e las pancakes com banana 6,50€ , total que cuándo fui a pagar la cuenta me quería cobrar 17,90€. Le dije que la suma no era correcta y me respondió que el cafe con leche (ah, encima estaba frío) no se podía pedir con el menú, btw gracias por avisar chico, y luego que la caja de take away también tenía que pagarla... En fin, para no volver y la comida tampoco vale la pena. Invertid vuestro dinero en algún sitio dónde almenos te traten bien.

cool little spot for food and drinks. The small interior is cozy and comfortable. What makes this location unique, other than the names of the food, is they have an extensive vinyl collection that they play throughout the day. The burger I had was aptly named Satan’s Finest, consisting of deep fried cheddar, jalapeños, bacon, red onion, and ketchup. It was an eclectic blend of flavors with just the right amount of spice. All in for only 9,90€, it was an excellent value. Overall, the visit was enjoyable and warranted a second visit prior to my departure. The space is kept pretty clean and the toilets are adequate with no visible accessibility issues.

Cool place with apparently a great selection of records!
The service was the worst ever! The waiters were super unfriendly. They seemed annoyed to get our order, barely said a word (maybe too busy to check their phone behind the bar), and plus we waited more than 40minutes for a salad and a fried chicken plate! Since is a vinyl bar we were expecting great background music, but it sounded like a Spotify playlist.

They kept cancelling my order & the courier couldn't find my address. I'm staying @ a hotel that is all the way visable from the main road/highway. I was in contact with the delivery guy the whole time & he was incompetent on following simple instructions & kept blaming everything on his phone. Waste of my time & food.

Very nice place, great vibe inside and love the decoration. Service was fine. Food was great, plenty of it. Our nachos was a small portion but it may as well have been a large which is great! Our black bean burgers were delicious and really filling. Only real problem was that we found the staff to be a bit cold.

Se pedirem take away tenham em conta que, mesmo que algo corra mal com o pedido, o estabelecimento nada vai fazer a não ser delegar a responsabilidade na equipa de entrega.
No meu caso pedi um hambúrguer de frango, que veio super mal preparado, com uma textura pouco saudável, que nem deixava a cobertura do panado aderir ao peito de frango. Não me inspirou confiança comer o hambúrguer. Além de que o sabor não estava o normal. Por consequência o pão vinha com o panado todo colado e melado.
Já lá tinha ido e adorado. Eram os melhores hambúrgueres de frango de sempre.
A partir do momento em que liguei a explicar o que se passava e disseram que deveríamos era reclamar com a equipa de entrega desiludiu-me. De certo não foi a equipa de entrega a cozinhar o meu jantar.
No final fiquei sem jantar e sem dinheiro. Espera-se alguma qualidade num hambúrguer de quase 10€. E se o problema for ter sido pedido para casa, ou não deveriam dispor deste serviço, se não se sentem capazes, ou deveriam ter em atenção as coisas que enviam.
Espero pela competência da equipa de entrega já que pela do Bop não pude esperar.

Terrible servicio y actitud de los empleados. Tardaron 1h30 para traer 5 platos con el restaurant vacio. No se disculparon en ningun momento lo cual hace que no tengamos ganas de volver. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, hay mejores sitios en Oporto.

Terrible service. We also waited for a really long time, then they brought two of the five dishes and then my friends waited like 1 hour. Really weird. They never said sorry or offered anything in return or did any explanations. The food was nice, but not worth it. Employees are unbearable. The only not-nice people we encounter in Porto though, everyone else was very nice and helpful.

The ambience atmosphere does not look like a cafe at all, this is a little bit odd. The burger is decent, but a little bit expensive compared to good close restaurants like DaGema, the staff was not so friendly as I was expecting, however it was my first experience there.

June 2019. I had a very poor experience here. I came for a light lunch around 2. At first I was going to order the nuggets, but the waiter advised me against it because there was a hold up in the kitchen and would take 30+ mins. So I ordered the chicken salad instead. After 30 minutes of waiting for this 4 EUR salad, I almost got up and left. Finally it arrived after 40 minutes with no apology for the wait. (Mind you, the restaurant was not even busy.) The dish itself was mediocre. The chicken was tender but there was hardly any salad. Overall, I would not recommend or come back.

O pior restaurante da cidade do porto. Demoram muito a servir. Se encomendar comida do bop e melhor escolher outro porque é de 40 minutos para cima a espera e nem se preocupam em cozinhar mais rápido e os funcionários são mal educados....basta aperta-los um pouco a parede que tratam mal os clientes. Já não é a primeira vez que vejo a tratar mal estafetas que levam comida para terceiros e faltam-lhes a educação. Eu nunca mais irei lá deixar o meu dinheiro.

O espaço é agradável, o problema é a publicidade enganosa. Estive 1 hora à espera do meu pedido, durante escolhi o meu vinil para ouvir que nunca chegou, ou porque procuravam e não sabiam dele, ou porque nem sequer procuravam!! A conclusão é que foi uma autêntica desilusão.. No meio de uma coleção tão vasta de discos, não são organizados ao ponto de os encontrar e o serviço é uma correria. Pra comer uma simples hamburger tinha 40 outras opções no porto..

Really nice and chill vibe, a good spot for some drinks with friends and to have nibbles or a burger. Delicious yet a tad spicy nachos (the chips were flavored), coffee from local 7g roastery (the waiter had not much interest in coffee, but still), and juices among non-alcoholic drink options. A weird mix of a cafe/bar/restaurant, but worth the visit if you're around.

Me parece uno de los locales con más encanto que he conocido hasta la fecha con música en directo puesta en vinilos por los camareros durante todo el rato. Una carta suprr atractiva con todo tipo de sugerencias. Un servicio perfecto y super atentos en todo momento. Recomiendo el Chick Flick y las Cheese fries, brutalmente buenos. It is great specialty coffee place! I tried to order a pour over here but when I saw an expression on barista face (his was very busy and he directly said it would take some time) I changed my mind to just an espresso. 10 minutes later he actually asked whether I want a pour over or not. I didn't want :) The coffee was great. The place looked great.

O hambúrguer é divinal! O melhor hambúrguer que já comi. A nível de atendimento é razoável mas o pedido chegar à mesa é muuuito lento! Têm que melhorar. Sim os produtos são bem confecionados e todo o processo nota se que é feito na hora, mas esperamos cerca de 20minutos por um hambúrguer, batatas fritas com cheese (batatas mesmo caseiras) que seriam as entradas e uma sopa. A nível de preço é um pouco variável. Mas ambiente muito agradável!

Delicious food, fast service, good place to work at with free WiFi and power sockets everywhere. It's a little small, but usually a seat opens up rather quickly if you wait a bit.
A bit pricey, but worth it. Also, soooo glad to be in a place where burgers are still eaten with hands and aren't 2 feet tall pylons with a stick in the center, requiring a knife and fork.

Such a cool and cozy concept cafe. They have an excellent selection of vinyls and their snacks are pretty good. Drinks aren't the cheapest esp the bottled beers but it has a great atmosphere and I'd definitely return.
