O atendimento na recepção foi excepcional, porém a assistente clinica que realizou o exame nao posso dizer o mesmo. A clinica é nova, moderna, com ótimo aspecto, eu recomendo.

Despite having an appointment for a cleaning, I was made to wait for a whole hour - just to be then told that the appointment was cancelled. When I came back later, I was told they required to X-ray my jaw (!) in order to do a simple cleaning. The English-speaking receptionists and modern practice are a plus, but the communication and punctuality were horrible.

A warning to English-speakers -- When I was there the first time, I had a wonderful experience. When I went back recently however, I was given a dentist-in-training who spoke no English, and was incredibly clumsy, with no sense of his own physical orientation in space. He hurt me several times for no reason, basically just forgetting where his elbows were, and because he did not speak English, I was unable to explain what was bothering me. Also, I was told the first day I went that I had three cavities needing repair, and when I went back the next day, he only repaired two, and claimed no knowledge of a third. Again, because they spoke no English, I was unable to solve this mystery.

Ir ao dentista nunca é agradável, mas a simpatia e profissionalismo nesta clínica torna tudo bem mais fácil. A clínica tem muitas convenções e acordos o que permite tratamentos bem mais em conta.
