Went to the store to have my new watch strap altered, the friendly and professional gent explained to me where I should go (around the corner to their repairs section on the first floor). I found it easily and was assisted by another friendly and professional gent who took out two links for me quickly! Thank you! I would visit this store if I was looking for a new watch :)

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jorge at their intercontinental hotel location. It was a pleasure speaking with Jorge, his expertise, experience and knowledge speaks for itself. He wasn't pushy, was pleasant and polite. I didn't feel rushed and being sold, the watch sold itself to me. It was an anniversary present from my wife, and we both left the store satisfied. I recommend anyone in the area in checking this Rolex AD out for their watch needs, their selection was of the most popular models. Jorge, thank you again.

Very helpful staff but not a very extensive range. Good prices if they have what you're after. Marcolino on south end of Praça da Liberdade was even more helpful if that is possible. Their passion for watches sold me.
