Não avalio 5 estrelas só por uma razão.. Os quartos deveriam ter um mini frigorico para os hóspedes terem uma bebida fresca, e foi este ponto que eu e o meu marido axamos que poderia melhorar, agora tudo o resto fantástico... Pessoas super simpáticas, um jantar bom e vinho fantástico.. Quanto ao sitio, maravilhoso, piscina, e todo o ambiente. Pretendo com certeza voltar

Un endroit au calme en pleine nature avec vue sur la campagne environnante. Excellente adresse. Les chambres sont très grandes, modernes certaines avec terrasse. L accueil attentionné. Petits déjeuners buffet copieux et raffinés. Table d hôtes le soir. Je recommande vivement

The hotel is off the main road and requires a car to get to. It is beautifully set in countryside and has a spectacular view of the area. One of the owners greeted us and showed us the breakfast area and our room. We got an upgrade without asking. The room has 2 beds close together which can be used as a double bed if required. There is a fridge with their own white and rose wine chilling in it. There is also a bottle of red on the counter. There is a wood stove in the room, AC and heat. The bathroom has a large shower with lots of hot water. There was a balcony from which you could get a fantastic view of the beautiful countryside. The breakfast, included in the room cost, consisted of bread, buns, cheese, cereal, coffee and juice. They also made us scrambled eggs and pancakes.

Lovely little winery hotel. Cute setting down a windy (and bumpy) dirt road. Free glass of wine upon arrival. Beautoful rooms. Delicious breakfast. Only gripe was the shower - it was cold!!

Good people, good service, good atmosphere. Beautiful and well-made furnishings, stunning views. The attitude of the staff is really first class, great care and attention to detail in everything. It is really important for me to feel that. Soothing location, perfect relaxation. Above and beyond!

For those who seek privacy with nature.. Good place for relax, for inspiration, for enjoy. Good wine! Interesting history. Amazing interiors and architecture. Breakfast and dinner for my taste are also wonderful! If you write a book you will find silent and calmness in this place! Great!

What an amazing place! I stayed here on my own, for two nights, jn december. It was as clearly low season so the hotel was very quiet. But nonetheless I received outstanding service. I got an upgrade to the room with a panoramic view. The view is as amazing as on the pictures, or better. Also, they were very easy on early check in and late check out. Mind you, this is the low season, this is probably different during high season. But still, this really added to me feeling welcome and taken care of. The weather outside was pretty bad. A lot of wind and rain. This made it even more cosy to sit inside, by the wood fireplace or on the couch with the view over the pool and the valley beyond, where curtains of rain were often chasing by. I did at one point, take a walk through the vineyards and the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel. I can really recommend it. I’ll add a few photos of that. I imagine that when the weather is nicer it’s even more amazing. I don’t think there are many terraces/pools with a view like this. Both nights I made use of the 4 course dinner that they offer. The food (and wines too!) were very good. The only comment I could make was that there was hardly any vegetables, or salads. It’s very meat (and fish) based. The breakfast was perfect. With mostly local produce jams, good bread, cheeses, fruits, super nice yoghurt etc etc. Looking forward to come back some time in the summer! Last but not least, the staff, in particular Andre and Katya, were super friendly and helpful. They really made me feel at home. Side note: this is my first visit to A Serenada. I don’t know anyone working here personally and don’t have any ties to the organization.

It was amazing! We were so delighted with the staff, with the amazing sunset from the balcony and also with their own wines, specially the white wine Gouveio e Arinto. Its a great place to relax and recharge your batteries :) The swimming pool is very relaxing too.

The staff of the hotel were really helpful. We were able to enjoy the wonder hotel facilities as well as the nature. we had great stay in A Serenada.

With very welcoming staff set in a quaint vineyard with a delicious on site dinner available at a reasonable price. The breakfast included was a stand out with home made jams.

Very nice hotel within a vineyard. Great for couples with a romantic atmosphere. A car is required to reach here and move around. A good spot to visit the beautiful coast. They offer a great picnic option that you can take for a day trip around the area. The views in the hotel are very nice and relaxing.

My partner and I spent 3 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.We booked a suite with a small kitchenette, fireplace, huge shower, comfy bed and great view over the estates own vineyards. We loved the cleanliness, quality furnishings, products and thoughtful design.The welcome was warm, enthusiastic, friendly and informative. We were made to feel at home by the staff. Communication was no trouble as English was spoken well by all.Food (breakfast and dinner) was a simple but well executed affair - I have some food intolerances which were carefully noted and adhered to with ease. We enjoyed tasting the various wines produced by the estate and look forward to purchasing some now weve returned home.We spent our days touring the Alentejo region (Evora, Moura, Monzarat) and enjoyed a day at the Comporta beach which was an easy drive from the hotel.All in all an excellent stay and I would happily recommend A Serenada to anyone wanting to enjoy some Alentejo hospitality in a natural yet luxurious setting.Thank you to all the staff!Ian & Nikki

Wir waren auf dem Weg von der Algarve nach Lissabon 1 Nacht hier. Das Hotel liegt mit einem wunderbaren Weitblick absolut ruhig.Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft.Der ideale Ort, wenn man Ruhe bevorzugt.

We chose Serenada to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and it was everything we wished for. Located in a secluded area, it was the ideal place to relax and enjoy the lovely Portuguese summer. Staff was incredibly friendly and made us felt welcome in every interaction. For wine lovers, this is also a place where you can taste some good options produced in their own vineyard. Suggest you try it over dinner as you indulge yourself in traditional Portuguese food. In a nutshell, we were very pleased with our choice and would highly recommend other travellers to stay at Serenada.

Está se tão bem aqui. Os quartos são ótimos, espaçosos e bem decorados. A vista é linda. E fica a 15 minutos da praia. Ah e têm bicicletas para se dar um passeio. Perfeito

Este sitio é fantástico. A localização, a qualidade dos quartos, a decoração dos quartos e outras áreas, a qualidade da comida, o vinho, tudo excelente. Fizemos um jantar vínico e, além da comida ser de ótima qualidade e muito bem confecionada, tudo está feito para fazer sobressair o vinho. E o vinho é de excelente qualidade. Os brancos em especial. O staff é conhecedor e atento e muito simpático. Vale a pena de verão ou de inverno e é um sitio perfeito para um fim de semana a dois. Altamente recomendado. A juntar a tudo isto tem preços muito bons relativamente á qualidade que tem. Só para acrescentar uma última coisa, ao pequeno almoço, os ovos são feitos no momento!

atención muy buena, desayuno completo y variado, atentos a cualquier demanda que tengas. la cena merece la pena, está todo muy rico y elaborado, pero es muchísima comida! (entrante copioso, crema de verduras, plato principal de carne con dos acompañamientos distintos y postre): con menos cantidad es suficiente. el vino MUY bueno a nuestro juicio y a buen precio. casi todas las referencias a menos de 10€ el entorno es absolutamente mágico: está tan apartado que cuesta algo llegar pero merece la pena estar lejos de todo por el silencio y la oscuridad en la noche. la piscina es sin duda lo mejor en verano, está muy limpia y en plena naturaleza, sin cloro: es genial. la decoración interior un poco caótica, tanto en salones como en habitación, pero nos sentimos muy a gusto. sin duda muy recomendable y volveremos si tenemos la oportunidad

Lovely hotel in a secluded location. Ideal for a retreat with lovely surroundings. Definitely coming back in 2016. Love Portugal and their hospitality.

Me, my wife and our 1 year old stayed at the 'Arinto' room which is one of the newer rooms that have a panoramic view, window is from the ceiling to the ground which has a great view, right in front of the bed, there's also a balcony with a great shade to enjoy the view. This room has a microwave, a nespresso machine (we had three capsules for the entire stay) and a fridge along with some dishes and glasses. The shower is one of the biggest I have ever used. Place is really quiet and within a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest town 'Grândola'. The pool is great because is low on chlorine and puts you real close to nature since you'll be always listening birds and bugs. The breakfast is a must and the staff are always happy to help you out. We had dinner once and it was a nice meal with lot of garnish.
