Passeio (Braga e Guimarães) muito bem conduzido pela guia Milena, profissional excelente, simpática e muito competente. Motorista (Jaime) cuidadoso e bastante prestativo. Indico demais a viagem e já estou querendo retornar a Porto para mais alguns novos passeios com a agência, especialmente com a dupla de profissionais.

My husband and I had the good fortune to have Milena Craveiro as our tour guide from Meridian 4People in Porto, Portugal the second week of June this year. We had an excellent tour of the city, avoiding all waits to see what we wanted. We also toured the Douro Valley with Milena and went to the wineries. Because of wonderful Milena, we learned so much of the history of Portugal, the places we saw, and the Portuguese culture. She was professional, well informed, friendly, and a pleasure to be with. Her father, a very kind man and excellent driver, drove the car so we never had delays in looking for parking areas. We highly recommend Milena from Meridian 4People. Joyce Cornforth Canada

I booked a private transfer for my clients from Lisbon Airport to a centrally located hotel. It was a long, overnight flight (as are almost all flights to Europe). My client had to wait in line to file a claim for luggage that didn't arrive. The client and I both communicated with the company about the situation and asked them to please have the driver wait. The driver wouldn't wait...even though they knew what was going on. He/she left. I think that is just rude. It can be stressful to land in a foreign country after a long flight and try to find your way around. The policy is to wait 1 1/2 hours. It takes TIME to get through customs/immigration and if an issue like lost luggage arises, that is out of our control. Client paid for transfer and should get their transfer. At the very least, they should get a refund.

We had an excellent tour trough the Douro Valley with Milena and went to the wineries. Because of wonderful Milena, we learned so much of the history and culture of Portugal. She was professional, well informed and very friendly. And her father is a very kind man and excellent driver. The tour was a pleasure and we highly recommend Milena and her father.

I was booked with Inmotion tour, a recommendation from our inn keeper in Porto. They were over sold, so transferred us to Meridian4 People without letting us know ahead of time. This was the worst 240€ I had ever spent. The guide, Manuel, was awful. He had only been doing tours for the past month, new to the industry, with absolutely no training. He knew nothing about Douro valley, ports or wines. He is only doing "this" to support his interior decorating store. Furthermore, regarding the tour, we only went to super touristy places. If you want a romantic, intimate setting, dont use this company. We received no information. The food was awful and the Port was worse. Super disappointed and a waste of a day. Choose a different company!

Bait and Switch in Porto. Signed up for Douro Vinhateiro Tour and put on on the Douro Valley Tour which was 20% more expensive and blamed the hotel. Only found out the game after the tour was already in the countryside.Complete LIARS. DO NOT TRUST THEM
