We had a traumatic experience in our 1st night in this property - Aug.2018 - we were terrified by a stranger/psycho trespassing, violating our privacy and almost getting into our room through the back deck of the house. The wood houses are quite exposed and isolated , which could actually be a positive thing, if it wasn't for the fact that it's simply too dark at night (pitch black) , with no movement detector light system or any other security at all. We were also told by a regular visitor that it was not the first time that something like this had happened. The owner reacted in a very inappropriate and strange manner and decided did not assume any responsibility whatsoever, also not showing any intention of doing anything in order to avoid a similar episode in the future. Hence, we decided to file a complaint with the police. There is an ongoing investigation.

Terrible experience, not at all as pictured on the website. Zero privacy: we were put in a cabin that shared a common space with the staff. Believe me, it is not pleasant to wake up in the morning to the cook sitting on your terrace in his underwear singing along to his radio at 7:30am. The "natural pool" is a small hole in the ground lined with a tarp and what little water was there was disgusting if not a health hazard. Zero internet. Cheap laminated furniture in the bedroom was falling apart. No basic amenities like a kettle, a hairdryer or even a bottle of mineral water. Other people have reviewed the food at the restaurant so I won't bother going into ti. This is not the idyllic cabin in the middle of the woods that you will be promised.

The food is dreadful and expensive, everything is frozen including the bread and veggies. The "chef" is a random guy that just move food from the freezer to your plate, he does so for 15€ a course. The breakfast is disgusting, you get the cheapest and worst of everything and of course frozen bread, the ham was also gone bad(2 days in a row). The rooms were dirty and the staff generally not competent, housekeeping is non-existent, but considering the quality of the service in general I almost see that as a plus. Dealing with the owner was incredibly frustrating, he was very unhelpful and not willing to accommodate any basic requests. While we were staying we had a power and water cut off for the whole day with 40C, the staff was just smiling at us. We booked a bungalow for 4 people which turned out to be 1 bedroom plus couch, this for £175/day.

No cleaning during our 3 night stay. Light and water cut off during a whole day with 40 degrees celsius. Beds full of spiders. Food was very bad and expensive. Internet service is only available at the main house and it is annoyingly slow, not able to even use whatsapp.

Not good experience... Bad experience: - small houses (double beds), 1m2 wc, not linen at beds - bad food at restaurant and high price - breakfast with supermarket things. Bad quality and few options - lot of mosquitos - Trash of works close of the accommodation - few staff and not prepared for a good customer experience Very high price for quality of offer. I will not return for sure

O sitío é espectacular, com uma piscina maravilhosa e a casinha estava bem limpa e era acolhedora. O pequeno-almoço foi uma desilusão, apresentou muito pouca variedade e qualidade.

Não é baby friendly mas toda a família gostou
