Muito bom mesmo, experiência a repetir seguramente... mas estadia mais longa!

O silêncio impera numa quinta centenária, perfeita para uma pausa a dois. Acreditar que existem espaços magníficos onde cada canto surpreendente pelo seu detalho de bom gosto e ao mesmo tempo de uma simplicidade acolhedora. Atendimento descontraído e gastronomia sorbeba. Recomendo vivamente.

Paradise. Honestly, we came to see Evora but Imani ended up being the main event for us. We begrudgingly dragged ourselves to Evora to see the sites, but hated to leave our sun-soaked orange grove. Our three-year-old loved exploring the grounds and dipping her legs in the pool. The staff were incredibly caring and even gave our little one carrots to feed the donkeys. Our room was lovely and the food was delicious. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent, friendly, thoughtful & very helpful staff e.g. the one morning we woke up to rain and someone had kindly left an umbrella outside our front door.The restaurant & wine list was excellent and appropriately priced, but what really stood out was the off the menu vegetarian dishes they prepared.The best way to summarise our stay - each morning we felt 100% invigorated & refreshed to go explore - something a lot of hotels dont get right! A really top experience!!

We stayed here last minute whilst visiting various neolithic sites, the largest of which is very close to the hotel. We subsequently altered our plans and stayed another night to have more time to enjoy the hotel since it exceeded our expectations!The hotel as a country house has only 7 rooms, thus it is never overcrowded. There are 3 pools, the staff are friendly and very considerate of its guests. Its as close to a private villa as we have experienced, with the bonus of not needing to cook! The grounds are quite beautiful. Given the proximity to the cromlech circle we had two trips there, one at night when no one else was around, very enjoyable! Breakfast was good and ultimately we would return.

Wonderful country hotel. Once you have found it you don't want to leave it! Very nice rooms, personable service to the highest standards, friendliness and after all good food make this the place to be for everyone who likes understated luxury.

Had a lovely time at the Imani Country House. Staff was gracious and attentive, the place was lovely and well situated to visit Évora and Estremoz and the Alentejo wine region. Rooms are very spacious (there’s a separate sitting room and nice bedroom). Had a very tasty dinner the first night. There’s even a friendly cat that will climb on your lap and fall asleep. Highly recommended.

Beautiful estate, very well decorated. The rooms are big and comfortable. The area is remote and therefore ideal when looking for some quiet time. The service is impeccable and the staff put a lot of attention to detail. You really feel well taken care of. Great experience overall

A place in the middle of nowhere, perfect for a quiet getaway! Great for a romantic weekend. The tomato soup for dinner was delicious and the breakfast bar was full of great variety of fresh foods. Plenty to explore in the estate.

Spent 2 nights @ Imani Country house and was so pleasantly surprised by the well decorated and renovated rooms and common areas. This place is great for a romantic weekend outside the common touristic hotels. Very friendly staff as well. Great to see some quality country lodging happening in Portugal !

Instalações muito simpáticas. Zona exterior muito bonita. Várias opções de piscina. Fora da época alta pode parecer um pouco abandonado mas é ideal para um fim de semana de descanso.

Excelente para um fim de semana de descanso. Unidade longe de qualquer tipo de ruído e em harmonia com a natureza que a rodeia. Funcionárias muito simpáticas e atenciosas (Claudia e Kika - Obrigado) Quarto confortável com ar condicionado e salamandra, cama de qualidade assim como os travesseiros. A suite nº6 tem uma WC sem muita privacidade, fica mesmo no quarto com apenas uma parede a separar (Não nos incomodou pessoalmente mas para alguém que prefira mais privacidade talvez incomode) Pequeno almoço simples mas com variedade mais que aceitável. Iguarias de qualidade e variadas conforme ilustram as fotografias que anexo. Menu de jantar muito limitado, com preços elevados para o que é e sem retirar partido da gastronomia local que é riquíssima. Fomos sempre almoçar e jantar fora. Fomos no Inverno (Frio mas sem chuva) e não usamos as piscinas, mas acredito que durante o Verão seja igualmente um espaço muito acolhedor. Uma experiência a repetir para uma futura oportunidade de fugir para longe de tudo.

This place is very stylish and remodeled nicely, but function is sacrificed for style, unfortunately. There is no easy way to get luggage to your room with dirt, gravel, and very rough cobble stone paths; I had to carry 2 large suitcases on my back. Suite #6 has an open bathroom, with nothing to keep sounds or smells from the rest of the room. Not good if you want to preserve any modesty or privacy with your partner. The only other option is the bathroom in the dining room, which was buzzing with big horse flies. Breakfast was good, as is standard throughout Portugal, but the dinner menu was limited, the same every night, and did not seem to take advantage of all the local ingredients available. Also our steaks were overcooked. Staff is very friendly and the grounds are charming, and the peace and quiet are refreshing, but for the price you can do better elsewhere.

Um paraíso no Alentejo. Alojamento, refeições, pessoal, tudo muito bom.

This place is absolutely amazing. It is a bit out of the way from the city of Evora, so if youre looking to be close to the city, this isnt your place. That said, its within walking distance of neolithic ruins, and its such a beautiful property that youd be wasting your visit to leave it at all. The sprawling grounds are absolutely gorgeous to wander day or night -- a beautiful place to eat and drink and relax and stargaze. Great staff, too.

L'endroit est paradisiaque : isolé des routes et des villes, en plein champs, avec la nature à perte de vue tout autour, un établissement de grand charme, avec une déco superbe et un service irréprochable. L'un des plus beaux lieu de séjour que j'ai pu voir au Portugal.

We were looked after so well by the friendliest staff. From making us a meal when we arrived late to taking the time to help us with any questions about the area, best places to visit and teaching us Portuguese nothing was too much trouble for them. A beautiful quiet area with a pool and gorgeous views and orange trees. I highly recommend it.

Ficámos numa excelente suite, enorme, com uma casa de banho gigante. Tudo bem decorado e confortável com um único, grande, senão a impossibilidade de tomar duche sem alagar a casa de banho. Para o efeito há uma banheira no meio da divisão sem qualquer resguardo a toda a volta. Fazendo ginástica lá conseguimos o duche com um mínimo de chão molhado. É muito fotogénico mas nada funcional. O pequeno-almoço é bom sem deslumbrar. O restaurante pareceu-nos, da única vez que vimos a lista, demasiado caro para propostas tão pouco tentadoras. Todo o conjunto está agradavelmente decorado. A envolvente é deveras agradável e propicia o descanso e o pessoal é muito simpático.

The accommodations were very nice but we did not have a proper introduction to the eccentricities of the room. Additionally, we were without hot water for 2 nights. The staff readily corrected it in the mornings. My issue is that after an one evening without hot water, why did evening 2 persist or happen?

We greatly enjoyed our first stay at this property (and wont be our last) and we went out of our way and schedule to visit the Evora area. Pedro was a great host (along with the friendly staff) and we enjoyed exploring the property and history. Highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

This is wonderful place. The atention to detail in everything all around the property is impessive. Loved it. Great staff too.

General - This is a traditional farmhouse/stable converted to a hotel resort by excellent design efforts with wonderful results. There are warm and welcoming visual, aural and sensual touches everywhere in the resort. Treat yourself, book in !Direction - you will need to have a car to reach the hotel. After reaching Guadalupe, look for the sign of camping site (Portuguese: Parque c... ) , follow the sign will lead you to the Imani Country House.Convenience - about 10 minutes drive to Evora, 8 minutes drive to the monolith monument, 3 minutes drive to the nearest town Guadalupe where you could find a small restaurant and 2 Cafes. The hotel itself only serves dinner two nights a week, but you could always order satisfying snack from the kitchen any time.Things to do - we went there in November, hence did not use the 2 swimming pools. But we could enjoy the spacious environment, fire-place in the room, and do some star-gazing in the middle of the night, taking advantage of the dark surrounding. There is also a large orange orchard, not sure if the owner might let you pick a few of them.
