Very dissapointed about the way were treated after one of the co-workers made a mistake with the stuff we bought. We were in the shop for 2 - 3 hours spend a minimum of 600 euros paid for our stuff and fitted everything we bought. Arriving at the hotel really excited to show off, i tried my nike suit on and the pants would not fit. But i already tried it in the store so we did not knew what happened.. then we remembered that the lady at the register said that we could not have a xl top and a xxl bottom so she changed the suit!!! Now we had to go back to Villa do Conde from Sao felix hotel, take a cab back and forth ( € 30,00 extra for a suit from € 60,00) arriving the outlet again the ladies could not understand what happened than she noticed that the pants that SHE took for us was not from that suit !!Apperently the lady at the register at check out did not noticed this too.. the only thing she could offer me is a self mixed suit voor € 76,00 with 30% discount not even the same look a like of the one i already had.. the first lady who took the wrong pants came on a total from 53,20 (dont know how) but we did not agreed with that price because our taxi was 30,00 and we are leaving 12th flying 10:00 from porto. ..now we try to arrange a refund for our taxi ride a 50% refund on the suit but they wouldnt agree.. after alot of yelling and madness i said than just give it for the right price assuming the 53,20 what the other lady said ( again a mistake if you can count) now the manager is telling me to pay € 64,00 where i already lost € 30,00 because this stupid faults of their co-workers. Now i leave with no suit and €30,00 lighter .. we were so MAD AND DISSAPOINTED A REALLY BAD CLOSURE OF OUR VACATION KNOWING WE SPEND € 600,00 IN YOUR STORE !! MAKE SURE YOU CO-WORKERS KNOW THE PRODUCTS AND KNOW HOW TO SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH
