De motor die we gehuurd hebben werkte goed. De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel laat echter te wensen over.. Bij het retourneren van de motor hadden we een zeer onvriendelijke medewerker. Er was een tijd afgesproken waarop we de motor zouden retourneren en om die tijd stonden we voor de deur. De deur van het gebouwtje stond open dus waren we naar binnen gegaan. Er was alleen niemand aanwezig. Toen de medewerker er aan kwam werd ons verteld dat wij nooit naar binnen hadden mogen gaan... Een excuus voor het niet op de afgesroken tijd aanwezig zijn was wel op zijn plaats geweest. Ook even de vraag hoe de huur was bevallen of een bedankt konden er niet vanaf.

Service was really bad. Unfriendly staff. Not open when they say they are. Bike was good but I won’t recommend anyone hiring here!

DO NOT rent there! We never got our deposit back and we had paid EXTRA for returning outside working hours and that didn't work. They had promised us many times we got the money back, but never got it.

Electric bike hired for 1st time in my life. Owner was friendly. Experience was fun on clear open roads/motorway (which is hard to do in my city, London ). Would recommend for electric bike hire.

This place is awesome! They will literally rent you anything. That have everything from bicycles to cars (the guy even said he would rent you an airplane). Great service and the scooter we rented was in pretty good condition.

Nice staff, but bike (Yamaha MT-09 Tracer) was in horrible condition! Tyres worn out, made horrible noise from gearbox or clutch, rear brake was worn out and didn't do much good. Driving it was a pain, when I finally came to rhink of tyre pressure it measured to 1.1bar/2bar, should have been 2.5/2.9. Stay away! (after seeing Owner's reply): I did not return because I did not travel alone - returning would be a real downer. So it was all my mistake ? If he had a better bike - why give me the bad one ? Is it me hthat's supposed to check out bike quality or is this the shop's responsibility ? You saw the Owner's philosophy on this - other shops may see this differently.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia alquilando una Yamaha YS-125 con ellos. Aconsejo llamar el dia de devolver la moto, ya que a veces necesitan salir de la tienda y pueden ser flexibles con la hora.
