The instrument is great, but customer support is nonexistent and manuals do not cover all functionalities.

Fantastic Customer Support. After 6 years with the GPS unit, I recently broke my screen as my helmet crushed it during transit - UGH! Monica and Christina were fantastic through the process. Cristiano then helped me with creating an updated design layout and customized to my flying style. They also helped me understand a non-original charging cable will "slow charge and time out" before fully charging. Something I didn't realize on my own. Everyone was super friendly, and I appreciated the prompt service. I see no reason this unit wont last me at least another 6 years. Thank you e Obrigado!
