So wonderful! The tiles they sent me are even more beautiful than I had imagined. I am so excited to be able to give these as gifts to my family. From the moment I ordered these, the customer service was excellent. They kept me updated on when they started painting them, and when they were shipped. I was nervous about internationally shipping such fragile items, but they were very carefully wrapped in bubble packaging and there was really no way of breaking them. Not only are the tiles themselves sooooooo gorgeous, but I'm also delighted that they are preserving some of the beautiful history of Porto tiles. I visited Porto with my family this summer and was amazed at the detail and intricacy of all the tile work. It's heartening to see a group work to preserve these historical treasures. I cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a most fantastic experience painting our own azulejos tiles. The ladies who own this company are amazingly passionate about tiles, and also are building the only catalogue of azulejos in Portugal. Their methods are very easy to follow and they make it really fun. A fantastic experience and an excellent souvenir to take home for us in Australia.

What a wonderful experience. A real treat to be taught by two women who care so much about the preservation of one of the most beautiful aspects of this city - it's tiles. I came to this workshop with 4 friends on our final day of a long weekend in Porto. It was great to learn about the history of azulejos, and the work that Alba and Marisa are doing to keep this tradition alive. The activity was suitable for people of all artistic abilities, and we all had a lot of fun creating our own tiles! I would definitely recommend this workshop.

We signed up for the tile making class in Porto and we are sooo glad we did. The whole experience was amazing and fun. The 2 lovely ladies started by explaining a little about the history and importance of tiles in Porto and then spoke about their cause what they are doing and how doing those ateliers help finance their project. Really great idea what they are doing. We each got our own tile and stencils and we where able to pick up the finished tiles the next day which was perfect as we didn't stay long in Porto. Definetly worth it.

This was one of my best experiences in Porto! I cannot recommend Alba and Marisa enough! There were 14 of us in the class for my 30th Birthday and they provided such a great time as well as our own personalised souvenir! So good to have such a beautiful tile as a memory from Porto! Geweldig leuke ervaring om deel te nemen aan de workshop, waar je zelf je eigen tegels kunt maken. Ook de achtergrond en geschiedenis over de tegels is erg interessant. Je kunt er ook naartoe om alleen tegen te kopen.

This class with Alba & Marisa is a must do while in Porto! We got to learn a little bit about the history of the tiles in Portugal and paint our own. It was so much more meaningful than buying a few at the souvenir shop. They were able to mail our tiles to our next destination in Portugal (because it takes a few days to bake them) and we picked them up no problem. Communication was lovely throughout, a can't miss activity!

My mom and I took the tile making workshop and it was fantastic! Alba and Marisa were very friendly and informative. They are doing important work to catalog and preserve the amazing Azulejos in Porto. Highly recommend this class to learn about this unique Portuguese tradition and to create a unique souvenir to take home.
