Extremely disrespectful with a client who merely asked a question. I don't even know this woman but as someone who worked in retail management (higher end to be fair) I simple cannot ignore the attitude and behaviour. The question that triggered the owner was "how much for the 2 tops including postage". That triggered a torrent of rudeness and disgraceful responses by the owner... The client had queried on other items and at no stage, as proven by the images shared by the owner, did she say she didn't want the other ones. She merely asked a question. When others pointed out, on the owners own post criticising the client that she is on the wrong... her response was "I have 4 stores... must be my arrogance". That says it all really. Avoid as much as you can. I dread to think what would happen if there was an issue with the product or quality or whatever. Post covid-19 we all will be more careful with where we spend our money... mine and many others definitely won't be going anywhere near this place. Avoid.
