Una basura de lugar, piscina sucia y todo muy anticuado. No volveré

Slecht .Zuipende ,vloekende Engelse jeugd, zeiken en kotsen in de lift, en wij kregen een vieze kamer met 4bedden, terwijl er voor 6 pers.betaald was, maar we hadden een vreselijk lieve receptioniste die ons elders geplaatst heeft, en dat was een "paleis Cheerfulway Palmeiras da Santa Eulalia", dat was echt geweldig, ik boek nooit weer via de Vakantie Discounter.

Lovely budget fkat that need continuous updating with right investment this place will shine again I call it ...under construction and yes I liked my stay over for a day..u waa renting inland and this was a perfect place to wait a day and enjoy town and local night life ( avoid Irish pub centrally )

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in advise single mum's with kids not to go here checked into a dirty room had not been cleaned people kicking doors at 4am the morning felt so unsafe I had to move and pay for new hotel which was well nicer

Spent a week here last summer with our 14 year old son and 10 years old grand daughter. Very clean and lovely staff, the only downfall was we were woken up by youths every night as the bedrooms are on the front landing so you could hear everything going on during the night and found it very difficult to sleep with the noise.

Een en al janken. Savonds aangekomen en toen in een ontzettend vies appartement terecht gekomen. Hygiëne op matrassen en dekens was niet oke. Ook veel te weinig keukenfacaliteiten voor de hoeveelheid mensen waarmee we waren. Ook een slaapbank waar geen 2 personen op paste. Zo kunnen we nog wel even doorgaan (kapotte stoelen, kapotte stopcontacten, koude douche enz..). Als kers op de taart was het personeel totaal niet meelevend en hielp ons ook niet met opmerkingen!!!

Very nice staff ,cleaners do a great job , definitely in need of updating the pool it needs relining tiles breaking up and needs skimming daily, bar staff absolutely fabulous so friendly,pool bar food really good and fair price,sunbeds and padded cushion available with sunshades ,rooms are a good size, we were on top floor overlooked the abandoned water park ,so quite quiet,supermarket just a short walk good supplies available at a reasonable cost,short distance from the strip,and lots of good priced restaurants of all types, free shuttle available booked the day before at reception, reception do charge €1 euro to book a taxi through them,safes in room are digital which you choose your own code but are priced at €3 aday and when your paid for time is up it opens to end your account which is obtained from reception ,free WiFi is available in the reception areas but is slow and drops off regularly,paid WiFi is available but expensive .In all reasonable hotel no whistles and bells but good value for the cost. I would return again sometime and hope improvement in the pool area,

The best 4 days I've ever spent in Albufiera Algarve. Beautiful pool areas, rooms spotless. Mathew that worked in the bar was an absolute gentleman, thank you for everything! We will be back for 8 night's next July. Obrigado.

Great hotel, great value for money, Lovely friendly staff especially the lady who works at the bar you must go and visit her!! Pool area and pool bar was great too Room was lovely and spacious bed sheets changed daily- only negative was that towels Weren't changed ( you could ask at reception if desperate) close to a local supermarket and Irish put ( 5 minutes walking) close to the main resturant strip and also party strip (20 minute walk) beach was lovely too I would highly recommend!

Falta de manutenção em todo o quarto. Duches que não funcionam, banheira sem chuveiro, chão partido remendado com fita cola, portas estragadas, toalhas sujas, sofas sujos falta de limpeza.

Nem merece uma estrela. Apartamento mau cuidado. Móveis antigos e estragados. Chão remendado com fita cola. Casa de banho degradante. Sem limpeza, toalhas encardidas. Enfim... Péssimo lugar para estadia. O barato saiu caro!

Que vontade de chorar quando cheguei aqui tudo velho e sem manutenção tudo sujo e desarrumado para receber uma reserva feita com antecedência e vergonhoso as estruturas eu nao recomendo para ninguém água salgada nas torneiras do apartamento e disserao que e normal na região nunca mais volto A fadiga pára receber o dinheiro na recepção e tao grande que se a pessoa entrar e ver as condições de certeza que não fica .as 3 estrelas fugiram daqui a muito tempo ou nunca tiveram.

Brak suszarki w pokoju. Na początku nie mieliśmy także ręczników dopiero później doniesiono. Okolica raczej do chodzenia po barach i plażowania. Niby czysto ponieważ codziennie panie sprzątają ale niestety są karaluchy i to ogromne. Nie polecam. Poniżej zdjęcie basenu hotelowego chyba jedynie dobrze wyglądającego tam miejsca. WiFi działa bardzo słabo w samym pokoju najlepiej koło recepcji, tam bez żadnego problemu. Niestety nie mam zdjęć samego pokoju.

Muito fraco. Estive 4 dias, dois deles não tive agua quente. Apartamento velho, casas de banho muito velhas, mal limpo. A nunca mais voltar! 109 eur por noite em Agosto é um roubo para o que oferecem...

Gostei do espaço em si..mas um bocado antiquado,quarto sem cortinas..casa de banho mediocre..banheira miseravel..impossivel dormir com o barulho dos outros..o melhor é a piscina...

Really didn't like this place. When we turned up the receptionist wasn't very welcoming and made us wait to check us in, then when we opened the door to the apartment the smell was that bad I couldn't enter and when tried to change rooms they said they were full and to ask again the next day, so the next day we bleached the whole apartment floors which made it a lot better. The lights in the bedroom didn't work and there was no towels and when asked at reception we were told they would leave some in which they didn't and we asked again we were told to call back down in a while. There was no fans or aircon available so unbearable with the heatwave. We didn't manage to get some until we asked again that night. The place was full of young people there to party with bad taste in music so not for any light sleepers. Overall not very happy and I wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel nie najdroższy. Dużym plusem była dla mnie lokalizacja. Spora ilość młodzieży która lubi się zabawić. Więc jeśli liczysz na to żeby nocą poza balowaniem również się wyspać polecam pokój typu Studio który ma sypialnię od drugiej strony. W innym wypadku noc może być nie do końca przespana. Wyposażenie nie najgorsze, całkiem spory aneks kuchenny jednak jeśli chodzi o łazienki w pokojach to według mnie należy się generalny remont. No i niestety jako Hotelarz muszę stwierdzić iż serwis pokoju w moim przypadku nie był na najwyższym poziomie. Przez cały pobyt ręczniki musiałam odbierać w recepcji. Poza tym nie mam zastrzeżeń. Dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi nie polecam, dla kogoś kto chce się przez kilka dni zabawić , JAK NAJBARDZIEJ

Mimo wielu negatywnych wpisów, spoko hotel. Dostaliśmy dwuosobowy pokój w którym spokojnie zamieszkałaby piecioosobowa rodzina. W pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny. W 100% spełnił moje skromne wymagania. Hotel promuje się trzema gwiazdkami więc i ja daję mu trzy.

We had a lovely time here.. it was a little dated but the staff were amazing and friendly and went out of their way to help us if we needed it. Our apartment was on the top floor and was big enough for us and had what we needed, a place to sleep, wash and grab a cup of tea. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by.. it was very cheap so dont expect the ritz or 5 star, but we were very comfy here. We both said we would definitely stay here again. The pool wasnt huge but big enough and its not heated, but we only went there for a couple of hours on one day.. it was clean and the poolside staff were friendly and polite

Great staff which made trip better. Hotel tired looking but room spacious. Pool clean. Reception staff made this place especially Paula who gave me lots of helpful information and worked really hard to help me when I had a problem with my flights. She was friendly with all the residents and is an assett to the hotel.

Pésimo no hay limpieza tenía pagado desde el lunes hasta el domingo y hoy jueves nos hemos ido poca higiene

Would have been higher if it was for the staff alone. Alberto on the main reception was absolutely fantastic, made us laugh and feel welcome. The pool staff were great too, always had a smile and warm greeting. Currently still in the hotel until our transfer arrives at 4:20, currently no sleep with all the noise coming from several rooms of the same party. Nothing has been done, complained 3 times to reception and still nothing (not Alberto) We went out 3 nights ago and was told on the way in to be quiet, even though we weren't loud or drunk. Very disappointed, we even let a few things slide when we first got here, like the door not being useable by me (disabled), the fridge not closing and leaking everywhere. 2 local girls seem to be able to wander in off the streets and latch on to the guys from the UK, seemingly trying to scam them. We know they aren't part of the hotel because we saw them at a nearby house. Needs more security.

El apartamento estaba descuidado y sucio. Las sábanas con pelos, las puertas rotas, las paredes manchadas, los muebles en mal estado y la cocina, en fin. Lo primero que hice fue limpiar todo el menaje. Las ventanas estaban en mal estado y cualquiera desde fuera podía abrirlas. No dejé allí nada de valor. En fin, nada más entrar, se me vino el mundo abajo. Mi intención al contratar algo tan barato era porque íbamos a estar todo el día fuera, para tener un sitio donde dormir, y volver a salir al día siguiente. Pero, me hubiera gustado que hubiera estado en mejores condiciones. Ni el ascensor estaba limpio!!

A única coisa legal é o negro q atende na recepção, pq a recepcionista q fica pela manhã é mal educada. A piscina precisa de uma manutenção urgente. Devia estar interditada. Algumas luzes do ap não funciona, tampa da sanitário partido, sem fronhas nos travesseiros, sem toalhas, sem ar-condicionado... só vindo p ver hehehehe...

Tudo péssimo. Limpeza péssima, elevador avariou, apartamento mal cuidado, toalhas faltaram, e caríssimo para a qualidade e serviço apresentado.81€/noite

Detesto tudo! Apartamentos degradados, a casa de banho tem torneiras a correr água continuamente...uma lista infondavel de coisas horríveis. Não vão para estes apartamentos.

Do not stay here , rooms are terrible ,no air con one of the beds was a single mattress on the floor and I got stuck in the lift for hours and they didn’t do much to help

Para começar não havia wi-fi... não havia parque para estacionamento, nao havia transporte para a praia como disseram que iriam ter. Janela do quarto não abre e o quarto não tem cortina. Sofá que não dá para dormir pois é muito desconfortável. Nao mudaram os lençóis durante 1 semana e 1 dia que estivemos cá mesmo chamando a atenção. Chegamos e disseram que não havia toalhas e só nos deram no 3 dia depois de reclamar várias vezes. Elevador avariado.. tivemos que subir as escadas até o 4 andar. Piscina boa mas muito funda, para essa quantidade deveriam ter uma pessoa a vigiar. Bar muitíssimo caro e não podíamos levar garrafas para beber pois tinha que ser usufruído no bar obrigatoriamente. Detestei, não volto mais.

Local que nao deve ver manutençao ha anos. Portas avariadas. Candeeiros que nao funcionavam. Mesa e cadeiras de varanda encardidas. Chuveiros da piscina avariados. Piscina com pastilha saīda em diversos locais. Quando pedimos recibo com n de contribuinte disseram nao ser possivel uma vez que ja tinham emitido o recibo e que após isso ja nada podiam fazer uma vez que era fim de semana

Als wir in das Zimmer hinein kamen waren wir geschockt. Es hat muffig gestunken alles war dreckig die Wände bröckelten vor sich hin. Das Internet war eine Katastrophe. Wenn man vom Balkon nach unten schauten sah man Vodka-flaschen die irgendwelche Besoffene runtergeworfen hatten. Die Brause der Dusche war kaputt. Das Wasser aus der Leitung war salzig. Nicht mal ein Hund würde dort schlafen wollen. Die Preise sind viel zu hoch für das was sie bieten. Ich werde nie wieder dort hingehen.

Good place room was very tidy and clean. Great location near restaurants and if you r looking for some fun and drinks head to the famous strip about 15 walking time . Staff were really friendly especially the bar lady (mena) absolutely amazing person friendly always making sure we were having fun and making us laugh . So if u go to minichoro please make sure u visit the bar opens from 8 till late .top

1ST AND FOREMOST DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS. THIS IS JUST FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WHO NEED A CHEAP STAY. THE TAP WATER IM CONVINCED IS CONTAMINATED. IT LEGIT TASTES LIKE A, COMBO OF SOAP, SALT AND DUST I STRONGLY warn against it. This holiday was a surprise so i cant complain much to my spouse. However this hotel is trash. Somethings dont require huge funds. Cleaning one of them. The hotel is just dirty from the point you step in ths lifts there was this odd wet dry stain Ll over the buttons almost like someone tried to clean but failed. Our door had no light at the top which meant we tried to fiddle around in the dark. Then our door handle was massivly loose. Couldnt open after 4 or so tires.... Reception comes up... After another 5 tries guess what? "you just have to pull handle out before you go in!".... Yeah because that really worked for her right!! Inside the house its basic (which im not fussesd... I expected that) everything is outdated. They could do way better with bedding. They thin sheet duvets which resemble more of a bedspread. Then they have small wooly blankets which are just terrible they smell like someone else used them 4mins prior to our arrival. Numerous electrical faults within the home not to mention a, blinking bedside lamp. Nasty dirty stuff(as seen in picture) in the bathroom. Wi-fi doesnt work either. Im writing this after only 4 hours in...

Nos ha parecido estupendo en todos los aspectos: tranquilidad, los apartamentos están bien a pesar de ser antiguos, la piscina estupenda, limpieza diaria... En resumen , nosotros salíamos temprano diariamente a disfrutar del entorno y volvíamos por lantarde noche. Un rarito de piscina, cena y a descansar. Precio estupendo. No es hotel de lujo, que lógicamente cuesta 10 veces más. Lo recomiendo para el que no tenga exigencias de megalujos.

Sehr laut durch betrunkenen Engländer,die keine Ruhe Zeiten respektierten, Nachts um 4- 5 Uhr morges wird auf die Türe geklopft und Party gefeiert im Zimmer.Zimmer sind groß genug für 4 Personen aber Räumlichkeiten Renovierungsbedürftig. Wenn mehr als 2 Erwachsenen im Zimmer sind 2 schlafen auf dem hilfs Betten bzw. Bodenmatte und kleine Sofa die für Größe Erwachsenen lächerlich sind. Trotz allen Pannen Strom Ausfall, Toilettentür ging nicht zu, Wasserkocher undicht, fehlenden Besteck und Geschirr für 4 angemeldeten Personen, keine Bettwäsche gewechselt nicht hilfsbetten, Handtücher nur auf Anforderungen gewechselt,so wie felende Toiletten papier sind einiges was wir im 10 Tagen erlebt haben trotz dem Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.Eigentlich Ruhiger Umgebung, gute Verbindungsmöglichkeiten , Restaurants und Bars in 10-15 Minuten zur Fuß erreichbar. Großes schwimbecken mit Liegestühlen plus Sonnenschirm , die man Kostenlos benutzen kann.

Embora a limpeza estivesse muito boa notava-se falta de manutenção as instalações já muito antigas mas pelo preço e em junho não se encontrava melhor pelo mesmo preço havia falta de manutenção elétrica pois as luzes da sala não funcionavam e o candeeiro da mesa cabeceira também não e uma tomada da cozinha estava a cair e com os contactos á mostra pequenas coisas que podiam melhorar e iria fazer toda a diferença..

Our room was clean, kitchenette was well equipped, giant pool with full cafe menu was terrific and the balcony was good without scenic views. We'd stay there again. Internet was slow and cost extra but we got by just fine!

Não presta para nada os quartos estão danificados as portas não fecham tem os equipamentos a dar problemas ficamos sem água quente para o duche os móveis são velhos e o staff não são eficazes demoraram 2horas para me darem 2 cobertores e mesmo assim tive de ir buscar diz ter fogão e nada não trab... Ps: não tem condições para ter lá ninguém tomem cuidado

Poważne zastrzeżenia do czystości. Tam było brudno! Recepcja kseruje dowody osobiste (nie wolno tego robić!). Okna nie można zamknąć, każdy może wejść do pokoju przez okno i okraść... Radzę omijać ten hotel szerokim łukiem.

Serviço de limpeza miserável, apesar de várias queixas na recepção. Piscina dos miudos suja com lixo. Aspecto com um hotel de fim em vida.

Horrível! O pior hotel que estive até hoje! O hotel tinha baratas, não faziam a devida limpeza dos quartos e não mudavam as toalhas, a água de todo o hotel é salgada, não faziam a limpeza da água da piscina e ela tinha lixo, os lençóis das camas são postos no chão, entre outras coisas.

We had a lovely time during our stay . Staff were very friendly and we could not get over how clean our apartment was everyday we had clean sheets , and towels , and all of our apartment was cleaned , and all the staff were so helpful and friendly , the pool was clean and the pool bar was clean and very helpful . We are home safe and are all ready looking forward to going back again ,

Hotel muy triste. Las ventanas no se cierran bien, y por eso te pueden robar facilmente. Internet cuesta €5/dia y es super lento 1Mb/s! Cocina de los años 80.

Very bad staff would not recomend We got scammed and they would not return our deposit without a reason. The pool had very toxic liquids in it.

Bedroom is fine bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned even though I waited 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned. All taps were very old, and the bathroom sink clearly hadn't been cleaned. Only stay if you don't care about where you clean yourself. Only reason it's not 1 star is that the bedroom was fine.

We booked an apartment . The best part was open swimming pool that we enjoyed in hot summer however apartment was not well decorated compared with its price and location and view was not so fantastic.

No lo recomiendo si lo que se quiere es pasar un par de días tranquilos y en las mejores condiciones. Una semana y ni un día no vinieron a hacer la limpieza ni cambiar las sábanas.

El peor de los sitios, no lo recomiendo nada. Estuvimos 5 dias y aprovecharon la ultima para robarnos en el hotel. Un hotel que se supone que tiene seguridad y que la llave la tiene el conserje.
