El sitio es excelente, a 5 minutos de la playa y a 5 minutos del jaleo. Si eres joven y buscas un sitio cerca de la playa y de la fiesta, es este. Todas las comodidades. No le doy 5 estrellas porque nos pidieron 100 euros de fianza a cada uno (éramos 4) lo cual me parece un abuso y encima sin aviso previo. Nos la devolvieron sin problema. A nosotros nos tocó un bajo además así que pocas vistas al mar tuvimos. Suele ser frecuentado por guiris borrachos. En la piscina ni me bañé porque teniendo la playa a tiro de piedra era tontería pegarse un baño entre pis de guiri.

We stayed here for one month in February the price was very low, the apartment had everything we could possibly need, it was a one minute walk to the beautiful beach, the staff were all lovley and very professional from reception to cleaners to bar staff and cook, we would definitely recommend that you have a holiday here, the pool is good, the area is quiet with a supermarket over the road, continue walking two minutes and your on the strip for nightlife and restraunts, this us a good place fir families or couples and for groups, we will definitely come back with family, the sea view from the balcony are amazing ❤️ x

The hotel need to be more clear when selling rooms on other websites and specify the deposit that is expected. We checked in and were charged 75E per person which exceeded the total cost of the room for three nights. It made us feel uneasy that at first they insisted that this deposit must be paid in cash. It was not until we insisted that we only had card as we had not bought extra cash to cover this that the manager agreed. We all felt concerned as though there was something underhand with insisting on paying in cash. Upon checkout not all rooms were checked as throughly as others as they stated they would do at check in.The hotel was great for the cost, it is so central and close to both the beach and the strip. Rooms were clean and had everything that you needed. Its a real shame that this deposit situation meant our stay started negatively.

Lovely apartment, with amazing sea view balcony. Close to beach and the strip. Staff are friendly.
More importantly, our transfer back to Faro airport never arrived, after a lot of back and forth with easyJet we are now waiting for the 8pm flight. We have been at the hotel for 10 hours now waiting for a pickup and considering we have been checked out and aren’t customers, they have been more than happy to accommodate us and let us use their facilities while we wait. They have provided sandwiches and let us use the pool area/toilets etc. When they really didn’t have to as they have no obligation to do so.
Really happy overall with how they have treated us.

This facility has three main things going for it (very close to great beach; very close to the Strip for restaurants and clubs; close to food markets) all within a few minutes of walking. If the apartments had a washer, and an oven it would make long term stays more comfortable. The apartment has a safe but the cost is an extra 5euro a day.

The apartments are located a mere 2 minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean and are also very close to many restaurants, shops and bars. My apartment was very comfortable and quiet with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The apartment was kept very clean during my lengthy stay. The staff are effective and helpful. The apartments are excellent value and are highly recommended.

Slight issue with first studio apartment when we arrived but were moved with no issues. Noisy crowd next door but night staff sorted the issue out. Staff couldn't have been more helpful 5⭐. This is 2nd visit, ideal location, will certainly be back. Excellent value.

Appartement basique, très traditionnel et pas très moderne. Mais amplement suffisant, cuisine équipée, tv, climatisation. Le TOP : la balcon avec vue sur la mer, où l’on peut admirer le coucher du soleil. La localisation est parfaite : 2 min a pieds de la plage et de ses restaurants vue mer, et 5 min de The Strip, pour les bars et restaurants.

I WILL be back here.
We were literally half a minuets walk from the beach and shops were on our doorstep.
The apartment was immaculate inside and we picked one with a cute balcony too.
It was truely a home away from home. Reception were helpful, they guy made sure we knew everything before heading into our apartment and he even called us on our last morning to prepare us for our transfer arrival. I will be back here because the staff are so friendly and we here a stones throw away from a beautiful beach pics I got were our view from the balcony and the beach located down the hill ❤️

Lemplacement est parfait, la résidence est très calme -mois de février- le personnel est très aimable et efficace. Ce qui ne va pas cest léquipement de la cuisine pas un couteau qui coupe pas dégouttoir à pates ni de verre à vin. La WIFI est hiératique

Cela va faire presqu'un mois que nous sejournons dans votre hôtel et nous n'avons rien à reprocher le personnel très accueillant autant à l'accueil que le personnel de ménage le linge de salle de bain et changé t
ous les trois jours et les draps toutes les semaines quand aux personnes qui se plaignent du bruit nous n'avons rien à dire sur il y a des personnes qui n'ont pas de respect pour les autres. Nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine et de plus chez vous

Stayed in room 33 paid for Seaview but unless your a giraffe then you can't see it.. Complained but was told no available rooms but lots of boxes and keys on display no apologies

Good location, comfy beds and friendly staff. Was odd that we had to buy our own sponge and dishwashing liquid to do dishes with though. The place was a little dirty too the floor needed a good clean.

Stayed here for short break and really liked the apartment. Clean, well laid out and ideal for a couple looking for a no frills break. Staff very plesent and friendly, rooms cleaned daily and pool lovely. 2 minutes walk to fabulous beach and restaurants. If you into nite life the Strip just up road with lots bars, clubs etc. Apartment are children friendly. Definitely will be back again - really enjoyed stay and definitely recommend.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden,wir hatten ein Studio mit Meeblick , sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Da wir ab und zu selber gekocht haben, hätte ich mir etwas größere Töpfe gewünscht aber wir haben dann halt für 500gr Nudeln zwei kleine Töpfe genommen ...
Was mir nicht so gefallen hat, dass während der Frühstückszeit geputzt wurde, dass könnte man ändern....
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder!!!!!!

Hôtel Très calme, très propre, literie confortable, et très bien situé.
Quelques petits détails à revoir mais dans l’ensemble le rapport qualité/prix est super.
Nous y sommes encore, on est ravis.

On arrival, the hotel had unfortunately had some problems with the room we were supposed to stay in. We were given no option but to check in to a hotel round the corner (it was dirty and had ants everywhere) this meant that we had to check out the next morning and wait again for our room to become available. Other than the 1 hour wait at reception to get this sorted on arrival, when we did get checked in to the correct hotel the following day, the room was clean. We were upgraded to a sea view apartment and offered breakfast.

Franchement je ne pouvais pas m'attendre à mieux, j'y suis toujours et j'ai passé une bonne semaine, les appartements sont supers jolies, spacieux et très bien équipé, la cuisine est bien équipée (sauf les couteaux qui ne coupe rien ) sinon la vaisselle est impeccable j'ai été très impressionnée par la propriété de l'appart, pour la télé il y a seulement deux chaînes françaises mais on va pas en vacances pour regarder la télé .
J'ai été attribué à l'appartement du rez de chaussée, la vue n'est pas super super mais je ne passe pas mes journées sur la terrasse donc ce n'était pas un problème, le seul bruit qui me "dérangeait " était le bruit des climatiseurs des voisins c'est tout, sinon je dormais comme un bébé, la proximité de la plage on ne peut vraiment pas faire mieux, même la proximité de la ville était très bien, y avait même un Intermarché pas cher du tout à 10 min à pieds. La ville est super animée la nuit, beaucoup de resto hyper varié. Le personnel était super gentil et efficace.
les points positifs: La propreté et l'emplacement.
Les points "négatifs": Pas d'éponge pour la vaisselle, pas de tapis de bain et le bruit

Durante uma semana apenas houve troca de toalhas de banho e feita de camas a meio da mesma. Nem uma simples limpeza do chão ou troca de lençóis. Tirando isso tem boas instalações, muito perto de tudo e sem barulho durante a noite apesar da proximidade dos bares.

Schöne Ausstattung, aber leider wird das Potenzial nicht ausgenutzt (2 einzelne Metallgestelle als Bett, die auseinanderrutschen, fehlende Utensilien zum Putzen, etc.)
Zimmerservice nur alle 3 Tage und dann nur auf Nachfrage (hier wurde oberflächlich geputzt, der Boden war auch danach voller Sand)
Frühstück eher spärlich / wird zwischen 8 und 10:30 Uhr angeboten. Sowohl um 08:10 als auch 10:30 war kaum etwas am "Buffet"

Principal défaut : le bruit !
Les murs sont si fins que l'on pourrait discuter avec les voisins. Les autres résidents souvent jeunes sont irrespectueux et l'hôtel ne fait pas grand chose pour ça... En deux jours à peine un groupe de jeunes est venu à 3 reprises sonner à notre porte avant de partir en courant et ce au beau milieu de la nuit.
Le parking est petit et assez cher (14€/jour).
En revanche la vue est superbe, l'hôtel est bien placé et les appartements sont très jolis et confortables.
Pour conclure, peut convenir à un groupe d'amis qui ne cherche pas de repos ni de calme.
Edit: le compte de l'hôtel répond donc que quelqu'un s'occupe de surveiller la nuit pour intervenir en cas de dérangement (ex trop de bruit ou voisin ivre qui vous insulte quand on lui demande de se taire), cependant c'est totalement faux il n'y a personne qui surveille quoi que ce soit. De plus après 10 jours dans l'appartement nous sommes obligées de demander que le ménage soit fait (censé être fait tous les 3 jours) car seuls les draps sont changés mais le sol ou la douche ne sont pas nettoyés (pas même un coup de balais). La piscine est également beaucoup plus petite que ce que l'on peut croire en photo, avec évidemment des groupes qui viennent avec enceintes, ballons, bouées, etc. Il nous reste 4 jours ici je m'attends encore au pire car plus le séjour avance plus nous avons de mauvaises surprises. Je déconseille vivement les appartements Soldoiro qui ne méritent pas leur 3 étoiles, l'hôtel ne propose que très peu de services et lorsqu'ils sont proposés ils ne sont parfois pas mis en place.
Notre logement nous a gâché notre séjour à albufeira c'est vraiment dommage. À éviter.

I found these to be wonderful apartments. Very clean and the kitchen had everything you could want. Staff at reception were more than helpful with great English. Great location both to the beach a 2 minute walk to the bottom of the street and also to the many shops and restaurants another few minutes walk to the top of the street. I would definelty return.

The place was very clean and we had a lovely view of the water. It has air conditioning as well, which is nice because some countries do not use it much. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartments fall short of what to expect from an apartment in this area. Lacked cleaning utensils. Also, the pool was a little too small and crowded for it's size.
However, staff is very kind and helpful and you have internet and cable TV in your room plus the location is 10/10, beach is down the street, the bars are up the street and you have 3 markets in a 400-500meter radius. Overall, I'd say Soldoiro is an okay apartment complex that makes your Algarve/Albufeira/Oura experience slightly more enjoyable.

Sao simpáticas, limpo mas fiquei desiludida porque o Wi-Fi gratuito é apenas na entrada... Com cozinha devia ter artigos que desse pra podermos limpar e manter cozinha limpa. Mas gostei.

Cerca de la playa y de la zona de salir. La recepción es lenta. Personalmente me tocó una cama con los muelles salidos y dormí muy mal todas las noches, pero iba con más gente que no tuvo problema con eso. No está sucio aunque dé sensación.

What an awful staff. We were there two weeks ago and put in a deposit of €300. The night we were leaving we heard that they would keep €150 because of a chair that was already broken and because of noise complaints. We couldn’t do anything about it and the guy behind the counter didn’t want to ring any one. What a horrible way to treat your customers. I will never go back again.

Inget av de svar som presenteras är sanning. Aldrig nekat någon tillgång till rummet, men personalen pratade enbart pourtugisisk som kom till rummet!!! När väl reparatören var där, lämnade han dörren olåst efter sig. Jag ombads packa mina väskor, infinna mig i receptionen, så fick jag se om det fanns ett rum ledigt som skulle passa.Jag har inte betalt för att stå i receptionen o vänta på ett ev. Rum!!!!
Dessutom skrek personen i receptionen åt mig. Aldrig blivit bemött på liknande sätt tidigare på något hotell eller i något annat land!
Jag erbjöd mig dessutom att betala extra för ev. Städning som det ev. Bytet av rum skulle förorsaka.

Super Résidence à 100 m de la mer, choisir les appartements avec vue sur la mer. C'est splendide plein sud, trés ensoleillé. Simple mais suffisant si vous voulez profiter des ballades à pied. On peut tout faire à pied !!! Trop genial. Bar piscine parking facile. Très bien rapport qualité prix. Je reviendrai. En hiver c'est trés calme.

Top Lage und Zimmer mit super Meerblick. Ausreichend Parkplätze in der Nähe und kurzer Weg zum Strand.
Aber:
Beim ersten Appartement war das Schloss der Eingangstür defekt. Beim Zweiten hatte eine der beiden Klimaanlagen den Geist aufgegeben. Wegen der tollen Aussicht haben wir es trotzdem genommen. Leider konnte man an einigen Tagen den Balkon nicht nutzen, da der Qualm des offenen Kamins aus dem Foyer direkt in die Zimmer wehte. Das Frühstück war für Gäste die absolut anspruchslos sind. Es geht nicht an, das zum Teil angefaultes Obst den Gästen hingestellt wird. Der Höhepunkt waren dann die drei letzten Tage im alten Jahr. In den Appartements unter uns ist eine Horde junger Leute eingezogen und feierte rund um die Uhr lautstark mit Musik , Geschrei und immer wieder Möbel rücken eine Party. Laut Rezeption sei dies um Silvester normal und man könnte nichts unternehmen. Der Berühmte Strip von Albufeira in der Nähe und die dazugehörigen Lokale ist etwas für ein Publikum, dem man eigentlich im Uraub nicht begegnen will. Leider kann ich das Solidorio nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nous sommes demeurés précédemment au même hôtel plus tôt. Cétait bien malgré le plancher sale. Encore le même problème de plancher sale à larrivée. Aussi, pas de tire--bouchon, ni de bol à salade, ni de support sèche -linge, ce que nous avions eu la fois précédente. Nous avons signalé le tout a la réception, mais rien na été fait. Heureusement, nous pouvions emprunter le tire-bouchon du bar pour 2 minutes, le trmps douvrir notre bouteille. Heureusement, ce nétait pas cher, alors un bon rapport qualité-prix tout de même. En passant, Expedia aurait intérêt a menvoyer une demande dévaluation en français, car je vais me tanner...Ça fait quelques fois....

Great location, affordable price, only one person in the counter doing everything including restaurant. The mattress was not good, already sagging and the room smelled smoke, the hotel employee offer to spray, but it does not help much with the smell. Suggest apt to increase price a little bit to provide more comfortable bed, fresh sheets and get rid off the smell.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Great sea view but to get this the apartments are positioned right in the middle of a very steep hill not recommended for anyone with mobility problems.
Very close to beach and the strip where you can find lots of bars and restaurants which I think would be very busy in season as we found it busy and we were there 03/11/19 for 1 week.

All staff friendly polite and helpful.Speedy assistance in replacing goods and replenishing toilet roll & soap.Maid service every 3 days eg clean towels wash floors/clean toilet and worksurfaces which is efficient as your self catering.Pool area clean and foam mats for comfort on loungers when sunbathing.Positioned 2 mins downhill from beach which has disabled and pushchair access onto beach and 5 min walk uphill and your on the strip. The apartments are all individuality accessed from outside so there can be many steps as built on the hill.

Amazing place to stay! The staff are lovely and friendly. The place is clean cant fault it in anyway. If i return to Portugal ill defo be staying here again!

The property is within a minutes walk of the beach and 5 mins to restaurants and bars. I was really pleasantly surprised with the soldoiro as i had read some negative reviews but when i arrived my first impression was great and it did not change. The studios while small fulfils your needs, i had one looking at the sea from my balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful in particular Rute and Beatrice who did all they could to help in any way. I had read that it was quite noise but again i did not have this problem perhaps in high season but as its not on the main strip i dont think so. And there was a stag party staying during my visit and i heard no noise from them. My brother and his wife were also there during my stay and they too would have only positives to say.

Booked a studio apartment with a sea view and it was lovely . A room that catered for all our needs , it was spotless , and really cosy . The ladies that came to clean our room were really lovely and the hotel receptionists went above and beyond especially when we lost our boarding passes . It was quiet and we only heard people when we opened our door to the balcony . This place is a great hotel near to everything but not too close to the lively strip , right near the beach , supermarkets , its great !

Such a lovely place to stay. Very clean rooms and very modern. It has an outdoor pool which is very deep and also plenty of sunbeds. There is also a bar which is very cheap serving all drinks and light snacks. I would defiantly recommend only thing I would doubt is the air conditioning. It is not great and is a must especially with the heat at night. Other than that it is in a lovely location 2 minutes away from the beach and a minute away from the main strip with plenty of restaurants and bars.

Lovely apartments very up to date and well kept, Pool is fabulous for mid-day tanning and bar is very well priced (pints only 2.50 ) not as bad as most places for sun beds enough for everyone but do bring your own umbrella. Plenty of bars to choose from only two mins up the hill to the strip (very quiet at night surprisingly). Only a 2 min walk from the beach. Staff are very friendly and just a heads up to have passports ready if checking in (or some form of ID for all guest staying). Only Con would be the air conditioning is that it could do with an upgrade as its badly needed as most nights heats can be 24-26°C and shower is small other than that it's an Ideal for any family or couple visitors.

Spent 2 nights here on my Stag Do along with 14 other friends/family. Staff were stern but attentive at check-in, I was dressed as Freddy Mercury (I Want To Break Free) and they never batted an eyelid. It was obvious they frequent similar clientele.
We were told we had to pay a €75 (per person) deposit to get our keys and complete check-in. This unsurprisingly went down like a lead balloon with the rest of the party, and with some struggling to string a sentence together, it took a little while to sort out. In the end half was paid cash and the other half on multiple card transactions.
We got 1 key per room (€5 for an extra key) and went to navigate the complex, which at the time seemed like a bit of a cryptic maze, with signs that referenced room numbers in a totally different format to our own (D1).
The room was basic but clean and had everything you needed, including a mop in the corner of the room. This was quite a reassuring addition, knowing that I had the tools required to save my deposit should I have any uncontrollable alcohol related explosions. The shower took me by surprise a little bit and nearly took my eyebrows off with the power. This was definitely a positive though after being presented with something resembling a pensioner’s dribble in the past at similar hotels. The best thing about the room though was undoubtedly the air conditioning, wow, best I’ve ever come across (including some 5* establishments), lovely and chilled.
We made our way back to the hotel lobby to meet the rest of the stag party where it quickly became apparent that there was some commotion going on with the hotel manager and our group. I overheard him asking for room numbers and my heart dropped as the group €1,125 deposit flashed before my eyes. Turns out there had been a slight altercation with two of the group members with one getting pushed into the patio door of the pool area. This in turn was shattered to the point it looked like a millennial's iPhone screen. The next day we were told the cost would be €300 for the window which I thought was quite reasonable.
Noticed a few bad reviews about noise through the night but never noticed anything myself. Although this may have had something to do with me sleeping like I was in a coma, after the vast cocktail of alcohol consumed and being smashed over the head with shovels and a fire extinguisher in Legends Bar.
All in all very good hotel, and excellent location for the beach and the strip. Strip 2 minutes up the road, beach 2 mins down the road. Beach is nice with a good selection of restaurants and a few shops. Be a little wary of the beach with stag dos about. I was ‘kegged’ at one point, and after spending the previous 30 minutes in the chilly Atlantic Ocean, half the beach was presented with what probably looked like two prunes and a shrimp entangled in a forest of seaweed. Not ideal with children around. We noticed a Portuguese Sea eel lurking dormant in the sand at one point as well. Nice beach though, with water sports available (providing you’re sober), and you may see pirate Captain Seaweed Johnson if you’re lucky.
Would recommend the hotel for stags, hens, young couples and friends. Probably better options if you’ve a young family.

Unfriendly staff, room service every second day. It is dirty! Just clean my room!
The breakfast is horrible! The quality is stunning worse. Just a few things to choose. The cheese and sausages are like that one you can buy for 0,2€ from the supermarket in a plastic package. Canned fruit. Usually I wouldn't eat that! And every every every day the same. If you are coming at 0900 the buffet is empty. The staff needs 15 minutes to bring some new food.
After the second day I bought something in the supermarket to eat at the room. Today I bought a good meat at the supermarket which I have eaten inside the breakfast room.
The chairs are wobbling.
No possibility to lock the door at the man toilet in the lobby. No toilet paper.
No telephone book available. I just got the answer, I should search in the internet. Yea, I would not ask if the number of europcar is available at the internet.
Sometimes I think they have not cleaned the floor and tables in the apartment.
The sand is still here from my first day at the beach. I am leaving tomorrow.
No parking space, just three places you have to pay for.
Pool deckchairs from the former century.
The pool party ends at 21-2200. In my opinion, it should start at this time.
Only good thing: near to beach and a great view from the terrace.
And all of that for a price you can get a super all inclusive adults only hotel at Tenerife, Bulgaria, Mallorca...

Reception staff was really friendly although bar staff had always a “bored face” on. Mini breakfast could’ve been better. Rooms should have a full body mirror. Unfortunately our neighbors were too noisy, perhaps they were stag.

The environment was more focused to the party crowd than family crowd. It was overall a very loud hotel with very little customer service. The complementary breakfast was horrible. Fruit items were spoiled. Pastries were very few and nothing was ever filled up for the clients.

Le daría cuatro estrellas si no fuese por el ambiente fiestero y demasiado juvenil de la zona. Algunas noches los huéspedes montan jaleo. Pero en general es agradable y está muy bien situado, cerquita de la playa. Un poco más de detalle en el servicio y en el cuidado de los apartamentos y serían estupendos. Deberian renovar los colchones.

Read reviews on this hotel prior to going and was a bit dubious.
Went over there with a group of 20 other blokes for a stag weekend and thought this hotel would suit that kind of party.
So wasn't expecting luxury.
Our room was basic, two beds in bedroom, L shaped concrete sofa served as other two beds.
Small kitchenette was ok.
Great sea view from our balcony.
Bathroom, unfortunately the shower cubicle had one of it's sliding doors missing?? We informed reception straight away. Their response was " well where is it" ♀️.
We said we didn't know as we'd just got in there, but we would keep an eye out.
There were no other rooms to swap to as the hotel was full.
They promised to get it sorted straight away and failed miserably, it want replaced during the four days we were there.
This lead to flooding the bathroom when we had a shower.
They did accede to our request of extra towels to put down on the floor and did change them for us although we had to ask.
Positives:
Rooms ok.
Seaviews off some balconies.
Does have a pool but it is a bit enclosed.
Quieter bars,Small well stocked supermarket
places to eat breakfast and lunch
2 minutes away down the hill.
Less than 10 minutes walk up to the main party strip.
So, if you're going on a stag/ hen do or just on the lash then it will suit the book as that seemed to be the main clientele.
That said. I didn't see or hear any rowdy behaviour at the hotel.
Just people up and about at all times of the night.

Da waren viel gruppen junge engländer die das ganze verwüstet haben, auch fast alle Gast wurden gestört 4 uhr nachts, die türen von zimmer wurden von denen getreten so waren meine 10 nächte in Soldoido albufeira!
Meine freundin hatte sehr angst!

ATTENCION!! ATTENCION!!
Gebucht haben wir das 4-Bettenzimmer mit Meeresblick und Balkon im 1 OG. Für einen 5 tätigen Aufenthalt. Zentral zum Strand und sehr gut gelegen für Partyhungrige. Der Urlaub nahm leider eine böse Wendung am 4. Tag. Nachdem wir wie jeden Tag mit offenem Balkon einschliefen , mussten wir am nächsten Morgen geschockt feststellen, dass sich jemand während wir schliefen Zugang in unser Apartment verschaffte. Beute waren handys, Bargeld, Ausweise und zu unserem erschrecken auch unser gemietetes Fahrzeug. Wir waren undzwar an vielen Orten auf der Welt ( Thailand, Mexico , Indien, Spanien usw.... haben aber so etwas nie erlebt , dass während wir im Zimmer schlafen , jemand sich reintraut und Sachen, die in unmittelbarer Nähe, um uns drum herum liegen, einsteckt und sich verzieht. Aufjedenfall ein Horror Vorstellung.
Was wir dem Apartment anmerken bzw. anschuldigen würden, ist dass sie uns beim Check in überhaupt nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben , denn im Nachhinein haben wir erfahren, dass solche Vorfälle schon öfters bei denen vorgekommen seien. Ansonsten fanden wir es ziemlich traurig, als das passiert ist , dass weder die Personal noch die Managerin sich dafür interessiert bzw. Gekümmert haben, was deren Gästen zugestoßen ist. Als wenn so etwas ganz alltäglich und normal wäre.

Wij zaten op de bagage grond. Kamer stonk naar riolering en er zaten kakkerlakken. Toen we bij de receptie over de kakkerlakken klaagden gaven ze ons een spuitbus en moesten we het verder oplossen. Geen goede service dus.

Appartement loué par Carrefour voyages. nous ne nous sommes pas mis sur le site, il est vrai .... Aussi, nous avons été surpris de prime abord car nous ne nous attendions pas à un studio, nous pensions avoir une chambre ...d'hôtel....
Une fois installés, et les alentours découverts, cette location est idéalement placée à 1 mn de la plage et près des endroits où ça bouge !
Le personnel est charmant et toujours à l'écoute, même sans forcément parler français, les gens font toujours l'effort de vous être agréable. Le ménage est fait tous les trois jours, et force est de constater que les portugais sont d'une propreté infaillible.
Attention toutefois, nous y étions hors période ... Donc calme, en période scolaire, je pense que ce doit être très bruyant car ce coin est très anglais, qui viennent faire la fête et souvent ça déborde.
Très bien pour petit budget !

Nie wieder. Das war kein Urlaub.
Erst ein Zimmer, das aussah und roch, als seien die Handwerker erst eine Stunde zuvor gegangen(unsauber, roch stark nach Farbe).Abends kein warmes Wasser, Küche nur mangelhaft eingerichtet (keine scharfen Messer etc).
Strom fiel mehrmals aus, am Ende komplett, so dass wir erst dann!!! (Nach 3maligem Beschweren) ein neues Zimmer bekamen.
Die Empfangskraft war überaus unfreundlich zu uns, so behandelt man keine Gäste. Entschuldigung oder Hilfe Fehlanzeige,eher im Gegenteil hat man uns dumm da stehen lassen und freche Antworten bekommen.
Im neuen Zimmer stark durchgelegene Matratzen, sodass ich keine Nacht durchschlafen kann und mit Kopfschmerzen und LWS Schmerzen aufstehe.
Wir waren zum dritten und letztem Mal hier. Davor (vor der Renovierung) war es zwar etwas herunter gekommen äußerlich, doch ein gewisser niedriger Standart, mit dem man leben konnte, gewährleistet.
Ich bin froh, wenn ich aus diesem Loch heraus komme.

If you are looking basic , value for money, swimming pool, close to beach, cleaners every 3 days, friendly helpful reception, would recommend. Great power shower & hairdryer. 2 supermarkets across road. We had a lovely sea view balcony and were accommodated first floor as the complex has no lifts.

There was hair all over the cooking pots hair on the sofa hair on the coffee table. They told me it was a sea view i hardly could see the sea it was coverd by the building in front. They didnt refund my deposit as i lost my card while i was there. So they said they can only refund it to that card so they kept my 100€ aswel. Never again

If you are looking self catering close to beach you got it. Basic apartment ,clean with air conditioning ,hair drier and great power shower. Cleaners in twice during our 7 nights stay. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful.
The only thing I would say as a negative was that the bed was very narrow- but clean fresh bedding.

A única coisa positiva é mesmo a localização perto de tudo e com uma vista fantastica. Mas a falta de limpeza é imperdoavel, chegar ao apartamento e sentir o pó e a areia por baixo dos pés não se admite num hotel que diz ser 3 estrelas, as almofadas todas sujas!!! Já para não falar do estacionamento, liguei e mandei um email a pedir um lugar ainda me responderam a dizer que custava 12 €, quando lá cheguei tive que meter o carro num estacionamento a 200 metros e custa 15€ por dia. Mais vale dizerem a verdade!!!

Struttura a due passi dal mare e vicino alla vita notturna, si raggiunge tutto a piedi. Non una struttura di lusso, un appartamento per la classica vacanza in relax. Abbastanza pulito dispone di tutto l'essenziale, ma non aspettatevi il top. I servizi extra ,tipo climatizzatore o Wi-Fi , sono a pagamento. Consigliato si ma sicuramente c'è di meglio.

Only breakfast offered is croissants. Lots of building work that wakes you up at 8am. Men stand outside by reception drinking and trying to talk to every female guest that passes all night..i think its the builders and friends of staff. It makes it very uncomfortable to walk past. Hotel was under refurbishment so the pool, bar and restaurant were unavailable. The room we were given was very basic and looked dirty as everything needed updating. Only one old wooden chair and a bench in living area for seating, we had to use the bed in the living area to sit on, which was not very comfortable. Bare essentials in kitchen, kettle had to be boiled on the hob and took ages, electric kettle would have been more economical. Room was tucked away round the back so was quite dark and sun did not reach the small balcony. On the plus side the reception staff were friendly and helpful and the location was close to beach and the Strip, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Hopefully there will be a big improvement after the refurbishment is completed.

Als ich ankam sagte man mir an der Rezeption gleich, dass ich in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht würde. Ich dachte zunächst, na prima, das erste Mal pauschal gebucht bei so einem Billiganbieter und gleich reingefallen. Aber das Mädel an der Rezeption war megafreundlich und das Hotel, in das ich umgebucht wurde, war sehr gut. Angeblich sogar besser in der Ausstattung als Apartamentos Soldoiro.

Hatten das Hotel für eine Woche im März gebucht und wir würden es jederzeit wieder machen.Die Entfernung zum schönen Strand beträgt nur wenige Meter, es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und zum Einkaufen findet sich alles notwendige in unmittelbarer Nähe.Das Apartment ist einfach, jedoch mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.Die Hilfbereitschaft und die Freundlichkeit des Personals waren bemerkenswert.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!Für die Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir einen Mietwagen und konnten so die Küste auf eigene Faust erkunden - dies ist nur zu empfehlen!

Our little apartment faced the ocean, so waking each day was an adventure. We had quiet neighbors and easy walks to find a variety of eating places, from traditional Portuguese to British fish and chips and even an American bar up the street. Local bus service got us many places, as well as roaming on foot. The staff was so helpful--and spoke good English. Really appreciated the kind service!

Les télécommandes sont récupérables que sur dépôt de garantie, mais le réceptionniste ne nous en a informé que le lendemain à notre demande.Les lits sont durs.Dernière nuit passée à lhôtel à subir les claquements de porte et les hurlements de clients de lhôtel venus pour faire la fête, sans aucun respect du repos des autres clients, et sans quà aucun moment le personnel de lhôtel nintervienne pour faire respecter le silence des lieux.Un bon conseil, fuyez cet endroit !!!

Découverte de l algarve. L hôtel est centre pour découvrir aisément le sud du portugal qui est magnifique. Un point faible, l insonorisation des appartements et logement non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite : beaucoup de marchés descalier pour y accéder ainsi que dans lappartement. Sinon le service global : hôtel vol transfert parfait.

Sämsta hotellet vi bott på! Mögel på väggarna i vardagsrummet, sovrummet och badrummet. Snuskigt kök och kylen obrukbar pga att det fanns ingen lucka att stänga frysfacket med så isen växte i hela kylen.

Das Hotel ist sehr nah an der Partymeile und wird vorallem von Jugendlichen gebucht. Die Zimmer sind eher klein und das Hotel hat offenbar keine eigenen Parkplätze.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación tanto del mar como de tiendas y zona de marcha.Albufeira está a 5 min en taxi (7€)No es recomendable para familias con niños pues la zona es muy ruidosa de noche.El hotel tiene encanto pero necesita algunas mejoras (renovación baños) aunque está muy limpio

Appartement insalubre avec forte odeur durine et dégout. Nullement entretenu. vaisselle, table, chaises sales jusquaux poignées de porte et interrupteurs qui étaient de couleurs douteuses. La nuit, impossible de dormir. Le bruit des chaises des voisins, leurs éclats de voix après une soirée de beuverie., les portes qui claquent nous faisait sursauter à tout moment. Les photos sur internet concernant le soldoiro, sont trompeuses. Jaurais aimé pouvoir lire ce texte avant de réserver.

It was self catering and sufficient for the price. Some views to the beach, easy access to the restaurants, pubs and shops. Room was a bit small for two people with a pull out bed. Terrible bus service as buses werent regular. Great location over all. And would recommend it for people on a budget.

No frills accommodation and the beds are very firm. Sea views are stunning, there are plenty of local restaurants catering for all tastes. We found the staff to be very helpful. We have stayed there during the winter months and consider the apartment value for money.

Soldoiro appartments are with very poor quality, very dirty rooms, reception does not work full time and there is no internet in the rooms. Because of noisy neighbours i could not sleep 3 nights which was a disaster. It was very very dirty as well and no cleaning is offered in 3 days! I do not recommend at all!

Brilliant value for money, comfortable and clean, great location beside the beach and a two minute walk from the main strip. Hotel bar was so cheap! We went at a quiet time but would definitely go back during a busier, sunnier period. Overall great holiday!

Wir waren hier über Weihnachten in einem gemütlich eingerichteten Appartement mit Meeresblick. Sehr nett :) und sehr ruhig. WLAN gab es nur an der Rezeption und in der Bar. Allerdings braucht man kein Internet, wenn man die ganze Zeit draußen an den schönen Stränden verbringt, die direkt vor der Tür sind. )

Wow we were expecting not a lot for the low cost of our stay but we were blown away! The apartments are located beside the sea in New Town. Staff were superb. Very helpful, courteous and friendly. The apartment and hotel in general is cleaned to a high standard. Beautiful spectacular Seaview from our balcony. The bar/lobby is the WiFi hub so a great opportunity to meet new friends. The hotel is conveniently located beside the strip, buses, beach. And yet peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend.

I booked this holiday for my wife ,myself and my sister and brother in law it was for 1 week 9th to 16 dec. the apartments were spacious but could do with a paint job ,lots of steps to get to apartment ,no entertainment ,bar was very lacking in comfort and patronage ,if we had not got it so cheep we would have moved to another hotel.sorry to be so negative.

It is simple 2-3 star hotel in Oura Beach, 30 min walk from Albufeira old town. Supermarket is next also many bars and resturants. Rooms are simple studios or apartements with Basic kitchen. Wifi only in reseption and bar area. Seaview rooms have nice balcony with all day sun. Girl in reseption was not friendly. Hotel needs renovation. TV in room (size 20cmx20xm)is for extra money!

Das Hotel befindet sich in Strandnähe mit Meerblick ( je nach Buchung ) , sauberes Zimmer , farblich abgestimmte Einrichtung ( Bezüge , Vorhänge , Bettwäsche ) , ausreichendes Geschirr zur Selbstversorgung , Mikrowelle, Toaster , Kühlschrank . Die Badewanne könnte allerdings mal erneuert werden ( wurde überstrichen ) , junges freundliches Personal, WLAN kostenlos im gesamten Eingangsbereich . Liegt an einer Einbahnstraße , ist aber nicht störend . Lediglich die Heimkehrer vom "Ballermann" waren Nachts zu hören . Und hat es sehr gefallen da es auch nicht direkt in diesen großen Anlagen von Albufeira lag . Der Strand ist in 5 min Fußweg erreichbar . Wir waren allerdings jeden Tag mit dem Auto unterwegs zu den naturschöneren Stränden.

Die Lage ist super und man ist direkt am Strand. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch super, aber es ist nicht extrem sauber und wenn man Pech hat etwas lauter. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Die Zimmer sind in Ordung.Leider funktioniert die Dusche nicht so gut und es gibt auch kein WLAN auf den Zimmern.Die Lage ist jedoch optimal. Man ist schnell am Strand und auch in einer Straße mit unzähligen Bars.

Die Zimmer sind sehr stielvoll eingerichtet, in blau weiss.Tolles Sofa von welchem aus man aufs Meer blicken konnte.Jedoch nicht von jedem Zimmer aus.Einige Zimmer sind auf Keller Ebene.Die Sauberkeit lies dafür zu wünschen übrig.ich bin wiklich keine heikle Person, aber dreckige Handtücher bei Ankunft sind nicht angenehm.Es gab nur jeden 3. Tag frische Handtücher. Im Sommer hat es hauptsächlich junge Partygäste im Hotel die auch mal laut werden.Die Zimmer sind jedoch ziemlich schalldicht, oder wir hatten Glück mit unseren Zimmernachbarn. Die Gegend ist ein Partyort, 5 min vom Hotel entfernt gibt es viele Clubs.Dafür schöner Strand. Hotelpersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotellet är Ok men där är problem om man har gångbesvär, ingen hiss, svårt att ta sig upp för många trappor, personalen är vänliga städning Ok, men att man röker i almen utrymme som reception, Lounge och Bar är inget vidare. Nästan omöjligt att använda spisen till att göra mat på, dårlig spis platte gick en halv time att koka vatten till te, kylen var frostig gick inte att reglera.

My experience overall was ok. Good location but we were put in a lower room first and it was like a cell with spiders everywhere and smelled really bad. We refused to stay there so we had to pay 59 euros to move to an upper room with a nice sea view which was no comparison to our first room. Staff were nice
