I stayed here for 2 days with my husband. The location is perfect, it can't get any better, though for the same reason it might get a little bit noisy. The window shutters were good, but they couldn't block the noise 100%. That wasn't a problem for me, but I can imagine it could be for someone with light sleep. The apartment itself was much bigger than I expected, very clean and clearly recently renovated. I really like how spacious it felt, there was plenty space for our big luggages and it didn't feel crowded. The bathroom was a little bit small and I wish there was more shelf space to put my makeup bag and other things, but not a big deal. There was even a small kitchen that seemed well equipped, but we never got the chance to use. It was really fun watching the crowds in the street and here's an insider tip: try to watch the sunset. It was a truly magical view!

Unbelievable Location!! The apartment is located on the ribiera, walking distance to most tourist locations. It is an old stone building on the exterior, but modern inside. The balcony and windows have the kind of view poets write about! Travelling in the winter, to what looked like an old building from pictures, I was a little concerned it would be cold. I should not have worried - it was well insulated with heaters inside, and very cosy. With all the windows, the apartment has great light coming in as well. Travelers should be aware that there are stone steps from the street to the entrance, and then another flight up to the elevator - so those carrying a lot of luggage and/or strollers, need to factor in the need to haul stuff. For me, the elevator was a pleasant surprise, as I was expecting to haul luggage up to the 4th floor!

Close to all the major attractions, amazing apartment with the best view of the city, tons of restaurants and shopping nearby, in the heart of the historic district on the river. Had a complete kitchen in case you don’t want to eat out with grocery stores nearby. Really loved our stay, would stay again! Also, elevator to the top floor which was helpful for luggage

Positive: The apartment was in a great location, it was very well maintained beds were super comfy and the view out the windows was amazing, by far it was the best place we stayed at in Portugal. The staff were extremely helpful.. Negative: When we booked were under the impression that there was parking INCLUSIVE with the apartment, when we got there the parking was off site and we had to pay 30.00 euros per day for parking (very expensive) as we stayed for 4 days. The location is in the heart of everything so it was a bit noisy with the windows open. The bathroom only had a tub with a handheld shower.

Positiv: Wir waren erst ein wenig überrascht, dass die Haustür mit einem Code geöffnet werden musste, den wir wohl per mail zuvor geschickt bekommen hatten (hatten wir übersehen). Aber uns wurde sehr freundlich am Telefon geholfen. Das Zimmer bzw. das Apartment ist sehr angenehm und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Blick auf den Duero.. Negativ: Es war überraschenderweise nachts sehr laut was durch die Möwen auf dem Dach verursacht wurde. Man musste wirklich mit Oropax schlafen oder sich mit dem "Lärm" abfinden.

Positief: Zeer aardige gastvrouw, erg betrokken. De locatie is echt fenomenaal en het uitzicht idemdito. Heerlijk comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien.. Negatief: Niets

Negativa: NO había nadie físicamente para atenderte. Ni cuando llegue ni cuando me fui. Me dijeron que dejase las maletas en la puerta si llegaba antes de las 12 y que me las metían a la habitación. Llegue por la tarde y las maletas estaban en la puerta

Positif: L'emplacement excellent, surtout du duplex: dernier étage, terrasse vue sur le Douro et la place de Ribeira, magnifique!!! Bel aménagement, décoration faite avec goût, très spacieux. Enchanté... donc!

Positiva: Situación inmejorable y apartamento muy limpio y todo reformado. Negativa: Posiblemente, por falta de espacio, el apartamento de 4 tiene la ducha muy baja... aunque es por poner algo

Положительный: Мы провели замечательный Новый год 2018 (31.12-02.01) в апартаментах Porto Sense на 3 этаже. Очень удобно, что заранее бала выслана подробная инструкция, где взять ключи от апартаментов, поэтому не пришлось никого ждать, чтобы заселиться. Еще нас проинформировали, где и как оставить машину на парковке, чтобы оплатить дешевле. Расположение очень удобное, в шаговой доступности от многих достопримечательностей Порту. В самих апартаментах было очень уютно, по-домашнему. Для комфортного проживания есть все. Большое спасибо за Новогодний презент - портвейн. Рядом много ресторанов, а с 7 утра можно купить свежую выпечку в кондитерской напротив. Я забыла в комнате электронную книгу, мне об этом в тот же день сообщили, но мы были уже далеко от Порту, и по моей просьбе ее отправили в другой отель, где мы планировали остановиться. По приезду в тот отель, мне ее вручили. Если мы еще окажемся в Порту, то остановимся опять в Porto Sense. We spent a wonderful New year 2018 (31.12-02.01) in Porto Sense apartments on the 3rd floor. Very convenient that had previously received detailed instructions on where to get the keys of the apartment, so did not have to wait for anyone to check in. We were informed how and where to leave the car in the Parking lot, and how to pay cheaper. The location is very convenient, within walking distance from many sights of Porto. In the apartment was very cozy, home-like. For a comfortable stay is everything. Thank you very much for the Christmas gift - port. Near many restaurants, and from 7 a.m. you can buy fresh baked goods at the patisserie across the street. I forgot in the room e-book, me on the same day reported, but we were already far from the Port, and at my request, it was sent to another hotel, where we planned to stay. On arrival at the hotel, I gave it. If we find ourselves in the Port, we will stay again in Porto Sense.

好意的: 景観については大変良かった。. 否定的: 湯量が足りない（浴槽に湯を張ると一人半程度の量しかなかった。シャワーで３人分程度と思われる。余分はない。）

Positif: La situation excellente, l'appartement est grand et confortable. Mais ce n'est pas un hôtel. La vue est superbe, l'animation alentours est intense le vendredi et samedi soir.

好意的: とにかくロケーションと部屋が素晴らしかったです。4階の部屋はメゾネットタイプになっており、4階がリビングとキッチン、5階が寝室とバスルーム。4階のバルコニーからの眺めが余りにもいいので、ワインと食材をスーパーで買いこんで、1晩は部屋呑みにしてみました。. 否定的: ホテルではないので想定外のことが起こった場合、連絡は電話のみとなります。

Positif: L'emplacement et la vue exceptionnelle sur le Douro. Négatif: Attention, j'avais réservé un appartement et non pas un studio. La confirmation reçue par mail deux jours avant notre arrivée, annonce dans les petites lignes qu'il s'agit en réalité d'un studio avec deux lits simples cote à cote. Heureusement que je n'étais pas avec un collègue !!! L'immeuble en face de notre chambre est en cours de travaux, le marteau piqueur est en marche dès 7h30 le matin, week-end compris. Les travaux sont importants, il y a encore pour au moins 1 an... Malgré la fenêtre fermée, prévoir des boules quies efficaces ! La chaise associée au bureau (j'étais en déplacement professionnel, j'ai donc du travailler dans la chambre) est beaucoup trop basse par rapport à la hauteur du bureau, c'est donc plutôt inconfortable. L'éclairage de la chambre est globalement froid et insuffisant, malgré les veilleuses du lit. Pas assez de prises sur lesquelles se brancher, prévoir d'emporter une multiprises.

Положительный: Понравился сам дом - он есть почти на всех открытках! Мы купили несколько на память.. это хорошее воспоминание ! Балкончики, вид из них. Удобная кровать , чистое хорошее постельное белье. Негативный: Вентилятор сильно дул прямо в голову, даже на низкой скорости вращения. При переключении слегка бил током. Шкура на полу поизносилась и вообще не в тему там лежит. Немного страшновато было находиться в комнате. Все напоминало как то квест )

긍정적: 도오루강 코 앞. 침대 테이블 화장실 부엌 모든게 완벽함!! 여행 중간에 빨래도 할 수 있고 방 안에서만 푹 쉬어도 됨. 세제도 구비되어 있음. 부정적: 밤에 약간 시끄럽긴하지만 문 다 닫고 자면 됨.

Positive: La zona in cui si trova, le dotazioni e l'arredo dell'appartamento.. Negazione: L'appartamento si trova nel cuore della vivacissima Ribeira quindi sicuramente non è il massimo della silenziosità. Ha comunque una buona insonorizzazione.

긍정적: 들어가는 순간 좋습니다. 조리시설, 세탁시설들이 우수하게 갖추어져 있으며 여유 공간이 충분합니다. 분위기 있는 인테리어로 편안하게 묵을 수 있는 숙소입니다. 테라스 창의 전망이 매우 훌륭하고, 호스트와 연락이 잘 됩니다. 가성비가 매우 좋으며 꼭 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소입니다.. 부정적: 상벤투역에 내리면 꼭! 반드시! 택시를 타고 가세요.(리베이라 광장으로) 경사가 매우 심한 돌길이라 구글 지도만 믿고 걸어갔다가 정~~말 힘들었습니다. 그리고 구글 지도에 리베이라 광장의 jimao tapas e vinhos 를 검색해서 가세요. 가게 바로 맞은편에 숙소가 있습니다. 건물 현관문 이후 방의 문을 열기가 어렵습니다.ㅠ.ㅠ 카드를 손잡이 아래 검은색 고무쪽에 테그하고 노란색 램프가 들어오면 오른쪽으로 열쇠 돌리듯이 세게 끝까지 확! 돌려주세요. 문 여느라 정말 힘들었어서 다른분들은 고생 안 하셨으면 합니다.

负面: 房东之前发过来一个邮件，关于入住的事项，一定注意查收。我的邮件不知何故在垃圾邮件中，造成一点困扰，幸好房东非常耐心解决。另外房东还帮助解决了值机问题，真心感谢！. 正面: 处于非常中心位置，非常热闹，甚至觉得有点太过热闹了。

负面: 公寓就在利贝拉广场，位置非常好！. 正面: 房间隔音不好，在闹市区很吵。房间里包括床上有小蚂蚁。

Positive: Appartamento arredato con gusto, Comoda la soluzione per cui non c'è una reception ma si trovano le chiavi delle stanze in 4 casseforti attraverso codici inviati dalla struttura circa una settimana prima dell'arrivo, Posizione Top, Cucina piccola ma attrezzatissima con lavastovglie e lavatrice, Utinsileria corretta per le esigenze, Letto molto comodo. Negazione: Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un disguido con le chiavi, ma grazie alla professionalità degli operatori è stato risolto in meno di 40 minuti

Positiv: top! geniale lage mit balkon mit blick über den zentralsten platz vom altstadtquartier. hochwertige ausstattung. kann mir keine bessere unterkunft in porto vorstellen!. Negativ: es gab überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln

Positivo: A localização deste apto. é perfeita. A qualidade do mesmo é muito boa e a reforma transformando-o num apto. moderno foi muito bem feita. A vista da sacada (4o andar) é ótima e já vale a reserva. Dá para ir a pé em todas as atrações. Recomendo fortemente. Anfitriões muito disponiveis e tudo funcionou conforme explicaram. Obrigado.. Negativo: O banheiro poderia ter um suporte para a ducha. Gaivotas fazem um pouco de barulho a noite mas nada que um bom vinho do Porto nao resolva..

Olumlu: Otelin konumu merkezi. Olumsuz: camlarda herhangi bir izolasyon olmadigindan disardaki tum gurultu ve soguk odada hissediliyordu. Gurultuden uyumak mumkun degil. Odada klima yoktu, yazin nasil olur? Tahmin edemiyorum. Odanin icinde oturma grubu ve gardrop yetersizdi.

Positiv: 100 m2 fantastisk lejlighed i to plan. Udsigt over Douro-floden og portvinshusene i Vila de Nova og Ponte Luis I fås ikke bedre!!! Perfekt beliggehed til aftenlivet og sightseeing rundt i byen.. Negativ: Absolut intet at bemærke!!

Положительный: Расположение - это и плюс и минус. Ты живёшь в самом центре, это плюс. Толпы туристов под окном,которые расходятся только к утру, это минус) Но даже при наличии этого "минуса", я вернусь сюда снова.

Positiv: Ikke mye som slår beliggenheten!! Veldig kjekt med heis til leilighetene.Vi var storfornøyde...

Positiivinen: Sijainti oli erinomainen ja näkymä huoneistosta aivan mahtava! Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Suosittelen.. Negatiivinen: Huoneistossa voisi olla seisomasuihku (ammeessa oleva suihku sinänsä täysin ok).
