Local agradável, limpo camas confortáveis. Apenas ter atenção ao reservar, no site ficamos sensação que era um apartamento, mas n realidade era um quarto. Até aqui tudo bem, único senão é casa de banho partilhada ( mais comum em hostel e pensão). Simpatia dos afintrioes.

Apartamento muy grande. Caben 10 personas. Ponen cunas a demanda y sin coste adicional. 4 habitaciones y 2 baños completos. Esta cerca de una estacion de metro que conecta con todo. Un supermercado Lidl a 300 metros

Séjour horrible ! Cela commence à notre arrivés ou le monsieur nous réclame 20€ car nous sommes en retards de 20 min ! ( nous ne sommes pas dici, la pluie + le transport nous fais effectivement avoir un retard de 20 minutes. Oups ! ) Le monsieur parle Français quand ça l’arrange.. Il nous montre la chambre, qui se situe en sous sol.. une chambre sans fenêtre, avec une mini télé, un lit qui grince, une odeur d’humidité et de pipi de chat, aucune fenêtre ni aération dans la chambre, étouffante et gênante. On a laisser la porte de la chambre ouverte malgré un couloir sans fenêtre également.. on nous propose une cuisine commune, ou le frigo n’est pas brancher, ou il n’y qu’une petit fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir sans aération, incroyable !! Nous avons payer pour la chambre des photos, grande, fenêtre, et télé, et nous nous retrouvons dans une cave clairement, et le pire dans tout ça c’est qu’on se plaint mais sur la confirmation de commande il y est inscrit “chambre sans fenêtre” mais uniquement précisé une fois que l’on a payer !! Pfff terriblement déçu et choquer, à éviter !!!!!!

Almost too spacious for just two people but would be much better for a larger family. The rooms were very noisy with busy traffic out in front. Beds were comfortable.

Positive: The location is super! The small garden is sooo nice to enjoy in the afternoon! . Negative: The room in the "basement" is nice but a bit cold.

Positivo: Em primeiro lugar tenho que realçar a forma como fui recebida pelos anfitriões: senti-me em casa! O alojamento é super confortável, tem tudo o que preciso. A cama é super confortável, o que eu valorizo muito. Recomendo vivamente e vou continuar a reservar. O meu sincero obrigada

好意的: お値打ちだし、オーナー夫婦は世話付きで、親戚の家にいたようでした。 泊まった部屋には電子レンジ、IHコンロに、湯沸しポットもあり、近くにスーパーもあるから、出かけたく無い雨降りの際、便利でした. 否定的: 早く宿に着いたが、チェックインは13時以降しかできず、人もいなかった。 荷物だけ預けて出かけたかったができず残念でした

Positive: An easy walk from the Casa da Musica metro. The hosts were friendly and pointed out the local services. The room was clean with microwave and portable induction cooker available. Handy location for the Boavista area and accessible to shops, river and tourist spots.. Negative: A challenge communicating via email and in person, if Portuguese is not your language, fortunately the hosts have a daughter who speaks english. Check-in times are limited which may not suite arrival times from airport. I ended up having to book another hotel to cover my first night, which adds to the expense of accommodation.

Positif: La proximité des commodités. Négatif: Pas de chauffage ou en option avec supplément.Des frais pour le ménage sont prélevés dès l inscription et ce n'est pas mentionné, supplément pour un appareil ménager. Le bruit de l'avenue...

Positive: I signori che affittano sono dei deliziosi nonnini portoghesi, sempre di cuore e gentili. Negazione: Nonostante l'appartamentino fosse pulito, 30 euro di costi di pulizia per una notte di soggiorno sono un po' troppi

Positiva: Habitación muy confortable y acogedora y los propietarios son un encanto.. siempre atentos y dispuestos a todo para ayudar . Negativa: Todo bien

Negative: The host pretended to be nice but he wasn’t. He don’t understand English and French. In room there weren’t all things that were in description ( like hair dryer or kettle) when We asked him for this things he want for us 8€ for each of this stuff. In apartment for 5 people it wasn’t enough space. When someone want to take shower must go from another bedroom. The bed was in the room so that a man with normal muscles could not cross the door and had to cross the second bedroom to use the toilet. The apartment with terrace wasn’t separate apartment with kitchen and bathroom, everyone form another apartment or employee could go through it into the garden. We must close by key all bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There also not enough space. In one small bedroom the owner pressed one double bed and a bunk bed. When it came down from the top of the bed you had to watch out on the double bed. There wasn’t mention in description because We wouldn’t take this apartment. In the whole property stank and Pharaoh's ants. We travel all around the Europe and we aren’t very demanding but this apartment was a mistake.

Negatief: De eigenaar zorgde voor overlast van de eerste dag tot de laatste. De sleutels waren lniet op tijd daar. Hij beweerde Frans te spreken maar afspraak enkel Portugees . Hij stormde de kamer ongevraagd binnen terwijl ik naakt in mijn bed lag. Hij maakte de avances tegen mijn vrouw die hij vroeg om naakt op het terras te zitten. De keuken werkte niet: het koffie zet apparaat veel na een dag in pan en werd lnooit vervangen, het elektrische fornuis gaat niet het had niet de geschikte plannen. Ik wens schadevergoeding

Positiv: Nette Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern und einem schönen und ruhigen Hinterhof zum Entspannen.

Положительный: Ничего!. Негативный: В комнате не убирались. Туалет был в другом конце квартиры, а биде и умывальник в другом. У меня сильнейшая аллергия на кошек. Так до нас там кто-то был с кошкой и шесть была по всюду. Ужас! Грязно!
