Negativo: O espaço do boxe do chuveiro é péssimo. Não existe bidê. Não há limpeza durante a estadia.

Positiva: Práctico y bonito muy tranquilo y bastantes aparcamientos. Negativa: La situación un poco retirada y difícil para carritos de niño

Positiva: Todo fenomenal el piso limpio, todo nuevo, la zona tranquila aparcamos en le puerta. Esta a unos 20 minutos andando del centro pero el metro yelbus tienen parada al lado.

Positiva: Muy simpáticas las chicas que nos recibieron. Muy espacioso y cómodo. Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. Un buen sistema sin llaves. Una zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos.. Negativa: Por poner una pequeña pega, se oyen las pisadas del piso de arriba y no tiene vistas. Pero no lo doy mucha importancia.

Positivo: Muito limpo. Ótima pressão de água no banho.. Negativo: Isolamento acústico. Cabine de duche muito apertada.

Positiv: Sehr netter Empfang. Ausstattung des Hauses sehr neu. Alles da was man braucht. Auf jeden Fall das Zimmer unter dem Dach wählen. Hauptbahnhof in der Nähe, sodass wir mit der Metro in die Stadt fahren konnten. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe. Preis-Leistung gut!. Negativ: Die Umgebung von Campanha ist sehr dreckig und heruntergekommen. Derzeit ist die Straße vor dem Haus aufgerissen und wir erneuert. Ich würde nicht Erdgeschoss buchen, dass kann morgens schon mal ziemlich laut werden.

Positive: The location is not far from the railway station. All tech. appliances and facilities were almost new and worked fine. In the apartment there were all facilities mention in the description. WiFi was good, the room was clean.. Negative: The apartment was cramped and uncomfortable. All of the small available space of the apartment was filled with furniture (2 small bedroom with large double-beds, and separate room with large sofa, big table and kitchen corner) - there were almost no free space. There were no ventilation in the bathroom, all smells and humidity don’t dissipate for a long time. Inside of the built-in wardrobes there were ants, which get into the luggage. The apartment was obviously build for rent, without much thought for the residents’ comfort. For example, there was no ledge for the soap holder in the shower. Also in small free space available in the bedroom, there were loosely-hanging decorative ledges. The neighborhood is shady – the houses nearby are not lived-in, partly destructed. During our stay the street was noisily worked at (pavement change) and closed for cars. At night strange people came to look through the dumpster. The apartment owner didn’t mention any of that beforehand, although some of that may have been a problem for some people. Also owner doesn’t mention in the description that the payment is accepted at place only in cash. Be aware that it’s possible that when you come to stay there will be workings done on the nearby buildings and nobody will mention it to you beforehand.

Positif: LOGEMENT CONFORTABLE ACCEUIL TRES CHALEUREUX DE SONIA.. Négatif: Pour arriver en métro il vaudrait mieux conseiller de descendre à la station de Campahna et non celle du 24 de Agosto. Le logement est vraiment tout près de la gare de Campahna

Positive: Clean, comfortable and modern facilities. Good location as although not in the actual main part of the city was only 5 mins walk to the Railway station (Campanha) and the Porto Metro. Negative: Nothing really to comment on.

Positif: Découverte d'un quartier assez populaire et en devenir, à 10-15' à pied de la station de métro et d'une gare importante de Porto, Companha.. Négatif: La petite fenêtre de la cuisine/salon donne sur l'escalier intérieur de l'immeuble. Il fait très sombre et ça manque d'air, nécessité de recourir à la lumière artificielle.

Positive: Great location for Campanha station. Great facilities, very clean and in great condition.. Negative: WiFi was a little patchy

Positive: Struttura molto bella e moderna. da raccomandare assolutamente.. Negazione: C'erano molte formiche nell'appartamento e nel bagno alcuni piccoli dettaglia badavano sistemati.

Positif: appartement tout neuf, très bien équipé très bons conseils de notre hôtesse. Négatif: fenêtre de toit pas très accessible dans la pièce principale

Positive: La casa offre attrezzature nuove e moderne. I letti sono di buona qualita'. La metro e' a circa 500 m e non e' difficile trovare posto nei dintorni. La signora che gestisce la struttura e' molto cortese e disponibile.. Negazione: Un po' carente nelle attrezzature del bagno.

Pozytywna: Było czysto i schludnie. Wyposażenie kuchni jak i całego obiektu wystarczające.. Negatywna: Może warto pomyśleć o rezerwacji miejsca dla auta.

긍정적: 넓고 쾌적하고 가격도 저렴하고 화장실도 좋고 대만족. 부정적: 시내랑 너무 멀어서 .. 너무 .... 너무 힘들엇어요ㅕ ㅠㅠㅠ

Positiv: Das Appartement ist ganz neu und wir waren erst die 2. Mieter. Viel Liebe zum Detail, keyless Sicherheitssystem, Mappe mit Tips und Hinweisen, die uns bei Einzug ausführlich erleutert wurde. War wirklich ein Glücksgriff zu super günstigem Preis. Sehr zu empfehlen!. Negativ: Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Dusche und im Bad wären noch toll. Sonst alles perfekt :D

Θετικό: Ομορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα. Τα είχε όλα για σύντομη ή πολυήμερη διαμονή.. Αρνητικό: 98,5€ ειναι ακριβη τιμη για ενα άτομο, για διαμέρισμα, σε αυτη την περιοχη μακριά απο το κεντρο. Επίσης στην τιμή δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται η καθαριότητα.
