I guess it wasnt meant to be going well. The cleaning fee (of about an additional third of the cost) is intransparent and I dont care whether thats the owners fault or that of the portal. The welcome message did not contain any information on how to get into the building (i.e., the code) and not even a phone number. I had to ask a neighbor to call the owner... The cleaning fee was cashed in on arrival; I asked for a receipt and she promised to send it by email - but I am still waiting for it 3 days later. Add to this the bathrooms total lack of even the smallest surface to put something of your own, and the horrendously slow wifi (slowest ever in my recent memory), and you might understand my rating.

I had an amazing stay at the incredible Penthouse. The hospitality was great and everything was according to plan. For sure I would go back.

너무 좋다. 겨울의 포르투는 생각보다 더 춥다. 한국처럼 바닥 난방이 되지 않는다. 이 집은 온수 샤워와 난방기(온풍기)가 너무 잘 작동한다. 최고.

We stayed in the ground floor apartment, which has its own entrance which is nice. the apartment is well decorated and has enough space for 3, bit of a push for 4. the bathrooms are very small, and the glass walls at high level meant that lights on in one room lit up the other rooms. the apartment had a moldy smell which the dehumidifier couldnt get rid of. Its in a great location though and easy to get around from. The owners were very responsive to messages and gave us tips for places open on New Years day, which was very useful. Its possible that the upper level apartments are nicer than this one, so maybe request one of those if youre planning on staying here.

I loved the space! I forget the name of the one I stayed in, but all the natural light that came into the room was so wonderful. My only gripe was that instead of having a queen mattress there were two fulls pushed up against each other. Other than that it felt like a home that one of my friends let me stay in.

Très bien, tout est parfait pour passer un séjour à Porto, situé en centre ville, proximité de la station de metro"TRINDADE" commerces, restaurants, à recommander sans hésitation
